Swollen Lump In Groin Burst Smells Awful

Last Friday I wa at work and noticed that I .was a bit tender in my groin area over night it had swollen that much that I couldn't walk properly I had made an appointment with a doctor the next morning
When I woke up the huge lump in my groin around the size of a cheerio had burst and it was that bad that it stunk out my whole house
When I got to the hospital they dressed the wound put me on antibiotics and sent me on my way it has stopped leaking now but there is still a massive lump that'd hard what should I do?

My groin smells sometimes, I think it is due to me sweating but I am not sure. Any suggestions on what I can do to treat and prevent this?

I've noticed a small, pea-sized lump on my right groin - near the where my leg joins my hip. I first noticed it about three weeks ago, it isn't painful to touch, it is hard, doesn't itch, no redness and is under the skin.
Obviously, when you find a lump you think the worst, so I thought I'd see if anyone had any advice as to what to do next. Doctors being doctors, they can't fit me in for a while, so I wondered whether it was worth a visit to the emergency duc just in case it's something worth checking out ASAP.

I went to bed last night, I felt a lump on the right side of my groin. I immediately began to panic (still am 12 hours later!) and have convinced myself I probably have cancer. The lump doesn't hurt, is hard, and doesn't move when I touch it. I'm too scared to tell anyone, especially my mum because I know she'll start to freak out.

I have a lump on the inside of my thigh, right beside my groin. It's not painful. It is under the skin, rounded and has a rubbery feel to it but quite solid. It's about 2cm in diameter.
Does anyone know what this can be?

I was diagnosed with melanoma in 2006 and had to have my toe amputated. I have been fine since, however I have been worried about a lump in my groin. The thing is....this morning it's now a bit smaller. Should I assume it's nothing serious since it has reduced in size, and no need to get it checked by dermatologist?

I'm a 23 year old male and a few days ago I noticed a painful lump(around 0.5x1.5cm in size) in my right groin. Its very smooth, but also very painful to touch. Skin above it seems normal. I also seem to have very mild fever(37.0 C) for which i'm not sure if it's relevant or if its a fever at all.
A few days ago I also noticed some smegma built up below my foreskin which I washed right away. I also have a very mild knee injuree from around 10-14 days ago.
Could this be an infected lymph node? An infection without a high fever?

Obsessing about a tiny smaller than a pea sized lump in my groin. Done this many times before - keep feeling it etc - worrying it's a raised lymph node and that it could be because of the big c.... Anyone else obsess like this over what others would think is normal body tissue?

So been trying push on from my health anxiety, thought i was getting somewhere until last night.. I was laid in bed last night and where my leg joins my hip was very tender, further investigation i could feel a lymph node (well I presume its a lymph node)
This was at like 11 o'clock last night, obviously started googling, diagnosed myself with cancer and got about 3 hours sleep. Not the first time I've noticed a lymph node and gone to the doctor's, happened twice before, one in my neck and one my groin a couple of years ago but they wasn't tender to touch.
Google was spurting all stuff out, it said to look for cuts on your legs etc if the lymph node is in your groin, I got bitten or cut myself on my left knee (the lymph nodes on the leg hand side) but that's a full thigh length away from the groin node! surely that can't be the reason for the lymph node been tender/swollen. It says to wait for 2-3 weeks to see what happens but health anxiety doesn't allow patience when it comes to stuff like this.

A week ago i observed a pimple type lump on my left eyelid area, and searched for the the same on net and found that it is known as sty OR stye in medical term. The same type of lump is on my cheek, right arm and on the groin area. The 4 old ones are getting better without any medicines, but 2 more are observed on the groin area, one on lower cheek and one on the same eye but upper side. Pls advise about the disease and what will be the remedies for the same.

I am 16 years old and I have a swollen lymph node on my left side in the groin.It is hard,not painful and it moves easily.It is not very big ,even smaller than 1 cm (is that normal).And also on the other side of the groin on the same place I have another swollen lymph node but not that big as the one on the right side.It is important to say that I have had the swollen lymph node for more than a half year and I have had blood tests done but everything was fine.It hasnt got bigger nor smaller,it stays the same.I am very afraid of lymphoma but I read about it and I dont have any other symphtoms and I dont have swollen lymph nodes anywhere else on my body(I checked carefully). So am I just being hypochondriac or there is a possibility of cancer?

swollen neck glands are pretty common I know, but do many of you also get swelling in the groin area as well? This is new to me. I have not had a good week and earlier in the week I had swollen neck glands which I am familiar with, sore throat, aching muscles etc but today found a swelling in my groin which is tender and warm. I'm so worried, son had his appendix removed yesterday morning, only just found out like 1/2 hr. ago that the surgeon told him it had in fact burst, his now on antibiotics by drip. He is 37, All i keep reading is people die from this, is there any who don't and are ok after removal. What can we expect now?

I have had a swollen anus for about 2 months now, it was painful to begin with and then settled down but now there is a little pea-sized lump on the anal opening that is tender. My late dad's aorta burst while watching tv, he was in early 70's ( we didn't know what was wrong with him ) rushed to hosp, 6 hrs in surgery, he lived until his early 90's never looked back after the op, took a long time to recover but lead a good life and did lots of walking with his dog, just old age he died from.
