I went to a strip club and visited the VIP lounge. While there I french kissed and fingered a stripper for 20-30 minutes. During these actions, I licked my finger after rubbing her clitoris and applied some of my saliva for lubrication. My finger penetrated her vagina. I also licked her clitoris once for a few seconds. No other sexual activities occurred. I didn't think anything of this encounter at first and had unprotected intercourse and performed cunninglus on my wife the next evening. To say the least, I have been running this through my mind for the last two weeks and I can tell that I am stressed with a very high level of anxiety. I have a seven-month old child that is breast feeding which is adding to the stress and anxiety over this incident. I felt and feel terrible about the situation that I put myself and my family in and told my wife, which she is pissed about to say the least, but feels there is no concern. Couple questions:
1. Is there a risk for HIV from fingering, french kissing, licking clitoris of the stripper? When nervous I bite the skin around my nails. There was no bleeding, but some could have been raw.
2. I now have a sore throat, feel weak with muscle fatigue and am experiencing headaches. Could these be indicators of HIV or another STD?
3. Should I seek out testing for HIV and other STDs based on this event and when should I test for this?
4. Should I ask my wife to stop breast feeding?

So here it goes.
April 14th, engaged in fingering stripper and kissing. Nothing else, so no oral or sex. I dont remember having any cuts or anything, but it has been a while i guess. 8 weeks later, come down with sore throat and fever for a few days, which went away on its own. No rash or anything. Back in June of 2013 I had sex with a stripper at a strip club. We used a condom and to my knowledge it did not break. She was 19, and new to the club. Here they did tests and found I may have a water infection or it may have been a reaction to the penicillin. The doc also said it may have been due to excessive drinking as this was non stop on holiday and I also had heartburn whilst I was there possibly from this. I was given antibiotics and acid tablets. This cleared everything up.
However this is the 18th day now from that night and I still feel as if my nodes in my neck are sore. Im now also feeling my armpits all the time too and checking and maybe making them feel sore from doing this. I am usually a healthy person and feel kinda healthy too, just worried. I don't know if iv got anxiety or stressed from all of this or due to constantly checking them.
I have read and read and read hundreds of posts on here and many come to the conclusion that I never had a risk. All I want to know is this really the case? Am I causing myself to worry that much that I am starting to find symptoms that are all just in my head?
