So it's been about 10 days since I got off my period and I've been showing some discharge, which I know is normal for the body, so no biggie. However, when I wiped, I had a little bit of bloody discharge. Overall maybe the area size of a penny. I kinda freaked out but that's all that has shown. No blood since then whatsoever. I just really don't know what happened. Could it be from holding in urine or something?

Then a couple of days later I had intercourse and my partner said I bled "Not a lot but it was noticeable." That next night I noticed blood in my discharge that was bright red. The next morning my discharge was a pinkish color but dark red again that night and has been continuing for about 3 or 4 nights from then. I'm currently on Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo and I start my period in a couple of days but I've never had bloody discharge before. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

In the last couple of years, I have experienced a thick, brown, bloody discharge during/after sex. It was random at first, but then almost every time. I have changed birth control pills twice due to this condition. Still nothing seems to be changing. It is back to being random rather than every time, but it is still very frustrating to my partner and myself. It's messy and unpredictable. I am wondering why this is happening and if I can stop it? I'm tired of going to the doctor and being told I am fine and all they want to do is switch my birth control method.

sometimes the quantity is less and sometimes more and sometimes doesnt happen. sometime back i got white thick discharge which was watery but it got stretched. i was like a chewing gum which i could take out by pulling off my vagina. after it dried on panty, showed as light yellowish lump or so. it also came out after bowel movement or even pee.. the quantity got lesser on its own , then i had my xams and that time it again started but was not the type i told, it was just simple liquid which when dried got into flakes.
after that for sometime it almost stopped except for after orgasm.
currently its like usual discharge but in a lesser quantity only.( also i got more red lumps like small mass during my period flow)
i dont know and worried regarding this. is it normal?
ALSO The second thing is that when i get aroused the vagina gets wet but now it pains while getting wet naturally unlike before.
I got checked today, I was thinned out and 2 centimeters dilated. Like 8 hours after my appointment, I had this dark brown mucus discharge. Every time I wipe there is some. Could this be my bloody show or could it just be spotting from the pelvic exam? I'm so hoping it's the bloody show!
View 7 RepliesI'm a little worried because it seemed as though my bleeding had nearly stopped, and when I did bleed, it was a brown tint and then, I did the unthinkable. I had sex with my husband before I was supposed to. Almost immediately afterwards, I started bleeding bright red again and a few days later, was bleeding with almost a mucus type discharge. I've also noticed that the pain in my lower abdomen/incision area seems more tender than it was just a few days ago. Could this be signs of an infection or something else of concern? I also just took my temp right now, and had a low grade fever of 99.3.

View 3 RepliesMy 16 year old daughter still hasn't got her periods. At first the DR's kept telling me she was delayed because she has crohn's disease but they finally agreed to do further testing.
Yesterday she went for an ultrasound to check her ovaries but they couldn't find a uterus. He told me not to panic as sometimes the uterus is retroverted and they can't see it on the ultrasound. Shes to have an MRI soon.
I'm just wondering if she has a retroverted uterus, wouldn't they be able to see some of it on the ultrasound?
I put gemstones in my vagina and they slipped through my cervix. I have seven gemstones that are thin and half and inch long in my cervix and the gynecologist is not available tomorrow. What do I do? Am I going to die or get an infection?

View 1 RepliesI had sex unprotected (pulled out) Dec 19th and again Jan 1st protected ( however I did bleed a lot which I didn't notice til afterwards but I'm sure its because my partner was well endowed and we skipped foreplay). Since then I've had 2 regular periods. I noticed the pink spotting once sometime before the first period in January it was off and on for 2 days and only noticed the pinkish red when I wiped. I had my period for February as well and sometime maybe a week or so before that I again had pink spotting only for a day or so. Now my period is due in 2 weeks and I again have had the pink spotting once earlier last week and again today. All this hasn't happened before.
Could it be infection I haven't had any discomfort whatsoever other than last month I had a slight itch that went away after 3 days using an apple cider vinegar rinse.

View 1 RepliesRecently had an ultrasound for unusual pelvic pain. I learned from the doctor I have a retroverted (backward, as they stated) uterus. I've tried to research this online but there's just so many different opinions on this topic. I know it only occurs in 20% of women. I've heard it can affect getting pregnant and labor complications. And, from experience, I know it's painful. Anyone out there been diagnosed with this?
If so, what symptoms/complications do you have associated with it? Are there things I can do to relieve the pain myself caused by it without pain medications?
I am 26 year old virgin and having vaginal infection, it was swollen and itchy with thick white odorless discharge. I went to gynecologist and told symptoms without any examination cause i was requested her not to do so and she gave me candistat for candida infection treatment. Now the itchiness and discharge is almost gone, swelling is no more but it is reddish pink from inside what i checked by taking images, and I can see a lump kinda thing at the opening. I don't remember it NOT being there. It's like the size of a grain of rice and doesn't hurt at all, there is no itchiness as well and no discolouration where it is. I can move it around as well a little but not much. Just wondering what this is and if it could have any health implications?
