Whenever I go over bumps or a rough piece of road there is a faint rattle coming from the drivers door. It just started doing it about a week ago and its driving me crazy . I am thinking door seal? I've called the dealer and they told me to come in to check it out.

I am starting to hear and feel more road noise and rattling when going over bumps or a rough road. U think they would have used polyurethane bushings instead of rubber.
I will a bump pretty hard, and after that I could hear slight rattling inside my driver's side door when going over rougher road.
View 2 RepliesNoticed a rattling sound from the front end of the car when hitting certain types of bumps/rough road. Turns out my right front stabilizer bar needs replacing. Dealer has ordered part, and it's covered under warranty. However, I thought stabilizer bars were supposed to be replaced in pairs. Do I need to ask them to replace both the front right and left, or is just replacing the right ok?
View 9 Repliesthe driver/rear suicide door combo is rubbing at the top and thus rattling on bumps. Looks to me like it is actually from the rear door as the gap in the very back is very wide at the top. the driver door gaps look normal along the front. Before I dig into this I wanted to check and find out the best way to approach. Is there an adjustment inside the hinge? the bolts on the jam look solid and have never been adjusted. Perhaps there is a hinge pin in there?
View 9 RepliesI've got a 2012 F250 SD and when i go over some bumps in the road or even down a gravel road, the door panel on the driver side vibrates and it's noisy. Is there any way to pull the panel and add some foam padding or something to stop this? I can see the panel vibrate or heck, maybe it the whole door.
View 10 RepliesI have an RX 450H and noticed that there is a squeaking sound coming from the dashboard. I looked at other posts where people were experiencing similar issues and noticed one post where someone had a GS 450H and fixed this issue by adding felt between the dashboard and the windscreen.
I would like to know whether this method works 100% and whether I can apply this method to the RX 450H. The noise becomes worse when it is cold and especially when the car is being driven over rough road surfaces and speed bumps.
I got my all new Lexus but driver door has been rattle since 400 mile. It's like plastic vibrating and creaking.... I think it's the door panel is making the noise especially on rough road. When it rattles, I can place my hands on and share the vibration, then the noise would be somehow suppressed.
The problem is that I took it to dealer and they, as usual, cannot reproduce the problem! I took down the door panel myself, tightened all screws...and the noise...got worse....
ok my passat is makes noise going over bumps. it sounds just like clankly raddle. i checked under neath there appears to be nothing loose. but idk, the shocks seem to be fine. it just started to happen after i had the pads and rotors replaced. oh it is in the back.

Also, I want to change my rear/front turn signals to white is there a bulb for the GS 350 that does not hyper flash? I purchased a led bulb and it hyper flashes also bought a led decoder but does no good still hyper flashes when I turn the blinker on!
I don't know about all you other B6 owners, but my dash rattles and makes an annoying noise on every bump. The noise is similar to speakers crackling (bad description).

View 3 RepliesI purchased a brand new 2014 SFS 2.4L Luxury just a week ago. I have noticed rattling/ticking noise coming from the driver side door. If I press againt the door with my elbow, the noise stops.
And here is the weird thing, I can hear the noise in the morning when the car is cooled overnight (parked in underground garage). But it does not happen when the car has been parked under the sun for a long period of time (in 25C/77F). So basically, I hear it on my way to work and it disappears on my way home.
While driving, the drive side door makes a creaking/clunking/rattle/popping noise. Its so damn annoying. It's all the time, if you roll the window down it doesn't do it as loud, but its cold out..
View 24 RepliesI recently lowered my 2012 Beetle with HR super sport springs/stock struts.. So this annoying tin rattling sound has come out. I just replaced the strut mounts thinking they separated like they are known to do. Sound Still there. Now my thinking either it is the sway bar end links being too long or possibly I have aftermarket wheels and aluminum hub rings it could be rattling over small bumps? Could it be the strut bearings? I've been over everything that I can think of and nothing is loose.

There's seems to be a lot "road noise" that's transmitted back into the cabin, like driving over expansion joints on blacktop or rough road surface, is this normal?
I drove a 2000 RX300 for 100,000 miles and don't remember it being this noisy. Interior noise is great and quiet.
I have this front end rattle or clanking. It happens over bumps and cracks in the road. The rattle seems to be more on the passengers side to under the middle of the car. The stats of my Wagon - lowered on Bilstien Sports/H&R springs. All The control arms have been replaced back in 04 and maybe 40k miles ago. Drive axles were replaced once a long time ago, before it was lowered.
View 8 RepliesI had both fronts replaced about a month or so ago. Now it feels like my driver side is still making a vibrating noise when accelerating. My mechanic told me he thinks its making noise between gears. The only reason I don't think that's what it is, is because it never made this noise before I had them replaced. They were replaced with Empi axles. Should i just have it replaced and see if it still makes noise.

View 5 RepliesSo, fresh off the new brake actuator pump and new hybrid battery and a nice four hour drive yesterday and today i went over a small bump and started to get a loud clunk/rattle coming from the driver's side front wheel area.
It got worse as I drove home and even rattles going straight on a fairly flat road when i hit only minor imperfections. It sounds like something is loose. I cannot reproduce any noise bouncing the car or rocking it side to side.
Prior to this I would get a squeak/groan from the driver's side when I would go over speed bumps and similar large dips or rises, but that has been curiously quiet for awhile.
