I am going to be 30. I have always had strange health issues. I feel like I NEVER feel good. Like something is always making me tired. Here are a few things I've been dealing with for a long time:
-Constipation
-Chronic Inflammation
-Fatigue
-Hard time getting up in the morning
-Brain Fog
-Weight gain in my face and abdominal area and back
-Over sensitive nerves in my fingers and wrists
-Neck pain
-When I gain weight I even have that hump on the back of my neck, it's small but I see it.
-Headaches
-Water retention (and I'm NEVER thirsty)
-Alcohol craving (I don't drink a lot but I drink too often)
-Bruise easily
-No motivation
-Chronically unintentionally procrastinate
-Tired the minute I start to exercise
-Wake up with lots of stiffness
Ok there's a few things. I did a TON of research on my symptoms (minus the hump and bruising because until recently I didn't even know they were "symptoms")
I found some stuff on DHEA. I tried that. Small doses. I felt angry and started losing my hair.. even the texture changed dramatically Stopped that. Researched more... came across adrenal gland information. Ordered some natural supplements to help the adrenal glands work better and I have gained like 10 pounds in the last month and haven't been doing ANYTHING differently. I am super short so every pound shows. I gain in all in my face, upper back, inner thighs and STOMACH the most. I am 5'0 and my waist is almost 40" I am so lost. I did more research and found that overactive adrenals may be causing the problem and making too much cortisol. Maybe even cushing's??? I'm wondering if the adrenal helping vitamins caused more cortisol production? I just don't know what to do. My next step is to try to address the cortisol levels.
Has anyone else dealt with anything like this? I feel tired, unmotivated, stressed and can't focus.... ALL the time. I try so hard to stay on top of cleaning the house, running my own business and taking care of my 3 children and this recent weight spike has got me even more depressed.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Symptoms? I May Have It
I've looked into the symptoms of pcos and I think I may have it. I'm 22, 5'7, very slim but in the past year or so I've come out in dread full acne all over my back, shoulders and tops of arms, chest and face. I also have hair all over my stomach which I've had for quite sometime, and now it's growing up to my chest . I feel so hideous!! Saw my GP a few weeks ago as the spots are very sore and she just said it's one of things and refused to prescribe me the pill as I'm not in a proper relationship!!! She didn't look at my back or chest she just looked at my face and said yes there are spots there and printed me off a sheet about pms which is from this website and pretty much said on ya bike!
I know it can affect fertility which I would be livid about.

I have had chronic bronchitis/sinusitis for years.
Had sinus surgery due to level of sinus issues.
I don't get a cold, I get bronchitis - pneumonia/pleurisy, etc.
I have cold sores on my lips often.
In june I was diagnosed with an eye ulcer - I have never had any problems with my eyes. Ophthamalogist did test and said my tear ducts have stopped working.
I have blurred vision and my eye sight is deteriorating.

CT of chest shows enlarged lymph node in lower right pre tracheal region 2.5x1.4x0.8 and they want to do another ct in march
sore throat and coughing they just prescribed prilosec for acid reflux and although I've never had heart burn or anything like it, it's working....
I have testing borderline positive for lupus one time and negative the next. 1:80 Homogeneous Pattern
RA factor was -9.0
Igg subclass 3 LOW at 21 everything else normal
No lyme disease
White blood count tends to be a little high
Seg tends to be at about 80%
Lymph tends to be low
SED rate was elevated
CPK was normal
First appt with rheumatologist on the 24 of Feb. any thoughts on what this could be? Sjogren's seems close but I have no dry mouth Would really appreciate it.
