View 7 RepliesI have been a user of the nuvaring for 2 years and 2 months at this point. I have a 2 year old child already, but the Nuvaring is the only method of birth control I've ever used. Never have I had a problem with it until now. I got my last cycle January 24th, 2016. (It usually hits 3 days once taken out.) I have followed all the instructions to a 'T' and am always on time taking the ring out and putting it back in. Never once have I missed or skipped my period while on the nuvaring. Am I pregnant?

I am absolutely exhausted. I go to sleep early, wake up late, and still need a nap.
My lower back aches pretty much all day.
And I feel like my emotions are going crazy. Some days I want to cry, some days I want to yell, some days I love everything.
I don't feel like I could have gotten pregnant that fast but these symptoms seem a little extreme to just be from coming off of my birth control.
I've recently come off the microgynon i'm a bit worried as my period hasn't returned (it's only been a month) but because of my age and my parents views obviously i want to know sooner rather than later if this is normal?

I've had these spreading brown spots, about 1cm diameter on my lower belly. Several months ago, a crusty little tower rose up out of one of them, which itched and bled. I went to my dr, and he set up referral to derm. But then the crusty little tower turned into a smooth brown bump on one side of the spread-flat-mile. I figured I'd over-reacted, and cancelled the derm appt.
Next time I saw dr, he said I still need to see derm, so I reluctantly called derm and they were booking 3-4 months out. But, they had a cancellation in 2 days! I took it, but then forgot about it. Called to apologize, and lo, they had another cancellation in another 2 days! That time I didn't forget! My daughter said, mom, God must really want you to see the dermatologist. Maybe she was right.
At the appt, he ended up doing a full-body scan, to my relief, because I have many moles and can't see them all. He wants to remove the one I went in about, but he was really alarmed by a mole on my inner thigh that was completely off my radar. It was a dark brown dome, smaller than pencil eraser. He asked a lot of questions about it, and was able to get me back in for its removal last Friday. He said, I don't like the look of this at all! He said he was so glad to remove it. Now I wish I'd taken a picture of it!
My next appt is two weeks from last, where he'll remove stitches and the original mole of concern - which he said was often the case where a different mole at least brought you in, but wasn't the real bad one.
I don't think he was trying to scare me, and I'm not scared. I just want to know already. It's hard to take cancer seriously, in the form of a little mole.
On the other hand, I've been feeling really tired the past year, and especially lately. So now my mind says what if it's NM and in lymph nodes. But I haven't read anything to back that up.
I'm a 19 year old female and suffer with headaches and have done since I was 9 years old. I have been passed from pillar to post by doctors and they all have different opinions. I have periods of time where I have a 24 hour migraine for about 6 weeks and then I'm migraine free for a month or two , its a pain at the front of my head accompanied by a pulsating pain which is made worse with movement . It makes me feel sick and I'm sensitive to light and sound . Id love to speak to anyone who is in the same boat, and can enlighten me as to treatments ? It has such a strain on my day to day life and the maintenance of my relationship.

View 32 RepliesToday I had this sharp pain in my lower abdomin. I didn't quite know what it was but it hurt to walk. Later on in the day I tried to make a bowel movement and had a lot of trouble. A weird sort of light brown mucus was all that came out and it felt like something was wrong. I couldn't really get a mirror to check so I just felt it and felt kind of swollen and like there was skin coming out. When I stood for a while the problem fixed itself, but I went to have another bowel movement later and it happened again. There's no blood and my abdomen stopped hurting after my first bowel movement. There's no pain. I looked up rectal prolapse and that sounds the closest to what it is. It also said the only way to fix it is with surgery and I can't afford that right now. Does this sound like it could be a possibility? I'm worried that it might get worse. What do I do?

I was supposed to get my period today (September 7th) but instead I got this brown discharge. From what I was reading online it says that if you get brown discharge 10-14 days after ovulate it means you have implantation bleeding from the fertilized embryo is pushing into the uterine tissue. Basically what I am getting at is am I pregnant?

So I stopped on the 18th of December, and my period began straight away (Up until then it was pretty much just 6 weeks of solid bleeding! Barely any pain) I then got one again around the 25th of January. However the past 2ish weeks I have been having brown discharge and the past few days it has been BLACK with a little back pain and traces of fresh blood as well. I do have a partner and we had unprotected sex however he did not finish (I know, not a smart move) but the bleeding started a day later.
