Penis Fracture And Jammed :: Cialis Not Helping The Issue

Aug 24, 2015

I'm a healthy 25 year old male and I've been dealing with ED over the last year and a half or so after potentially sustaining an injury during intercourse. I had no major signs of fracture but jammed it very hard. My symptoms have become gradually worse since that time. These include generally reduced sensitivity, difficulty achieving maximum erections, extreme difficulty maintaining erections (doesn't ever seem to lock-in anymore), some increased curvature at base on one side. I have had a doppler ultrasound and pelvic MRI performed with no negative results, although neither involved induced erections. Cialis seems to help minorly, but nowhere near solves the issue. I'd love some advice on what this might be and what other tests can be done to diagnose it.

Erectile Dysfunction After Prostatectomy - No Effect Of Viagra, Cialis And Penis Pump

I am actually writing for my fiance (drew) we are storing here frustrated.. today is his bday and we can't even have intercourse after 15 months..

Anyways, we are curious, does this sound like a venous leak, or is this all still normal after 15 post op?

Viagra does not work, period.

Calais gives him about a 20% erection, but at 40.00 a pill, it's impossible to afford on our tight budget.

Using a pump combined with the tightest ring, only gives him about a 30-40% erection for about 5 minutes.

We did try trimex but the third time we used it we face him to much and he had to to to the e.r. and go thru the absolutely most horrible thing I've ever witnessed in my life. So to say the least we haven't tried it again and its been almost 9 months.

Morning erections are rare and only about 30-40%.

When. We use a penis pump, the base of his penis blows up like a doughnut. A good inch or inch n half is as wide as the pump. Once we slip the ring in, even if we pump his penis up almost as long as the tube, his erection always immediately drops. Without getting to graphic, his head does turn n keep blue, so we know he had decent blood flow.

Other then this he is a fairly healthy man, turned 55 today, he is about 40lbs overweight, but ask his blood work is normal, never high cholesterol, no diabetes, and his heart is fine. Ever since his prostate cancer we are insistent in getting all his blood work done every 90 days.

So i guess what we are asking, is does anyone know if this is still normal?

We know ed problems are can be an issue for a few yrs, but he had one of the best surgeons in the US and was done with a davinci robot and nerve sparing. When this is all brought up to any if his doctors, they just offer scripts for ed medications we can not simply afford.

Is this a leak or still ed problems?

Citalopram For Anxiety But It's Not Helping Sleeping

I have been taking these pills for about 10 days and initially the side effects were awful, nausea, sick, no appetite, more anxious and virtually no sleep. After taking first pill in morning I realised it made me sleepy so switched to taking before bed in the hope it would help with my sleeping. Unfortunately not - did get one good night at weekend and felt so much better yesterday but last night it's like back to square one. Anyone got similar experience - currently on 10mg citalopram and don't see doctor again till November.

Cannabis :: Helping My Boyfriend Off Weed

This is a bit lengthy so I will try to shorten it the best I can. Please note that this is dire. About ten months ago my boyfriend and I rekindled our friendship and we ended up being together. At first, before we started dating he was into drinking and smoking (weed), but I refused to date anyone who has done those things because I personally couldn't handle being around stressful environments, (I am diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar 1).

So, he claimed he came to stop smoking and drinking if it meant us being together. Through the months, we had terrible, terrible fights - usually I blamed myself because I become manic on occasion - but as of just a week ago he's been acting even far more stranger. We usually never go anywhere without the other, but he started talking to a guy friend at work he met no longer than five days ago and he was invited to a party. He told me he was going to go whether I wanted him too or not, so I asked if I could go along and he was fine with it but demanding I act appropriate. (Which I am not all that bad around public).

Before we went we got into a fight, he shouted at me that he never got alone time and I asked if he'd choose his new friend over me. He said, he's going to the party no matter what and I was going to leave...But then he broke down in tears. Later on that night, he told me he wanted me to accept him for himself. He claimed that his true self was the guy he was before dating me, the one who was drinking and smoking. He said he didn't need to drink but he missed the smoking. That he needs it in order to keep positive and stress free so he doesn't yell at me. Breaking every moral I had, I agreed to let him do it - we went home so he can go smoke but I didn't want to have to see it so I tried to leave. He came to me before I left and said he didn't do it and he was sorry. Sorry that he choose the party over me and sorry for yelling at me and making me cry. He claimed he didn't know what he was doing or why.

Eventually through the week, he promised he wouldn't do it again until yesterday. He called me after work and said he needed to go to his friends house to say goodbye because he was moving. He demanded I stay home. I wanted to go with, I was already going through a manic episode and needed, yes, need, to be watched over. (if left alone I can get a little suicidal, not meaning too.) He refused to let me go. My friend, whose my other caretaker, came over to find me at a complete distraught. She was angry and took me over to his house just in time to catch him before he was going to leave.

When he saw me, he burst into tears, saying he was sorry but he needed to tell me something; that he had been still smoking through the entire relationship. He claimed he was trying to stop the whole time, that at first he was only taking a puff once to twice every week until recently where he went to once every week and that every time we got into a fight was because he hadn't take a recent puff. He said that the recent fights we got into were because he was scared of telling me about his smoking and how he didn't quit while the entire time I thought he had. He broke down and is begging for my help, thinking I can help him through but I have no idea HOW too.

I suffer from severe manic episodes, and if I am unlucky, psychotic ones also. We have little to no money at all, even for me to go see a psychiatrist for the meds I need for my mental conditions. I will not leave him...but I so desperately need help to help him.

Bell's Palsy :: Methylcobalamin, Acupuncture And Steroids/acyclovir Are Helping

Hi I am a 32 year old third time sufferer of bells palsy. I always seem to get it at this time of year - May/June and am thus starting to wonder if it is related to my intense hay fever. While I have used the standard steroid/acyclovir combo each time I have also found acupuncture to be helpful and I am undergoing treatment twice weekly at the moment as I am in the acute stages of the bells. I also take Methylcobalamin B12 as a supplement to protect nerve tissue. Dont let Bells take over your life! If you can manage the pain and breathe through the experience you will come out stronger the other side.

Is Cialis The Same As Viagra?

My friend told me that Cialis may rival Viagra as a treatment for erectile dysfunction. I used Viagra for treatment for impotency. I have got an instant success. As I heard now Cialis is Viagra first direct competitor. I want to know more about it and may I change my therapy for a while with the same results?

Cialis Vs. Tamsulosin For BPH

I'm 72. I do not want to be done with my sex life. I have BPH and have been taking tamsulosin for quite a few years. I do ok as far as the urinating thing is concerned. Pretty slow sometimes, pretty often lots of times... all of that. But sexually, it takes me 2 or 3 weeks to get done doing what I really want to do. I can get an erection, and have lots of feeling, but then the gas tank goes to empty and I'm done.

Recently I read that this is a known side effect to the tamsulosin, not really a problem of the bph. So the question comes can I or should I arm-twist my doc to try cialis 5mg instead? Again, the erection thingy isn't really a problem, it's the finishing up that doesn't get done.

Does cialis seem to work as well for bph as tamsulosin? Better?

Also, I have emphysema. Once again, I'm not going to let a little old thing like that spoil my day. But one thing that can happen with emphysema is you can get this silly little right congestive heart failure thing going because your lungs are doing a crappy job of oxygenating the blood. One of the treatments for that? Cialis, but in a 20 mg dose. Much higher dose than that recommended for bph or ed. So I'm wondering that even at a lower dose I might get some relief for the pulmonary hypertension thingy. Some would help with energy levels for instance.

Viagra, Levitra Or Cialis? Which Is The Best?

I'm 35 year old male and about six months ago I was diagnosed with one mild form of asthma. Since then, my GP prescribed me this Advair drug to use it if it comes to the point I start breathing difficult.

So, I have no problems with controlling my asthma but I have problems with keeping my sex life on track. Every since I started using this drug- I'm having problems with maintaining my erection. I don’t know am I right, but I'm thinking that this drug is the exact cause.

So, I was thinking to start use some medicaments to improve my sex life. I've heard for Viagra, Levitra and Cialis and I was wondering which of them could be best for me.

Cialis For BPH - Switched From Flomax

I have been taking Tamsulosin (gen Flomax) for 4+ years and have had trouble sleeping for most of 4 years but for the most part my BPH systoms have been less or gone. I talked Doctor into switching me to 5mg Cialis. I'm in my 3rd day taking cialis, 4th day not taking Flomax and my BPH symptoms are returning but sleeping has gotten better.

Has anyone else switched from Flomax to Cialis daily? If so can you shed some light on where I did the right thing by switching.
