I'm trying to aim the headlights on my gf's car, but both adjustment screws are only allowing vertical adjustment. I cannot get it to move horizontally. Is there a hidden screw or something?
View 12 RepliesMy headlights seem to be off. The beams are spread too far apart, leaving a dark spot right in the middle. It is a 2016 and I just noticed it tonight. I have been trying to find the horizontal adjustment. Is this it? I have tried to turn it but did not notice any difference. Which way am I suppose to turn the left and right one to have the beams move closer to each other?
View 7 RepliesMy headlight aim is all out of whack, the driver side light is aiming all the way to the passenger side. I searched the forums and know where the screws are for the vertical and horizontal adjustments. Counter clockwise for making the headlights go up and you're suppose to go the same direction on the horizontal adjustment as well. But my driver side headlight is aiming so far towards the passenger side already,I need to get the horizontal adjustment back to the left, which direction to turn? Clockwise or Counter?

After driving my Dad's Santa Fe, I notice the low beam casts a U-shape light pattern on the ground, makes it extremely hard to see what's on the ground right in front of the car. I've attached a picture of what it looks like driving it at night.

View 5 RepliesIn most other manual tranny cars that I have ever driven, the clutch pedal engages/disengages within an inch of the floor. Not my accent. is it possible to adjust the clutch pedal so that engagement isn't so far away from the floor? it pretty much fully engages at the near top of the pedal.

View 3 RepliesI have HID low beams and Halogen high beams on my 2015 RX 350. I'd like to set the HID low beams just a touch higher. The manual shows where the adjustment screws are located, but does not indicate which way (clockwise or counter-clockwise) to turn the screw to raise the position of the headlight. Yes I could just start turning one way or the other to figure it out...

View 2 RepliesI just bought our 1st. Toyota 03 celica GT 5speed.113000 well cared for miles. My biggest concern is the headlight adjustment. The high beams are similar to aircraft landing lights but the low beams seem to cross with the left side too far to the center. I found the up-down adjuster (wish it had the cab operated feature) but can't find the left-right adjustment.

View 1 RepliesIs there a way to adjust the windshield washer sprayers to point them up higher on the windshield. I looked today and didn't really see any way to point them up more.? Mine probably hit the bottom 1/3 of the windshield and do not do that great of a job. Maybe I'm missing something?
View 3 Replies2012 Elantra GLS ... The windshield washer spray pattern is too low. The nozzles on the Elantra appear to be entirely plastic unlike the conventional ball which I can poke a needle in to adjust it. I ran the hand under the cowl cover and could not feel any kind of adjustment mechanism. How to adjust the nozzles to aim higher.
