I'm 28 yrs bachelor and having my marriage next year. I had circumcised on 15th May. But doc said i am having adhesion between prepuce & glans. Do I need to get it operated for the 2nd time or there is any alternative process to separate the adhesion?
View 2 RepliesI had a circumcision 2 months ago because I was diagnosed with Phimosis and I had pain during sex.My stitches are gone, my wounds are closed and the pain is gone, but, there is a swollen ring under my glans with no signs of progress.Its the same for the past 2 months.I asked my doctor and he said that its normal and it takes some time to heal but I know thats not true...most people were good by 1 month max, and my swollen ring under the glands has no signs of progress at all.Has anyone experienced anything similar? Does anyone know what is causing this ?

Recently I went to the doctor and got circumcised to correct this. Its been 3 days now, still have the stitches there and the pain is ok (except for the occassional erection). My main problem is the glans..they are super sensitive,even passing a cloth there sends me to hell and back. And they are bright red in colour and swollen. How can I desensitize them?
Im 23 yrs male, got circumcised 2 weeks ago due to phimosis, everything was fine but from 4 days after removal of bandage there is thick liquid producing below the glans at incision line, it is painful like burning, my doctor said it infected. He advised me to take anti biotic injections but I was fed up with those injections bcoz I hv taken antibiotics for five days after circumcision. So he given some tablets. and also i'm using ointment called SOFRAMYCIN, is it safe to use this ointment directly on affected area? Is it will stop the infection? Is there possibilities of spreading infection to entire penis?
View 2 RepliesI had it done about five days ago now and the glans are still fairly sore to touch. It makes wearing pants fairly uncomfortable right now. It appears to be slightly bruised on closure inspection and I was wondering how long it takes for the bruising to go, completely? Is the best way to do it just to suck it up and deal with the friction between the bruised part and my underwear until it goes away itself?

Well, the doctor did the deed and when she had finished she said there was plenty of gas around the joint meaning I already had a full range of movement. We are raw, irritated, red, have tears, hurt, sore, itch, and have white patches. We also have fusion and disappearance of some of our parts. Just by looking you can see it all happening except the fusing and disappearing parts. It seems adhering occurs when you don't know..it just appears one day. Is it occurring when we itch or when we are raw and irritated? Do the white patches causes the adhering and covering over our parts? Does the fusing happen at the white patches or can it happen anywhere else on the vulva where we don't have redness, white patches or itching ? Then do we use it all over the vulva when we are free of flare-ups and using steroid once week? When we are free of a flare-up where to we use the cream? Do we use it where we had the irritation ? Do we use it where the scars are and the fusing is even though we are flare free? I read we use the steroid to prevent further scarring and fusion, but I'm still not sure if the fusion is the result of the other symptoms and when we do maintenance with the steroid where do we put it?

Upon returning home I may have masturbated a bit too aggressively over the span of two or three days. After this I started to experience a slight burning and itching sensation and when retracting my foreskin I noticed some red blotches on the bottom of my glans and a bit on the surrounding foreskin. When I touch these areas they itch. After doing some research and looking at some images for comparison I believe I may have balanitis. I am not sexually active at all to rule out stds. I don't see any abnormal redness on the tip of the glans, only near the base and a bit around the foreskin. I don't seem to have any discomfort urinating or walking around, except for the occasional itch.I have not masturbated for a day now and plan on avoiding doing so for a week to see if it goes away. Is it normal for this to happen and can it go away on its own? I am washing the area once a day and trying to keep it dry as I've seen suggested for those with this condition. My penis hasn't changed significantly in size or shape however I am worried because over the past couple of weeks (2-3, maybe even longer) I have noticed a patch which is grey/purple in colour on the glans (?) and it has actually been getting larger. For about a year now I've had this incredibly annoying sensation inside my penis around the top area going down to maybe just below the glans. It's almost as if I feel that I need to pee even though my bladder feels completely empty. It never goes away. I've had my self checked. First time a doctor said that there was a "little bit of an infection", then he gave me antibiotics. I came back after the symptoms hadn't gone away. Sometimes it stings very slightly when i urinate but not painfully. The doctor said the infection was gone in the urine test. I then went to a urethral doctor and they performed a cystoscopy but didn't find anything wrong. after that I went to std clinic where they did tests for the typical stds but didn't find anything and they didn't have a clue of what it could be. I really can't relax with it, but it's definitely not psychological. i have also noticed since i got this sensation i can last anywhere near as long during sex or masturbation, so badly that I don't even bother, but I wouldn't care if i could just get rid of this sensation/irritation/ TINGLING.
Oh and one thing is that the std clinic they said it could be nonspecific urethritis if the std tests came back negative which they did. so they gave me zithromax 1g(1 day) and cipro for 5 days, it did not eliminate this feeling. So they concluded that it wasn't nonspecific urethritis because NSU would have disappeared with the zithromax.
I've searched the internet and I can't find anything relevant, and was hoping that maybe you guys know something. I'm 21 years old.
if anyone could help me find a solution or what I have and remove this feeling I would be so incredibly thankful, id even pay a damn reward (that's how sick and tired I am of this).
I am starting to get worried with my penis. I am 13, and I know I am not fully into puberty. I can't cum yet. I have some pubes, and I am about 4 inches while hard. I am also uncut. Even with my foreskin still attached, I can pull my foreskin back about halfway the length of the glans. When will my synechia dissolve? My girlfriend, seems to have a problem with smells too. Both hygienic and both try our best to wash our genitals to the recommended way no harsh soaps etc.
