Recently I installed my NewSouthPerformance boost gauge that sits on the steering column and a couple weeks later i noticed my horn stopped working. I didnt cut any wires so i know it couldnt be that. I pulled the fuse out and put it back in, now it works but sounds like a old man with extreme lung problems. Now my Airbag light came on and how to "fix" it.

View 2 RepliesSo I bought my 20th with the airbag light on... Never really bothered me till now as I'm tying to fix everything that's wrong with it. I vagcom'd it and it said driver side seat buckle was the fault. Looked under the seat and it seems the white plug isn't plugged in. I haven't taken anything apart yet to get a closer look, but could that be the problem? Does that plug actually plug into something or is it just a loose plug?

So today I get in my car and the air bag light is on solid, no blinking. I scanned it with my scanner and it says no codes Any body else have this happen? I got a bad feeling about this light

I got a low voltage code and a driver seat belt buckle code "00059" maybe I'm trying to recall but unsure. I have a pair of seat belt buckles out of a mk5 Jetta. I tried to search but for some reason the search is down. What could be wrong with the car? It still drives and seems fine but abs and traction doesn't work.

I can just knock on the tail lights and the lights come on and stay on. I assume that it's not a short or bad contact or they would flicker.

I hit the switch to try to turn traction control on, but the light still on and traction control is still inoperative. I havn't really checked out what could be wrong yet, so what could be the fault and what I should check first.

View 4 RepliesSo far its only happened twice in the past to days, and its only happened in 1st gear. when i give it gas to go in 1st gear the EPC light will come on and it sounds like a miss fire or something. then the car basically shuts down.
