I have a 2010 Prius V with adv tech pkg.
I just purchased a T-Mobile my touch 4g phone. I set up the bluetooth okay, but am unable to transfer the contacts. I keep getting 'unable to transfer.
I just got the Droid X and it paired easily with my 2010 prius and I can play my music folders over the blue tooth connection in the audio/nav. system. But, it will not transfer my phone contacts.
It will go through the motions like its going to happen and then I see the words attempt failed.

Can't and don't want to load them all. I can't figure out how to load or create a contact without using my bluetooth phone.

View 14 RepliesI have a new 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited with the factory navigation system installed.
The car recognized my iPhone 4 and connected with no problems. The manual says that the contact list uploads from the phone to the car automatically. My contact list did upload to the car automatically, but about 20% of the contacts did not transfer. I tried it several times with the same results.
I have searched and can't find how to fix this. All of my contacts came into my phone book reversed. My phone would show "John Doe" and my car shows the contact as "Doe John". How it can be fixed?

View 2 RepliesI have had a 2011 Camry XLE with Nav for about 6 months now. I have a small issue, however. I manually enter about 3 or 4 phone contacts into the system (I have no desire to copy all my contacts from my phone). After a few days the contacts will be gone. My wife and I both have iPhone 5's and they are both registered to the car. I don't know if this is an issue with a phone becoming "unconnected" and then "reconnected" or not.

For whatever reason my system only loaded contacts through the letter "I", nothing from "J-Z". Also the voice activated dialing doesn't recognize most of the names.

View 7 RepliesI have an iPhone 5S and whenever I plug it in to my car it automatically switches to the iPod input and starts playing tracks in alphabetical order, though sometimes it remembers to continue playing whatever I had playing on my phone before. This is rather annoying because I'd rather the car stay in whatever input mode I had it, and if I do switch to iPod or Bluetooth, I want it to *always* remember to play what I was playing before, even if it's Pandora and not "iPod" music. Is there a way to configure the JBL system to do this? Or at the very least stay in its current input mode until I manually switch it?
View 3 RepliesI have a 2012 Prius (3) with toyota Entune installed. Everything was working fine until recently. Several time after shutting the car off, my phone (Android RAZR/MAXX) starts ringing. It sounds like a phone call, but there is no call to answer and the ringing continues. Powering off the phone stops the ringing. But the next tine I turn off the Prius, the ringing resumes. I'm not sure if the problem is with the phone, with the car, or with Entune.
View 1 RepliesI have seen a ton of threads about using your Prius as a generator for the house. However, I haven't found any threads about plugging the inverter into a manual transfer switch. What I have installed now is Reliance 30 Amp transfer switch which has an outlet on the outside of the house to connect the NEMA L14-20 generator cable.
