My scrotum was dry/leathery one day last week. The extreme dryness went away but now the skin it tough and extra wrinkled when tight. And it is very loose and doesn't have elasticity at other times. I noticed that they are tight/semi normal when I wake up but by the time I get home from work in the evening, they are very saggy. They itched for one day and has since stopped. I started using Tinactin 4 days ago, I'm not sure if its working or not yet. I have a doctor's appt soon but I would like any feedback on this now??

Hey guys i have this rough skin on the shaft of my penis, it doesn't hurt or itch its just there. I have know idea what it is. It could be from dry masturbation?

I've had a small patch of rough skin appear on my right palm on and off for a few months now. I applied over the counter cortistone which would get rid of it but it always returns after a few days.
Here is a picture. Any idea what this is, what is causing it? How to get rid of it?

I'm 16 and uncircumcised, but I've noticed some issues with the texture of my penis. The head is really rough and red and looks like it is keratinized (I've gathered that through some research) and the foreskin around it is also red. It is also really sensitive to the touch. I also occasionally get a slight burning sensation after I masturbate (I never do it more than once a day and I usually do it in the shower. *I don't use soap as a lubricant), but it always goes away in less than a half hour.
Recently I have gotten some anti-fungal Lotrimin 1% cream because one of the forums I followed said that it could be antifungal. I have also tried hydrocortisone and calamine cream and no improvement (no worse either).

Ive always had dry skin on my face, within a minute of washing it I need to moisturize. I have used the same moisturizer (nivea) for years and haven't changed skincare products at all lately. Two days ago I noticed my face went hot and the next morning when washing my face I noticed it felt rough and bumpy. What could have triggered this? Something I ate?? An allergy to something? Its not itchy just a bit hot and has a bumpy appearance if I look up close.
Im taking Vit B Executive Stress (Healtheries) tablets, Magnesium tablets, Noriday birth control tablets.
Only foods Ive eaten out of ordinary and feel could have triggered it is pizza, peppermint tea or blueberries! Am hoping it will go away on its own, not sure what to use as a moisturiser.. bio oil, same nivea soft moisturiser, paw paw ointment?

I've had this yellowish-brown patch of rough skin on my right ankle on the left side for a couple years now, i used to think it was just dirt, but I now realize it isnt. I try to scratch it off but it doesn't do anything. It doesn't bother me in anyway other than the fact that I just have no idea what it is.

Last night the end of my foreskin went all dry, rough and shriveled up. Rest of the foreskin is smooth as normal.
The skin at the tip of the foreskin mildly red/tender (with white dry skin bits) when my penis is in a flaccid state however during an erection the tenderness and redness is much more pronounced. Pulling the skin back whilst erect is much more painful(although its usually quite painful to do that normally anyway due to my foreskin being very tight during an erection).
This has only happened once before in my life and the doctor said he was convinced it was down to poor hygiene if i hadnt any recent sexual activity other than masturbation. He basically said that I should wash there more often and then prescribed me some cream and it went away a couple days later and did ease all the symptoms while the cream was on tbh (but my paranoia was telling me it would have done on its own anyway). In this case i have been living at someone elses house looking after it while they are on holiday and they have no hot water so havent washed down there in over a week. The obvious answer would be that is the cause but i just wanna make sure.

Okay, so for a few years I have had this patch of skin on my leg. I'm seventeen and I swear I can remember it being there for quite a while now. It has not changed in size, or color --- and it is not raised around the edges. I have had no other patches like this pop up. It has stayed in the same place since I can remember.

I had a yeast infection around my crotch 2months ago, it wasnt severe and wasnt the contagious type, happend due to antibiotic use for acne and I treated it with some natural creams and oils along with changing my diet, it's been completely gone for over 2 weeks, but a few days ago when I woke up I've noticed a tiny part of my penis head being a little rough and peely, it was very tiyn so thought it was just coming off due to not being moist or something. So I waited a few days and right now its a little bigger and the skin is rougher with peeling, if I peel it it looks a little red and sensitive below it. I have included 3 photos if it will help, it doesnt itch at all also last time I had sex it was over a year ago, I will go over to my gf due to long distance relationship in a month and I hope I can cure this before I'm over there with her. I highly doubt its an STD yet I'm very curious as to what it is.

I am a 19 year old teenager. I have problems with my skin on my face. it is very rough and rugged and not smooth. This problem has started after i have started shaving.I get reactions on my face when i shave. I get marks and these small dots appear on my face, which i don't know what they are. I don't smoke or drink or have bad habits. This problem has been a problem for sometime but i thought it would go away but is hasn't. I usually shave 1 a week due to this problem and there is no difference the problem still remains the same. I don't like my appearance of my skin as it rugged and looks very rough like sandpaper. I 'm just curious about a spot kind of thing I have on my scrotum. The spot itself looks cream in appearance and it looks as if its under my skin on my scrotum. The spot doesn't hurt however it doesn't pop even if i try my best. It seems as if there is something hard inside it and no matter how hard I try I can't pop it. i am a 19 year old asian male. I have developed LOTS of different kinds of skin problems. But about 3 months ago, i started getting itchy legs, I started scratching and developed patches on my legs that have small red dots. i also developed some sort of raised rash on my face (under my eyes, cheeks, and eyebrows). I have similar raised rashes as the one on my face on the back of my neck, and the crease of my leg (behind my knee). I also recently started to develop red dots all over my lower stomach, upper legs and thighs. they almost seem like an allergic reaction, but I haven't really done anything different than i normally would. I occasionally get a rash on my armpit. I will not wear deodorant when i have this, and it will eventually go away, but as soon as it goes away the other armpit tends to develop the same thing. I also have small bumps all over my elbows and part of my arms. THey feel extremely rough. If you were to rub it, you would think you were touching some sort of lizard. Also, my butt cheeks have been getting itchy and it leads all the way to my scrotum. The itch on my scrotum isn't unbearable
WIth all these different kinds of rashes last week, all the affected areas on my buddy (even though, they are different kinds of rashes) started to puss a yellow honey like liquid. I kept wiping it off, but when i woke up the next morning, they had turned into something similar to a scab. some of them peeled off, and i had a shiny smooth skin under it.
I don't' know what's going on. All i know is that im tired of itching, and not being able to sleep at night. THIs has been effecting my daily life very badly. I would like to see a dermatologist, but I do not have health insurance. If there is anyone that has any of the same kind of problems, or have any form of help, it would be appreciated sooooo much.

For about 3 months now, my fiance has had an intensely itchy area on the left underside of his scrotum. We tried numerous powders and creams, both medicated and unmedicated. Some would work for a few minutes to a few hours but nothing "cured" it. The area is very wrinkly and dry looking. He scratches and itches it so much that it starts to get raw. I stopped using any laundry detergent at all on his boxers and just washed them in water. He said it helps, he isn't as itchy as he was before, but its not going away.
My crazy mind is now going all over the place to try to solve this and I began to wonder....
I, myself, have been suffering from recurrent episodes of bacterial vaginosis for about 2 years. I treat it with vaginally inserted metronidazole and it goes away. Then, sometimes weeks, sometimes months later, it comes back. I just did some research and am going to try some home remedies for myself.
I find conflicting information online about men and a bacterial infection. I read that it is uncommon for men to get this and if they do they USUALLY have no symptoms. Is it possible that he got it from me and is now starting to show symptoms? And I only treat myself so are we just passing it back and forth? Maybe these are two completely different issues but I have to wonder and ask. I hate to see him so uncomfortable all the time, and I know I hate the symptoms I get with my BV.

I have had Fordyce spots since I was 11 and I'm 14 now. Since then they have spread to my back, lips, eyes, nose, and all over shaft and scrotum. I know they're harmless but its just so hard to be confident like this. I have not told anyone about this except my best friend. Turns out he had them too! I'm 15 years old and I was told I was circumcised by my parents and I searched and found out that I had something called a loose circumcision which is really embarrassing in my opinion. It honestly looks like i'm not circumcised because there's some extra skin but the skin stops like a few millimeters before my head. I can't retract this skin permanently it just goes back to it's normal position. Is there anyway I can stop this from happening? Also is this still considered foreskin? and also does masturbating affect this in anyway? Been suffering with several symptoms for a while. .. low blood sugar, needing to eat a lot all the time, loose stool, diarrhea and feeling like my metabolism is way too quick. Medical tests show normal tsh and t4, good fasting glucose and blood sugar not diabetic levels, high cortisol and low oestrogen (these last two were done via nutritionist. I'm 40 so poss perimenopause), some insomnia issues and these hot flush type things.mainly in skin of neck worse four hours after eating, go away when I've eaten. mother has hyperthyroidism and father was type 1 diabetic. Any suggestions? ? Could thyroid be a factor even though it's not shown up on tests so far??
