I have a problem with my 2014 camry. Yesterday out of nowhere, my dome lights wouldnt shut off.. I checked all the doors, made sure they are all shut.. but no luck.

Camry 2012+ :: 2014 SE - How To Turn Off Daytime Running Lights
I just got a 2014 Camry SE a few months ago. I have a couple of questions. First of all, I need to know how to turn off the daytime running lights when the engine is off and I'm just parked and listening to the radio. The lights seem to be on any time the ignition switch is in any position except off.
And secondly, is it necessary to use synthetic engine oil instead of good quality regular oil of the correct viscosity? Will it affect the warranty, how about the oil change interval, etc.
Camry 2012+ :: 2014 - Map Lights Don't Turn On When Door Is Opened
I am having this strange problem with my 2014 Camry: When the door is opened, the dome light turns on but the map lights do not, unless I physically press the light cover to turn them on - and they stay on indefinitely even when the door is closed. Is this worth taking to the dealership or is there a quick fix? Strange I never experienced something like this before.

Camry 2012+ :: 2014.5 - Radio Lights Flicker For A Few Seconds Then Stops After Cutting Car Off
I have a 2014.5 Camry. About once every month or two, when I cut the car off, the radio lights flicker for a few seconds then stops. The lights seem to flicker long enough for all of the electronics and modules to power down. I have taken it to the dealer, but since the problem cannot be duplicated, nothing has been done. Just trying to figure out what may be the cause before the car goes out of warranty.

Was trying to get a LED beacon wired in and thought we could get the switch into the dome light power up front. Not enough power to make it work. Then tapped into power to the center console/armrest power port. Now have no power to the center power port and the 2nd and third row dome lights don't work.

Accent 2012. I replaced the trunk and map lights with LEDs and they worked okay. I did the dome light last and something caused the interior lights to not come on. The light switch is set to door for the dome and middle position for the map lights. I am pretty sure I have the LED dome light polarity correct because it did come on for a bit while I was seating it.
Now the map and dome lights don't come on. I checked the 'ROOM LP 1' fuse and it looked good but I replaced it with one of the spare 10A fuses anyway. Still not working. The trunk LED does still light.
I searched this site and found in the 2007-2012 santa fe forum under 'front dome light not working when doors open' which mentions a blown diode in the dome light housing causing a similar issue.

I recently had to change the dome light in our 2012 Toyota Camry so I took some pictures and wrote a simple how to guide. The interior light assembly should be the same for 2007-2012. I definitely recommend changing to an LED light while you are at it, they last longer and are brighter. The OEM bulb number is DE3175 but I hear a lot of people like the PUTCO 231125 LED replacement bulb.

Ford F-150 (2009-2014) :: Dome / Marker And Truck Bed Lights Lit Up Intermittently
I have a 2010 Ford F-150 4WD 4 Door. The dome light, marker lights and truck bed light will light up intermittently at night. They will stay illuminated any where from 1 minute up to 15 minutes. I thought maybe my TV remote control was activating the remote entry feature on my truck but that is not the case.

My 2015 camry front dome light switch is broken. This is the push type light. I am not sure how but today i was trying to turn the light on and noticed it wasn't turning on. When i opened the lens cover to switch the bulb i noticed the button was missing and the other side has a button. I don't understand why the light will not turn on when i open the door either. I tried sticking some thing small in to the broken part where the button used to be and it turns on if i do that, but i would have to hold it in place which is pretty inconvenient. What can i do to fix this? it seems like i have to replace the whole overhead assembly. Is there a cheap fix? i would be happy if the light comes on when i at least open the door.

2012 camry se v6 ...have a dome light flicker at stop..idle..in gear...and most noticeable at night. Dealership checked alternator. all ok according to their device. I made them show me. They changed the battery saying it was bad which changed the flicker a bit but didnt remove it. (could also be crazy and just wanted it to fix it) Overall just annoying but dont think it should be doing it. The dealership said this was normal for this car with the JBL audio. The car is completely stock, no modifications. Dont trust their response. Car is just out of warranty and just purchased.

While trying to connect my dome light to my map lights I touched the power wire to the dome light to metal, which blew my fuse. After replacing the fuse none of these lights work, nor does the light around where I put my key in the ignition, a voltmeter test of the dome light power wire shows no power to the dome light. I've read that I may have fried my integration relay, but the dealer doesn't know what this is, and I've also read that it may be behind the fuse box.

I just bought a 2012 Ford 4x4 F250 6.2 gas, when I get out of the truck the dome light/cargo light stay on for 9 to 10 minutes before they go out, someone said to spray the door latches and this should clear up, I have tried that and the lights do still stay on, there is an error code of left rear door ajar, my guess is something/sensor or switch has to be replaced, wondering what it takes for replacement/repair of the switch

I have a 2003 Camry V6 LE.
Yesterday the headlights did not turn off automatically when the car was locked up after being driven for about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, this was not detected until about 8 hours later.
The door locks would not function with the remote and the doors were manually unlocked.
When I got in the car and tried to start the car the dash and dome lights began blinking/flickering, the CD player ejected the CD, and the security light was blinking as it would if the doors were still locked.
The battery was too low to start the car so I jumped the car to start it and got home.
Battery showed 12.7 volts cold the next morning before the car was started. While running there was about 14.3 volts across the battery terminals which would seem to say the charging system is OK. Battery is just under 3 years old.
Doing some testing, I found that the headlights would turn on with the multifunction switch without the car running. In this case they would not turn off through locking the doors even after double clicking the lock button on the remote. The only way to turn them off in this case was through the multifunction switch.
Other testing shows that if the lights were turned on with the car running, they would turn off automatically within about 30 seconds or so when the car was shut off and the doors locked. In another similar test with the engine running and then shut down I also tried the double click lock using the remote and this also turned the lights off immediately.
Based on research on TN site, one recommendation for a similar, but not identical, problem was to replace the multifunction switch. No one suggests replacing the headlight relay or any of the 4 DRL relays.
