Contraception :: Morning After Pill Make Your Next Periods Late?

Me and my bf had unprotected sex about 5 weeks ago i took the morning after pill 50+ hours after!! .. however i came on my period shortly after light at first then normal... We had sex just over two weeks ago but we used protection EEEEKKKKK Obviously last week i was meant to start my period and i have still not come on!??! i've taken 2 pregnancy tests and they are negative! Please please PLEASEEEE help me i can't sleep and am worried sick!! .. people keep telling me that it does through your cycle up and down!!?? but how many weeks can it affect you!

About 1 1/2 months ago, the condom broke while having sex (around June 1). I took the morning after pill within 29 hours. I got my regular on-time period just a few days later (June 3). My period is usually around the same time every month. However, it is now July 9th and there are absolutely no signs of an upcoming period. Since I already had a period, I don't THINK I'm pregnant but just find it weird that my 2nd period is late...its never happened before.

My last period was between 9-13th May. On 19th May, the condom broke. Within 12-15 hours of the sex I took the morning after pill. Then on maybe the 27th May I had some light bleeding for around 3/4 days.
I expected my period to be here around the same time as last month, however nothing as of yet. My periods are often irregular, but I'm just a bit paranoid and concerned now. I always tend to get tender breasts before my period comes which I am experiencing now.
I am stressing a lot about it, which I know can delay periods as it is, but also I was stressing about finishing university. Now also this weekend I have had a throat infection.
I am really nervous to take a test as I do not know what to do if it is positive. Has this happened anyone else? Should I expect it to come soon?

I took the morning after pill 3 days after I had unprotected sex , on dec 3. Then I took another morning after pill on the 17 after unprotected sex. I am now 5 days late for me period. Does anyone know if I could be pregnant or should I just relax!

I had sex we used a condom but i can't remember everything so to be safe the next day I took levonelle the morning after pill.Just to state I was at the end of my period when we had sex. My period is now 17 days late. I have taken a pregnancy test and it was negative. Why is my period so late? I have also has a yeast infection about 3 times since the sexual encounter!

Hey, my boyfriend and I have sex about once a week with no condom, he pulls out, and I've been on the pill for a year and a half, recently we had sex and he pulled out late, I've never had a problem with this before, but my period is late, however, I've gotten drunk a few times this month and was wondering if that could affect it?

I've recently just been to my doctors and asked to go on the pill. However, I am unsure when to take my first one, I'm due to come on my period in about 2 weeks, however I go on holiday around the same time, and I don't want to be on whilst I'm away.

I've been on Cerazette (mini - pill) for 2 years and since I started my periods stopped which was great and what my doctor told me would probably happen. However 3 months ago my periods have seem to have come back the same time each month as if I'm not on the pill anymore. The only thing that I can think of that's caused this is that i've change the time i'm taking my pill from about 9am to 6pm could this be why? I thought after my first period I might just need to settle back but maybe not!
Just wondered if anyone can help me is this normal? I've read that irregular bleeding can occur but this seems to be pretty regularly, it's really annoying!
I'm thinking of changing to the implant will this be a better option? or as it's the same kind of hormone will my periods still carry on?

I know that I am meant to take the pill at the same time every day. I usually take it at 6:30, but sometimes I am 15 minutes off, sometimes half an hour off. But it is always between 6 and 7. I know that typical use reduces the effectiveness of the pill to 91-92%.
What I would like to know is: is taking the pill within 15 minutes or half an hour of your usual time still perfect use?

I have been taking "Femodette" since around beginning of June 2015 and been taking it back to back once because i was on vacation. I only took 2 packs of femodette. After i finished the second one towards the end of july, i completely stopped taking birth control. I only took it because i'm in a long distance relationship and i was spending some time with my boyfriend so i thought might as well get protected during this time (and i always do this when we get a chance to be together, which is twice a year). We never use condoms but we also never had any problems (he never finished inside). I always took my pills on time, never missed a pill. My period would always be late when i stop taking the birth control and it always gets me worried and stressed out that i could be pregnant. But i was starting to think its because of the stress and maybe because i always travel during that time. Now, this time same thing is happening again. Today, 13th August and still no period even though i stopped taking the pill for weeks and weeks. I did have some bleeding once shortly after finishing the pill. It was more than spotting because i had to wear a pad and it was a bit dark redish and then turned lighter to be brown as the days went by but wasn't a real period flow. I'm not very worried if i could be pregnant right now because i have no symptoms at all except that my period hasnt come yet. I do have mild cramps from time to time and bloating but its gone now. I'm just wondering if there is a chance i could be pregnant or is it because of taking the pill back to back and traveling + stress?

I'm now one week into my first taper from 15 down to 14 preds, for the last 3 days I felt really well, in fact began to think my diagnosis was wrong.
Silly me, woke up a 3 am feeling sore, by 6 am I was at 7 out of 10 on my own pain scale, so depressed but now certain I do have a problem.
Just wondering if cold could spark a flare? before the diagnosis I suffered aches and pains when the weather changed, this week I've enjoyed pottering in the greenhouse with the lovely sunny weather making it a joy to be outside, yesterday back to really cold weather and I got very chilled. Is there a relationship with temperature and PMR?

Me and my girlfriend had sex on the 9th of march on the night time and I didn't ejaculate, I know this is bad but it just happened.. My me and girlfriend then went and got the morning after pill days later. Since then on the 26th she got her 'period', the bleeding wasn't heavy but it wasn't light. She had blood during the night and then all day during the day on the 26th and on the 27th her tampon was in all day during the day and was brown when she checked and this was brown discharge. We're really frightened that she is pregnant. She is also on the mini pill since she got the morning after pill.

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend early on day 12 of my cycle. He did ejaculate inside me. I am not on any form of birth control and never have been. 40 hours later on day 13 of my cycle I took the Levonelle morning after pill. I have had no spotting or breakthrough bleeding. All I have had is tender nipples which hurt to touch. I have had some menstrual cramps like I'm going to start my period but nothing. It's been 2 weeks since I took the pill and my period is due in 5/6 days as I have 30-32 day cycles. Last time I took the morning after pill I had spotting then my period the day after I took it which was right before my period was due but this time I had sex mid cycle, likely just before or during ovulation. Not sure if I'm pregnant as its too early to test. Anyone had a similar experience? Think I'm pregnant or paranoid?

I have been on the pill for about 6 years now for the past couple months I have been taking it at 9 am every morning. However there was a day where I took it in the evening. I didn't skip the day. I then had unprotected sex. Is there anyway that I could be pregnant?

I'm 17 years old and curious. I tried speaking to my doctor today but he was busy so I need a reply. I'm on a birth control pill. I took my first one last night at 6:15pm, I then felt normal. I woke up at 5:45am and felt sick in my stomach. I vomited at 7am. I also had severe pain in my stomach , back and boobs to the point where I couldn't walk. Is this because of the pill? Or is it just a virus. I took my second one again at 6:15pm today just to see if the same thing happens tomorrow morning. If it does, i'll be seeing my doctor. But for now, does anyone have any answers?

My GP gave me cerazette, and after taking it for a while I broke out in acne so stopped. But the pain then got miles worse. Last night I had an ultrasound which showed my left ovary has moved to the back of my uterus, causing me awful pain.
I am wondering now was it the Cerazette that caused this, or was it going to happen anyway and should I have persevered with the pill.
I have read so much conflicting information so I wondered if anyone knows?
Also, I have been told by 2 doctors that laparoscopy makes the problem worse, but one told me it doesn't. I am so confused.
Lastly, has anyone tried the estrogen metabolism tablet DIM Plus? I read the reviews and it sounds good but I am so nervous to try any other tablets.
