Cancer Risk :: Smoking Cigar With Cut On Lip

The other day I was eating dinner and bit my lip pretty badly and it bled quite a bit. Not thinking, I smoked a cigar a couple hours later. Now, I know smoking cigars is harmful and that is why I will only have them a couple times a year. My questions is - will smoking with my cut lip put me at a greater risk for developing oral cancer than smoking without a cut? My logic is that the cells are dividing trying to repair the wound and getting carcinogens in there would lead to cancer. I suffer from anxiety often and get fixed on certain problems, as I have with this one for the last week. What do you all think?

I'm a 21 year old healthy, active female. A 6 cm nodule was discovered in my thyroid about a month ago after I felt a lump in the front of my neck. I had an FNA which indicated that it was benign, however my doctor informed me a week later that due to the large size of the nodule, they can't be sure it's not cancerous. Based on this, he recommended I have surgery and that I won't know whether it's cancerous until the biopsy results come back after a lobectomy.
Since I discovered it a month ago it has become noticeably bigger. Does the risk of cancer increase in fast growing nodules or nodules that are 6 cm+?

My internal/GAS medicine physician, M.D. tells me the facts that to receive anal sex, anal play, anal toys frequently will greatly increase the risk for anal cancer. The most anal toys or sex toys make by plastic which will release a lot poison chemicals into rectum and lower part of the colon, which are the other factors causing cancers there. I trustee advice from M.D. who have more formal medical training than some of psychological doctors's opinions on anal sex, who do not have a formal medical training, no matter they hold PhD or not in psychology. My M.D. doctor's advice are exactly match with same opinions on anal sex related to anal cancer, posted and provided by another M.D. doctor who is specialized and medical educator on human being's sexual health for many years.

Back in June of 2013 I had sex with a stripper at a strip club. We used a condom and to my knowledge it did not break. She was 19, and new to the club. She told me she didn't have anything and didn't want anything. We only did vaginal sex and unprotected oral, with me receiving only. We switched positions multiple times, and switched condoms twice do to the fact I had to go to the bathroom at one point. I recently have developed a rash in both my armpits, and they form the same pattern on both armpits and people say it looks like irritation. I have sinus problems , but to be fair I always did my whole life. I have had loose stole but again I have IBS, and I am on Doxycycline for acne. I am circumcised,and have only been with another girl before this one, who was not infected. So what are my risks?
1. Could the condoms tear without me knowing it?
2. Chance's I could contract HIV?
3. Is my rash and sinus a possible sign of ARS?

I had oral & vaginal sex with sex worker both with condom.
After 4 weeks I started with armpit pain with lump for two days exactly on top of my right nipple. I was continued having cough for some time, after 6 weeks I had bad sore throat with pain in neck, I have checked many times but I can't see or feel any swollen lymph nodes, after 7 weeks I started having pain in my groin on upper side but I can't find any lump nor any swelling. I live in US. 6 weeks back on(August 24, 2013) I went to strip club. There the dancer gave me a unprotected hand job , I have also put my finger inside her vagina for 2-3 minutes. I just tested positive for gonorrhea in my throat. The test came out negative for all other STDs.
