I can't figure it out to have only the fogs on without headlight. Every time fogs come on headlights must be on..

I recently bought some lamin-x tint for my headlights and fogs. I have only seen a few ppl on here tint their lights, but it was only the the tailights i have seen done on here. So I have an optic blue for the headlights and med gunsmoke for the fogs. Just came in yesterday so I will try to get them on within a week. I will post some pics to show how it looks.

My headlights seem to be off. The beams are spread too far apart, leaving a dark spot right in the middle. It is a 2016 and I just noticed it tonight. I have been trying to find the horizontal adjustment. Is this it? I have tried to turn it but did not notice any difference. I just purchased a 2012 camry se, I have about 900 miles on the car, and today while driving home through light rain,(drove for about 35 mins) when I got home and parked the car in the garage I noticed BOTH of my headlights were fogged up about halfway, starting from the corners facing the front license plate. I sure know this is not normal and it will slowly deteriorate the inside of the headlight.
This is a safety issue because if driving for a long time with the lights on and you suddenly encounter rain and your headlights are having this problem, your bulb most likely crack and you will be in the dark, I had this happened in the past with a nissan.
I Strongly suggest that you take a look at your headlights when you get home after a drive through the rain/fog or maybe after washing your car. I took pictures but not immediately, about one hour after and some condensation was still present, I will head over to my dealer after writing this.

The only light that comes on when entering the car is the dome light. Do the map lights not come on when entering the car? Very irritating. All of our past/present vehicles have the feature of all interior lights coming on before starting.

So I just got some winter tires put on 10 minutes while driving the trac control started blinking and then all the lights on the dash came on and speedometer just went to zero. Still drives but odometer isn't adding mileage and also seems to loose power steering while driving.

My 2014 camry won't start. I put my key in the ignition and the dash lights come on and blinks once and won't start. The brake pedal won't depress and the steering wheel stays stiff.
I was messing with my sound system the day before and now the car won't start. I've check the battery and it's good and has juice. I've checked all the fuses and relays seem to be fine. Everything work on the car it just won't start.
These cars have a main relay or something with the ignition switch?
