I have a Sprint HTC Hero. It worked fine on my Prius. I upgraded the phone from Android 1.5 to 2.1. I thought all was OK because the phone would connect to the car. The problem is that when I make a call or someone calls me everything looks OK until someone talks. Nothing. No voices. I can't hear the other person and they can't hear me.

Why this is happening all of a sudden? It was working fine until recently.. how do I fix it?
View 5 RepliesI have a 2013 model 4 with the solar sunroof pkg, which included the upgraded audio, center console display. Just recently the Voice CALL command stopped working. My phone was recently re-paired with the car's Bluetooth and does work. After pressing the voice button on the steering wheel, I am prompted for a command. I say CALL "<first name> <last name>" and the response is "Pardon". On the voice command screen on the center console display, only the CALL command is greyed out. The DIAL command as well as the other common commands are highlighted.
View 3 RepliesWhen receiving or calling someone via bluetooth, they sound choppy on my end but they say I sound fine on their end. The music plays fine over bluetooth also. Have used 2 different phones and both do the same thing.
View 5 RepliesI have a 2007 RX 350. I just recently started using bluetooth. It was working well and then all of a sudden I have an issue after a call. I hang up my phone, but the screen still shows that it is talking; although, no call is being made. I have to stop and start car to get it to clear, so I can start again. However, it will only work once and then it still won't hang up.

When we get an incoming call it no longer 'rings' through the car's audio system. How do I get the 'ring' back? The screen indicates an incoming call, but the ring has stopped.

View 9 RepliesI had to replace my 12 volt battery a few weeks ago. I'm also having issues with my samsung galaxy s4. For the last 2 to 3 weeks the phone in the car won't connect and the bluetooth is not working. Is it the car or is it the phone? If I uninstall the phone and reinstall it does connect but there's no guarantee that it will the next time.
View 5 RepliesWe have a 2010 IV and a 2012 pip. My Android phone will pair and connect with the 2010. It pairs with the 2012, but the 2012 will then say "Connect Failed" when my phone is selected. My wife has an iPhone which pairs and connects to both cars. My phone uses Bluetooth 4.0 profiles. And after pairing I've limited it to telephone audio only. I've deleted and repaired countless times with the same result.

Then I get or send out a call to someone, as soon as I hang up the bluetooth will start playing music through my phone. I looks like it is just opening my iphone's "music" app and playing the first song I have in there alphabetically. View 3 RepliesBasically, with my phone paired to my entune system via bluetooth, at times, the system doesn't understand how I'm asking to make a call, especially with people I call on a normal basis (like my fiance). for example, I'll say, "Call [Bob Harper]" and then it'll ask me which of the following did I mean to say. One possible name it'll bring for would be "[Joe Smith]" which sounds nothing like the name I told to call. I understand voice dialing isn't perfect, but most of the time, it's not dialing the person I want to call. Maybe it's the way I'm speaking into the mic.
View 8 RepliesI noticed that when I active BT on my phone it connects to my cars phone BT automatically. But has a harder time when I try to connect to the portable audio player to stream music. I have to turn off the BT on my phone and turn it back on and then hit the "connect" button for the audio player and it works. Then I have to go back to the phone screen and hit connect again.
View 6 RepliesSo my 2012 camry with the touchscreen head unit connects to my phone just fine. It streams my music just fine as well. I however hate my phone calls, texts, etc coming through the car. After my phone connects to the car, I can go to the bluetooth menu and tell it to disconnect for phone and that takes care of it for that drive. But every time I get in the car I have to break that connection.

I had my phone plugged in to charge up, and got a call, so my bluetooth kicked in and i started the conversation, but during my conversation i disconnected the phone from the charger, and all of a sudden music starts playing through my speakers all while i'm having a conversation. First i thought it was the other person's music on the background or something, but it was me, i had to stop the music on my iphone. After conversation ended, music kicked back in automatically from my iphone again.
View 4 RepliesGot the 2015 Sonata Limited 2.4 a few weeks back. One issue that I have encountered is that when I receive a phone call while driving I answer the call but neither me or the other person can hear the audio. I have to go to the phone screen- select the option to switch to private and then switch back to hands-free and then it works.
When I place calls it works as it should- it only does this when I receive a call.
I have an I-Phone 4s and for some reason my car will not recognize when a call is coming in. I am continuously having to "forget" then resync my phone for it to work. Even then it will only last for so long. In addition, I can't seem to get the bluetooth to play music from my phone either.
View 1 RepliesI have a 2016 XLE with the head unit that has nav but is not the premium JBL. My wife and I both use our phones in the car. We both have Samsung Galaxy S5 phones. I have the Entune app on my phone. My phone sounds great when I use the hands free talking. When my wife calls me from the car her phone sounds horrible. Two identical phones and one sounds great and the other horrible. Is there a fix for this problem?
