Abdominal Pain And Nausea From Eating Fruit
I was wondering if anybody suffers with abdominal pain and nausea from eating fruit. I decided i would try to eat some fruit today as everything else i have tried to eat has caused a flare up. I ate half a banana and a tangerine early afternoon and since then it has left me feeling really uncomfortable my stomach is hurting and getting pain all under my ribs and right side as well as feeling nausea. Just seems like everything i try to eat doesn't agree with me i am seriously now thinking of not eating food altogether and just drink plenty of fluids because it's just not worth eating to feel like this everyday when i do it

Two months ago I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and took antibiotics but after I finished them I still wasn't feeling great so my doctor put me on another round. Finished those and then began having slight headaches, lots of nausea, sometimes vomiting and diarrhea and extreme exhaustion. I have had two blood tests and nothing shows up I have an ultrasound this week but does anyone have any idea of what this could be? I am a normally healthy twenty year old and this is keeping me from work and school!

I don't know what's going on with me. I keep going to the doctor and all they say is that i'm suffering from a stomach bug, but it just doesn't seem to be that simple. My symptoms are;
Nausea, headache, fatigue, dizziness, loss of appetite, diarrhea, weight loss and lower abdominal cramps, similar to menstrual cramps and I'm not on my period. Recently I've started experiencing shortness of breath as well. What could it possibly be?

I have just been diagnosed with lactose intolerance. After, literally years of suffering, I finally have an answer to my problems. I was just wondering if anyone else out there has this and what you suffered? I mean, this seemingly little thing has caused me to become bedridden! I ate a diet LOADED with lactose prior to diagnosis and honestly felt like I was dying over the last two years in particular. I had severe diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, brain-fog, anxiety attacks...the list goes on... I had my appendix out in Oct 2013 too, which I can't be sure was related, but it was horrendously painful any way!
The symptoms I had, I put down to various things and was convinced I had parasites, which I don't have. I just could not fathom why I was so ill. I had a food intolerance test and eggs came up positive, so I eliminated them from my diet at the time, but I had little relief as I was still eating a high-lactose diet, not knowing that I was intolerant.
I have now eliminated all lactose AND eggs from my diet and in one day, I felt better. I had no abdominal pain, no urgency to poo, and no headache - which I have literally, constantly had for years. It's remarkable. I also didn't suffer bad dreams, which is so weird, as I have actually become used to my dreams being bad/negative and it became normal for me. It's such a relief to be able to rest without disruption!
Did or do any of you suffer with really bad symptoms down to lactose intolerance? Also, as I am new to this and have had to overhaul my diet, does anyone have advice on foods I should avoid, etc?

My husband has been suffering from lower left pain and tenderness in his abdominal area. He also has loose stool and a lot of the time feels like he needs to go, but can't. Cramping included. He randomly feels nauseous. His pain is also cause with eating, so he avoids eating big portions. He does eat yogurt, one cup a night. It sometimes helps. He has had a colonoscopy done and it was clean. Heartburn is also included, he takes rolaids every night. I just wish I could help him. I hate seeing him in pain! What is wrong with him?

I am a 21 year old female. I had sex for the first time a month and a half ago. (protected) Soon afterwards I got a yeast infection during my period that I treated with equate's miconazole. It went away in About a week. Had constipation took something so i eventually went to the bathroom. Then I began to experience abdominal pain (more unusual than painful ... But still painful). So about 2 days later I began to feel a cramp on my upper thigh so that same day I went to the hospital. They did a ct scan and an ultrasound they said I had a ruptured ovarian cyst. The doctor just told me to take medicine for it. The leg cramps got worse and were scaring me so I went back to the same Hospital 3 days later they said it may have to do with the ruptured cyst but when they checked my urine they said I may have an UTI coming on. So they gave me medicine for UTI. They sent me to the GYN who gave me birth control in order to stop ovulation which could irritate the rupture. Soon after that I began to feel nausea, dizziness and chest pains as well as brown vaginal discharge. So I woke up the next morning or so and I vomited. I went to another hospital where they treated me and they said they couldn't find anything wrong so the just replaced my UTI medicine with levaquin (250 mg 6 days in). They sent me back home that night and the next morning they told me to come back because the ct scan they did there found that I had a swollen/enlarged liver and a little fluid around my heart. I came back the doctor said he couldn't find the problem so he sent me home and told me to see my doctor. She told me to discontinue the birth control. My doctor couldn't come up with anything so shes running more tests. Right now I feel a burning chest pain below by right breast also on the left side of my chest and in my mid back on my left side, still dizziness, a bit of pressure behind my left eye, and nausea, still leg cramps/pain, upper back pain. This has been going on for over three weeks.

Over the last few months I've been randomly getting nauseated. It usually lasts a day or two and only has actually caused me to vomit a few times. However recently it has become more severe, and more common and even more recently has become paired with an uncomfortable dizziness and weakness in my legs. My mother believed it was morning sickness so I took a pregnancy test which proved negative and haven't missed any periods in the 3 months since I was last sexually active so I'm fairly certain I am not pregnant.

Does anyone else experience bad ibs pain and gas on left upper abdomen, side and back the day after alcohol? I'm currently waiting to see gastro specialist next month as suffered with upper left pain for 5 years, had all texts ct, ultrasound, bloods, stool, camera down throat at the start but everything was clear. Pain went away for about a year when I left a stressful relationship but has been back since I had my daughter almost 2 years ago. Had additional ultrasound a year ago nothing showed up and loads of blood tests all clear.
I do have the pain anyway but it's much worse after even a small amount of alcohol. I have cut it out completely but had 3 drinks at a wedding last night and pain is bad today plus up in night with upset stomach and anxiety shakes.
It's all really getting me down and if it wasn't for my children sometimes I feel like ending it! Just want to know what's wrong!
I'm paranoid it's my pancreas but at least 10 different docs say they think it's bowel! I don't have pale stools ever and never vomit.
I also get sharp pains under left breast. All these pains and spasms only last a few seconds but can come quite frequently. Even a&e said they didn't think it was pancreas! Could this really just be ibs?
I know I need to stop drinking if it causes pain and some of you will just tell me never to drink again and I'm not going to cos it's not worth it! Just want to know if anyone else has this?! Feel like something constantly under left rib that rumbles when I push it!
Abdominal Pain :: How To Get Rid Of Pinworms
My daughter and i have been battling pinworms for about 6 months now and I'm at my wits end. Whenever I go to a doctor, they prescribe mebendazole, but when I try to get it filled, no pharmacy carries it! Apparently the drug is no longer available in the US for who knows what reason. It almost seems like they don't want us to get rid of these vile parasites. The last doctor I went to actually laughed at me when I told him I had pinworms. It's already embarrassing enough having to live in this condition, but when someone who is supposed to be a professional ridicules you, it's even worse. I've told the doctors I've been to that no pharmacy carries it, and they just brush it under the rug like it's no big deal. It's so frustrating. I'm constantly dizzy, depressed, tired and run down, and have stomach pains on a regular basis. My 7 year old daughter also complains of constant tummy aches. We've tried Reese's pinworm medicine OTC but that did nothing. I've tried ingesting raw garlic cloves, garlic paste on our bottom, Diatomaceous Earth (ingesting and as a paste), along with maintaining good hygiene and laundering clothes and bedding daily.
I'm at a loss here. It's hard to live with yourself when you constantly feel these disgusting parasites writhing and poking you in the rear and vagina. If someone has any advice, please let me know. I've read somewhere on another site that some people use Noxema as an anal paste. Is this safe and effective?

I'm experiencing sever lower abdominal pain directly after sex. The pain is so severe that I cannot breathe or walk comfortably until it subsides. Sitting makes the pain worse. My boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex only twice, the last time was about a week and a half to two weeks ago. My main concern is pregnancy as we are both only 17. Could this be a sign of pregnancy? I felt very nauseated while the pain was present. The pain did not go away until after about 3 hours. When I woke up the next day I had small pains, more of an achy feeling, in the same area.

About a week ago, I was experiencing right upper quad pain. It hurt and burned and radiated to my back and in the middle of my shoulder, I was also feeling pain down toward my navel and was increasingly more uncomfortable. I went to the doctor and he laid me down and pressed on areas asking me if I hurt,,,at one point when he pressed on the gallbladder areas, I expressed severe pain and then when he pressed on my right lower quad, I actually screamed and wanted to come off the table, tears springing to my eyes. At that time I was not running a fever, was eating a bit and was not "presenting" like it was anything serious, so he sent me home with a prescription for Vicodin and said if the pain gets worse go to the ER.
Now a week later, I am in near constant pain...my upper right quad and my lower right quad feel like I've been kicked or beat. I am nauseated, I have not gotten sick, I have been running a slight fever of 99.7 and have been having really loose stools with a little mucus in it.. Also, when I do have a BM my right side feel like it is being ripped in two. last night I was trying to eat some baked chicken and I couldn't do it, I also felt two pops in my lower right quad, that made me see stars for a few minute.

I am new to this so sorry if it is not tight but here it goes I have been having to get up at 12am after going to sleep to go to the toilet. I would then have severe diarrhea and even though I did not need to go anymore stay on in fear as I would still have a stomach ache . this happens almost every night. I have seen a doctor and been told it was abdominal migraines and that it would pass. Oh what I should mention is that back in 2010 Easter I suffered extremely bad colitis ( I think that is spelt wrong sorry) anyway I then had my appendix removed this year Easter on emergency and was then told my stomach's would finish then. But they didn't and are gradually getting worse?

I've just had a baby 5 months ago via c-section, but about 2 months after my c-section I have back pain under the left rib cage. I thought I had muscle pain and since I just had a baby my body is changing, I thought nothing of it and took Tylenol for pain. As day passes, my pain is getting worst to the point that it was unbearable. I could not find a comfortable position, I could not sleep, couldn't move. I went to the doctor and she did X-ray, and ruled that I have muscle pain. She prescribed prednisone for 6 days. I felt fine for 5 days, until I ran out of medication. My pain came back a lot worst than before. This time the doctor thought I have kidney stone and so I had CT scan searching for stone but the result came back with no stone but enlarge spleen (15cm and I weigh about 100lbs)) and abdominal adenopathy . The doctor is still not sure of what cause my spleen enlarge. If anyone know about this can you please share your thought. As I am a mother of 2 children's 5 yrs old and 4 months old.

So I am scheduled to have an endoscopy done on Friday. I have read all the bad things that happen after having the procedure. How often do you have really bad symptoms? Bad gas, bloating, abdominal pain, etc after the procedure.
I am really tempted to call off having it done right now. The pain that I have is not daily and doesn't last long. It is something that I can live with and wait out a few months if need be.
Diverticula :: Abdominal Pains For Over 20 Years
I have had left side abdominal pains for over 20 years. Initially doctors thought it was IBS but now it has gotten worse with the same symptoms there most of the time whereas in the past they would come and go. Now the thinking is diverticular disease. I have had prunes with my breakfast for years and have for the last week increased my intake of fibre though it does not seem to have had an effect in relieving the pain yet.
Pain usually begins in the left lower abdomen and then seems to move lower down and ends up as a tight, cramping feeling around the left side near the kidney area.
Constant Abdominal Pain - Diverticula?
I've been having constant left side abdominal pain and dodgy bowel movements since around May this year. Also constant peeing. My GP went down the gynae route and sent me for a scan of uterus and ovaries. All normal, as was all the blood work done. I then went on to pass blood in a bowel movement, maroon coloured with fresh blood about 8 weeks ago. This lasted about 24 hours. Have had nothing since but awaiting a date for a colonoscopy. My GP has mentioned Diverticular but obviously I am concerned re cancer. I have had no weight loss and still have s good appetite despite a bad case of acid reflux hanging about. My bowel movements tend to be soft but never diarrhoea but I have noticed there are small hard lumps of darker coloured stool mixed in. Is it possible that these small lumps are stuck in the diverticular pooches but are flushed through by the looser stuff? Also is constant low grade pain a usual symptom? I do get the odd hot flush and dizziness but on the whole generally feel well. I would appreciate any help/advise from anyone with this condition.
