Menstruation :: Vomiting, Diarrhea And Terrible Cramps On The 1st Day

i'm 18 years old and on the first day of my period i have a terrible cramping, if i don't take nimesulide 100 mg when i feel the first signs (usual painkillers like paracetamol or ibuprofen don't do anything, even in high dosage) then then i get diarrhea and even vomit, and the pain seems almost unbearable. I'm a virgin, if it has any importance. Is there a way to stop this, or will i have to take nimesulide every month? (By the way is that safe to use it that frequently?) Even if i take it, it takes 1-2 hours to have an effect, if i don't take it early enough, then even more.

I am 43 years old. I had a tubal at the age of 22. The last few months during my period, I have been getting diarrhea, very nauseated and usually end up vomiting. Why is this happening to me now when it never did when I was younger?

Monday and Tuesday I had slight cramping it only happened when I stood up and walked never laying down only happened once or twice . Wednesday I started my period I bleed close to none but had cramps it got heavier throughout the week then yesterday I had bleed a whole lot in 6 hours after that one spot for 8 hours usually it slows down not just abruptly stop this morning I had cramping but it was different it was like in the middle a couple of hours later I had more painful cramps with it I had diarrhea heat flash and nausea then it just stopped I am sexually active and I just want answers I have been nauseous and at work I am usually on my feet all day and yesterday my back was killing me and that never happens I'm almost more tired than usual what is happening

I am 32 weeks pregnant I am vomiting and I have diarrhea all at the same time it is coming out of both ends at the same time should I got to the hospital or not and I know it's not the flu.

Ever since i started taking new prenatals (stillman valley prenatals from walmart ) I've been puking & right after I get the runs . It's just so disgusting and I want to make it stop , any chance that it might be the prenatals ?

Woke up today feeling extremely bad. Had bad diarrhea, and was vomiting every liquid I was taking in - I don't know if I specifically had/have the "flu," but the symptoms of diarrhea, vomiting, muscle weakness/aching, etc. seems to point to that conclusion. My reflux issues most likely worsened the ability to keep liquid down, and, as a result, I almost passed out from dehydration. Luckily, I am with my family, and am starting to take liquids down. I have good health insurance, should I need to visit the hospital if things get really bad.
I'm wondering if I should take any special considerations, or what other things you guys might suggest, as this has been pretty brutal on me today.

For the past 10 years I have had severe digestive issues. If I eat more than twice a day I will spend the majority of my day in the bathroom so I avoid eating especially during work hours. I also have a hard time drinking a lot of fluids and if I drink too much I end up vomiting? I have heartburn almost daily and ironically water seems to make it burn more than most beverages so I really don't drink near as much as I know I should. I have had several upper and lower scopes, colonoscopies, breath test and worked with nutritionist and they all are baffled and tell me nothing is medically wrong with me? I recently feel like im constantly on the verge of getting charlie horses in my legs, have random blurriness in my eyes and I'm just tired. I am broke out of my mind and quite frankly feel hopeless because even if they did find something I can't afford to treat it? I'm frustrated, scared and exhausted. I have no idea what is left that I can do?

I have had 2 incidents (one early last week and one today) where I have felt completely fine, was on an empty stomach (before my breakfast) and suddenly got nauseous and threw up a couple times - followed by diarrhea. No pain is associated.
Within an hour or so afterwards I felt suddenly fine. Note: I am primarily vegan - have ruled out any food poisoning issues and have not gotten stomach flu 2x. (No fever or anything else)

My husband has been taking 5mg Percocet (3-4 daily) for about a year and a half for chronic back pain. He has never abused them. He is tired of taking them and decided to wean himself. He bought an inversion table and wanted to try a more holistic approach to helping his back pain. He started taking 2 percocets on Sunday, then dropped down to 1 on Monday morning. About 4 hours after taking his pill on Monday, he started vomiting. He also had hot flashes, body aches and intense nausea. He feels like he has the stomach flu. He threw up about ten times on Monday. By Monday night the vomiting had stopped but he started with diarrhea. The diarrhea lasted through the entire day/night on Tuesday. He felt a little better by Tuesday night, but again this morning (Wednesday) he began vomiting again. He isn't sure if this is opiate withdrawal or the stomach flu. He has also been under a lot of stress at work and thinks this is a combination of the stomach bug and stress, but I am afraid it's opiate withdrawal. Has anyone been through this? Does it sound like a stomach bug or opiate withdrawal? Any tips on how to ease his discomfort?

Started sovaldi and ribasphere yesterday and within hours was vomiting diarrhea shaking. Dr. Does not think it's related to meds. But stopped until mon. Will try again in a few days. Has anyone had this reaction. I'm terrified I cannot finish tx.

My mother has random spells of extreme uncontrolled diarrhea and sometimes vomiting. This started a few years ago after finding out she was diabetic. Originally thought it was a medicine she was taking but she doesn't take that anymore and still the random spells of extreme uncontrollable diarrhea continues. She can go a month or so between spells but when it happens it happens and there is nothing that can be done until it's done. There HAS to be a reason. Usually her belly rumbles before a spell or she gets a case of nasty stinking burps. I hope I've provided enough details to allow of an answer. I'm aware the answer may or may not be accurate. I'm ready for any and all possibilities. The doctor she's seen before said "oh it just happens". Thanks for your time.

diarrhea and horrible cramps. The bleeding has been going on for 3 weeks, the discharge has always kind of been there and the diarrhea just started about a week ago. Pregnancy of course is possible but after 2 years we kind of don't think of that anymore. My ob/gyn isn't available until the first week of february and I'm a little on edge. I have diarrhea/nausea/dry heaves/stomach cramps/sudden urge to have a bowel movement and dizziness almost everyday of my life. Sometimes these symptoms are accompanied by a headache. I also have horrible indigestion and I'm a former alcoholic, I'm wondering if any of these symptoms could have been worsened by alcohol. I just feel like crap, consistently. I don't know what to do because everything I try seems to be ineffective. I can hardly drink water because of my stomach being upset and I have had no appetite for a few good weeks now. I'm also always tired. The severity of my symptoms come and go but always seem to be present.
I've considered that maybe I have IBS or Crohn's disease but I'm unsure due to some of my other symptoms.

I recently had anal sex about 5 days ago, and the guy was kinda rough with me. We used a condom for that but I rimmed him so the sex wasn't entirely safe. In Fact it was relatively unsafe given that last detail. Regardless, about a day and a half later I got chills around midnight and was stricken with awful diarrhea and cramps in my lower gut. I'm a 16 year old girl. I've been masturbating just under a year now. I masturbate very rarely but when I do I get very painful cramps that are sometimes accompanied by diarrhea. I had diarrhea for the past 4 or 5 days and really not feeling well at all. Yesterday i got better and today i thought i should eat Activia and so i ate it and guess what i've got gas pain and it's like crampy to.
