Bad Breath Smells Like Farting - Bloating And Passing Gas All The Time

I've been experiencing BB for a few years now. Just like everyone else I've tried many things with no success. At first I thought it was my mouth but starting to believe it's something in my gut. I'm tired of getting "did you fart?" comments. Thing is I believe it's in my gut is because I've been suffering with bloating and passing gas all the time. So if I'm passing gas a lot and my breath smells like the exact same...there's got to be a connection. I notice it gets worse when my mouth is dry, which seems to be a lot of the time. Not sure that's due to my gut or because I'm always stressed/anxious around people and it dries my mouth out. Another thing is I think it may be linked to my MERCURY FILLINGS and wondering if anyone with BB here has fillings..? I've also noticed skin rashes that look like ringworms and uti's off and on. I went for a H Pylori test and waiting in results and I've been on the candida diet for about a month now and really not seeing a difference. Thing is I've not always had this. I've had many relationships and they were long lasting. It's hard to pin point the exact time when I started getting comments. Keep in mind it's been a handful only of comments, but those were enough to take precaution around people. I don't feel like it smells all the time, but when I exhale deeply or use certain letters like "H" and laughter. So please let me know if you have fillings, trying to find a connection. I know we can beat this. It's hard to function everyday, trust me I know. You can be handsome and rich and would t matter if you have fart breath. A mentally challenged person has better luck functioning in life than we do! I know talking helps, I've only briefly mentioned it to a doctor, but she was skeptical.

I seem to have a problem with Bad Breath coming through my nose. I know I have had it for probably the last year, maybe more, maybe less, but have only just noticed that it was my breath recently. I always thought it was other things I was smelling. It's disgusting and embarrassing to think that I have to hold my breath sometimes so nobody can smell it. The best way to describe the smell is basically a Fart like smell coming from my nose. Others have noticed it, too, so I'm not delusional about it. I seem to breath through my nose from the back of my throat, not sure why. I am 23 years old. My teeth are in decent shape, no holes or cracks. I brush twice a day, floss my teeth really well, use mouthwash, drink water. I have flushed my sinuses and nasal passage properly with warm, salty water to clear any excess mucus. I have checked my tonsils and cleaned them by gargling warm, salty water. It will help for about a day, then the smell will eventually come back, unfortunately. Is there any reason for this? I don't think there are many ENT's around here as people might suggest for me to go and see. The only possibility I have left is going to see a Doctor and seeing if they will prescribe me some antibiotics, if that will help. Just thought I would get a few opinions first.

I am a 59 years old lady that practice good oral hygiene. Recently, my kids told me my breath smells like faeces and my faeces smells exactly like my breath! To make matter worse I sometimes experience pains around the lower left side of my abdomen and this smell seems to increase whenever I experience this pain. I have never smoke and I have not drink anything alcoholic in the last 15 years. I'm still undergoing series of tests not they are yet to diagnose the cause of these symptoms. Please does anyone have a clue?

i have been suffering from this mouth odour that smells like feces for the past 7 years. This happens once in awhile and all the hospitals have visited have not been able to address the cause of this problem. Once in awhile, a brownish thing comes out of my mouth and when i smell it, the odor its extremely bad just like pool. Have tried personally address the issue by using different mouthwash, maintain oral hygiene and buy different infection drugs but all failed. I will appreciate it if someone can show me the way out.

Ok you guys I started having chest pains last week. I went to the ER and was admitted overnight for observations. Well my Dr wrote a prescription for several different meds including one for my blood pressure, cholesterol and some other stuff. All of my blood work was negative, as well as my EKG. So today I went in for a follow-up and he did another EKG and it was normal. My blood pressure and heart rate was normal. I told him I did not get the prescriptions filled . So he went on to say he didn't think I was having heart problems. So he asked me of some other symptoms that I have and I told him about the nausea after eating , the stomach pain that radiates to my ribs , the bad breath and white coated tongue. And the fact that I was diagnosed with acid reflux but the medication is not working. So he said he thinks it is my gallbladder. So he has ordered a ct scan of my abdomen. I really believe this is the problem I have with the bad breath and body odor.I hope and pray this is the answer to my problem. This could also be beneficial for you guys as well. GOOGLE symptoms of gallbladder disease and if it cause bad breath. I never knew why I keep getting the white coated tongue. So it is digestive related.I will keep you informed. But in the meantime go to your Dr and ask him to check your gallbladder , and be persistent.

I have this horrid poo smell from my mouth. I brush my teeth twice a day, floss, use Dentyl PH mouthwash, I have the best oral hygiene of anyone I know but I still have this smell. I am too embarrassed to even ask my friends or family to tell me my breath stinks. I am becoming totally reclusive because of it. Id rather go to my GP and tell him i've got an STD. I know i've got it coz sometimes people look around and ask if i've farted, and I see people with babies smelling their nappies when I speak. It really is starting to badly affect my life but I just can't pluck up the courage to go to my GP. How on earth can i ay "DR, My breath smells like poo!"

I have many symptoms: difficulty swallowing, acid reflux, so possibly GORD (doctors can't confirm as I'm still waiting on an endoscopy). Anaemic, and gluten intolerant and hemorrhoids.
I'm not sure what caused what but I'm convinced they are all related to some degree, just not sure what the problem is.. it's been a year and a half and no doctor can tell me what is wrong.
My main problem is smelling. It's awful. I can't smell it and I'm VERY clean and I make sure I shower after bowel movements, great oral hygiene etc. But constantly get comments saying it smells like poo.
I'm running out of ideas, I'm going to get the hemorrhoids fixed (If I can afford it) but it will take months before that happens and in the meantime this smell is RUINING my life. I don't want to go out, I don't want to work, I don't want to be around people etc. And I've tried creams and suppositories, I'm completely dairy and gluten free for 3+ months and STILL have issues.

I am debating if I should go to the Emergency Room, as it's a Sunday. My story - 26 year old male, healthy. Since age 10, I have had an intermittent feeling of my breath being stuck in my upper abdomen (solar plexus area) and a little in my chest but not much. Sometimes when going for a deep breath, I feel pain in the chest, but very rare. It almost feels like there is a wall in between my stomach and my lungs that prevents air coming out. I know it's weird because you breath out of your lungs not your stomach. The only way it comes out is when I finally catch my breath, which means I need to wait for it to be able to escape and then I finally get the deep breath I need. Also yawning often allows the breath to occur. When this is happening, I can still breath but it's like only 10% of my lungs fill up with air, like someone is standing on the other 90% of my lungs, preventing them from filling up.
My BASELINE/ usual status is having the breath being stuck symptom maybe 10 times a day, usually while eating. This has become normal for me and I don't even think about it until people who I am eating with say, "what is wrong with you?"
When it is GOOD, it happens even less, maybe once a day and I will barely realize it happened.
When it is BAD, it happens often, maybe 20 times an hour.
The last week it has been EXTREME to the point where I will be struggling for a full breath once a minute. It is so bad that I have been feeling light headed (main reason for the alarm here). I have class on weekends and I was walking to the train for class, and my body was telling me to stay home (i am the type of person who doesn't make a big deal out of anything and never skips stuff).
Background- I sleep very well, usually 7-8 hours a night, am very healthy, 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, run 6 miles 3 times a week (it happens the same when I run but it doesn't prevent me from running), played sports my whole life, doctors always tell me my blood work and everything is off the charts good. The reasons I just listed, combined with my Mom (nurse) always telling me I am fine have made me stop seeking cures for this. I had every test under the sun done when I was 15 (EKG, Barium Swallow, Blood work, etc) and everything came back clear. I have a concave chest (my chest caves in) and the doctor told me that my chest bone is interfering with my breathing (eyes rolling). But now that I am feeling light headed, I think it's time to go to the emergency room. I am going to go to a heart center in my town (Brooklyn, NY). Also, I LOVE doing research about stuff and have been reading about this a lot and tons of people have similar symptoms which has comforted me. But now it's time for me to get tested again I think. Maybe this just talked me into going to the ER.

For as long as I can remember I have suffered with fart/baby nappy breath especially after eating chocolate and ice-cream, but worst of all even after brushing teeth and drinking water etc. I'm lactose intolerant, but never really had stomach pains unless I drink milk or eat ice-cream. Also my saliva stinks and I have a whitish tongue.
I'm now in my 40's and finally plucked up courage to go to my GP.
I had an h-pylori breath test in July this year and surprise, surprise was positive. I had metronidazole, Amoxycillin and omeprazole for 1 week. At the time my saliva stopped stinking and I thought I was getting better breath. However a few weeks on and my mouth tasted horrible again and I could smell my own fart/garbage stench when talking to people.
I asked my doctor to retest for h pylori, but he said I need to wait a year, even though the test kit says you can repeat a month after taking antibiotics. How else can I tell if the treatment worked, and then tell if it is the culprit of my bb?
I know this is nothing to do with my mouth care as I have an immaculate regime and people often say how white my teeth are. Unfortunately people also keep brushing their noses when I'm talking and I get the odd "have you farted?" comment.
I am married with kids and it never bothers me when I'm at home, but I know the problem exists and am desperate to solve or at least reduce the problem.

Few day ago till now I feel very tired and difficult breathing. I feel short breath and chest congestion. I also feel numbness all over my body and dizzy. I also feel very dry mouth and dry throat. I cannot sleep every night for full night. I had lung x-Ray last months but result was fine. I had severe stress due to some mental health last month but now I feel relieve but I don't know why I had all symptoms I mentioned above.

Went to ER last night because of shortness of breath that started the day before, with neck and back pain. I could/can seem to breath normally but then I feel like I need a deep breath and I can only get what feels like 60%-70% of a breath. Every 2 minutes or so I can get a "full" breath. EKG, blood test, X-ray, d dimer all came back normal last night and I was discharged. Nebulizer treatment had no affect. Vitals were okay over 4 hours with the exception of my oximeter level dropping below 90 a few times (as low as 86). It recovered within 30 seconds each time.
I am 28/male and have a history of mild asthma, non-smoker. I also have 2 herniated discs (l4/l5 & l5/s1, and l3/l4 bulging, with chronic back spasms). Albuterol inhaler, allergy medication shows no improvement.
I have purchased a pulse oximeter and tonight my oximeter level (not pulse) has fallen below 90 (4 times), but each time recovering to 92+ withing 30 seconds.

For the past couple of nights I've had quite bad indigestion and I just put that down to eating too much food cause it's Christmas. But I went to the toilet earlier and when I wiped my arse there was blood. I then went to go for a wee a bit later and I farted and blood came out. I'm only 17 and really worried. Please help

For over two years she has been experiencing an excessive amount of flatulence. She works at a baking company and gets harassed because of her farting problems. She gets called stinky and other names pretty much by everyone at work on a daily basis and I feel completely depressed because I can't do anything to help her. I feel angry at these people because my mother doesn't even speak much English and I am disappointed that people would do this to my powerless mother. She is single and have been battling to work everyday to make money for us. I have tried taking her to family doctors but no one has found a cure to this type of disease yet, and we have been changing doctors. She refuses to eat anything now in fear that she's going to fart again at work. Please help me I am desperate, I fear that one day my mother will leave us to commit suicide because of the bullying she receives at work. It is sad to me because my mother is the greatest mother anyone could have. She doesn't want this and I want to help her stop the cruelty at work.
For further information about my mother, she is 47 years old. I took her to a Gastroenterologist before and I think he tried everything, but it never worked. The first doctor gave us all the gas medications to try out and none of them work. I also went as far as buying her flatulence underwear from UK and they were 100$ each from myshreddies.com. I brought her two of them for Christmas. It took them 3 months to deliver it, and they don't even work. We switched doctors several times in hopes of finding a miracle..... Please help my mother, she deserves this. She really is a great mother. If there are anyone out there that could give me some tips to help her with her farting problem I will be forever in your debt. You will save a life Because at this point my mother is so embarrassed that she would do anything at all in order to stop farting. Almost everyday she comes home crying to my grandma about work and we are powerless to help her. Once I heard her say "I'd rather die than keep farting like this and letting them make fun of me. Why don't I just die already?" in our foreign language. This hurt, and I went to my room to cry because of it. Please help her anyone. A few months ago I engaged in brief fellatio from a women who was not my girlfriend (before coming to my senses). This is something I deeply regret and was very drunk at the time. I have since found out that Gonorrhoea can be contracted – albeit very low risk.
About two weeks after this exposure, I was prescribed with a short course of doxycycline due to a facial skin infection, I have also learnt that this can treat some STD’s (unaware at the time of prescription). It’s been 8 weeks since I finished my doxycycline course and I have had sex with my girlfriend on multiple occasions during this period. Do to guilt and worry, I decided to get tested yesterday (thankfully all negative).
1.This may be a very naïve question but I assume that if I am negative my girlfriend is also negative?
2.Is there any way I could have infected my girlfriend before taking the doxycycline and then tested negative or would I have re-infected myself over the last 8 weeks?

I passed a 4mm stone approximately 2 weeks ago and for the past couple of days I have had pressure in that kidney. It took me about 10 weeks to pass the stone and the last four weeks was without any pain. I am having the stone tested by my GP. I decided not to follow-up with the urologist who I was referred to because he was the worst doctor I have ever been to and would prefer to find someone else if further treatment is needed. I am hoping to wait until the test results come in so I can go and talk to my GP about what my next steps should be.
I know the pressure is not another kidney stone - ct, ultrasound, and x-ray all only showed one the exact size of the one I passed. What could this pressure be and why did it develop 1.5 weeks after I passed the stone? The pressure even comes and goes so it isn't constant. Everything else is normal - urine output etc. It is more of annoyance than anything else. Should I be concerned?
My body is revolting at the moment so just wondering if this is just a coincidence - I have a cold and it is that time of the month. I also have massive uterine fibroids that are pressing on that side. One radiologist said in their report they thought that was the reason I originally formed the stone. The urologist I saw said it had nothing to do with it, but two of the three gynecologist I have seen felt that it was a concern. So I don't know who to believe. Normally I would trust the urologist but he was only focused on surgery and he was constantly blowing off my concerns instead of trying to help me understand. I know surgeons love to do surgery but I am a patient who loves to avoid surgery so our personalities clashed when he wanted to do surgery just to check and see if I had a stone.
Anyone have any experience with pressure after passing a kidney stone? If so what caused it and what was done for it?

Am I the only person that can't fully break wind unless I'm sitting on a Toilet?
I'll get horrible Gut Cramps and feel like I've definitely got to fart and then even if I DO fart it's not enough and the pressure just keeps building till I sit on a Toilet and fart hard enough that it hurts. Sometimes I'll be in there for several minutes just farting and it feels like razors are slicing me open.
I know that I've got significant prolapsing Internal Hemorrhoids that I'm going to take care of in the near future. I'm wondering if they are large enough now that the only way anything can really leave my rectum is if they are already out. I know it's getting harder and harder to shove them back inside.
I'm also thinking that the razor pain could be from fissures but don't fissures bleed? All I ever do sometimes is spot on the Toilet Paper. Like there will be a few dabs of blood not like a streak or anything and none on the stool or in the toilet bowl.
The Doctors have also diagnosed me with IBS but I've never heard of this happening with somebody that has IBS. Even with me, I take Laxatives at night so I can go during the day. If I can have Bowel Movements why can't I just fart like a normal person and why does it have to hurt?
