Maximum / Normal Number Of Ejaculations Per Day?

I am 36, but have been unable to ejaculate multiple times per day/session for as long as I can remember. Twice in one session would be rare, 3 times - unheard of. Once per day I can do no problem. The odd thing is that I can get erections no problem as many and for as long as I want - but after that first ejaculation, penile stimulation is just less "stimulating". My penis almost begins to ache, though it remains hard. I hear of people going 4-5x per night. Is my limitation physiological or psychological?

Why Doctors Prescribe Mix And Match Benzodiazepines?

Why don't doctors understand the hell they're putting human beings through. It's either falling on deaf ears or 'all in your mind' is a good one when referred to a psychiatrist when you're in withdrawal. The next thing is you are diagnosed with a mental illness and given a label. The best one is probably schizophrenia or they'll change it to maybe schizoaffective disorder then add more to the mix of antipsychotics. Unfortunately antipsychotics also lower the seizure threshold. So how can you taper of any benzo when you're at risk of seizure from the antipsychotics? Can any doctor answer please? All benzos and Z drugs work in the same way to give their posh name anxiolytics or hypnotics. All are additive, cumulative and have a different half life! So how and why do they keep on prescribing them? Why give diazepam and zopiclone combined with risperidone, or diazepam with Olanzapine? Does this make any sense? They knew in the 1970s these drugs were causing devastation, breaking up families, driving people to suicide. YET there are people even on this forum who are new to benzos. WHY new accidental addicts. Is it money from drug companies or sheer ignorance?

Vasectomy :: What To Ask Doctor Before Procedure?

As much as I have read about this procedure, I feel somewhat prepared going into my consult visit with the Dr.

I am wondering if there were any questions/discussions anyone feels they should have asked BEFORE the procedure?

Internal Hemorrhoids :: Doctor Cannot Feel?

My sister is 60 years old and is experiencing amounts of blood in her stool lately . She suspects that it is internal hemorrhoids (she had similar condition approx. 3 years ago.) She went to the doctor who examined her and told her that she could not feel any internal hemorrhoids but gave her suppositories and told her to return in two weeks time for another look. My sister has no other symptoms, no pain except for some itching after she goes to poop and no changes in bowel habits, appetite etc. My question is therefore, is it possible for someone to have internal hemorrhoids that a doctor cannot feel?

I've been suffering with an external prolapsed hemorrhoid for two weeks now. I'm in agony all day and the pain wakes me up at night.

due to other health conditions i need my sleep and no stress as it makes it worse. So i feel at the minute that i can't cope.

i've been to the doctor three times but they said they wouldn't even consider the next option until it's been "months and months"

i've been given anusol cream and suppository.

Doctor Phobia - Afraid Of Going To The Physician

Is anybody else afraid of going to the doctor?  Adding up my medical visits in 2016, I've had eleven appointments, including testing and lab work, plus my surgery last month.  Today, I have to see my GI Doctor and will have a colonoscopy at the end of June.  There will not have been a single month in the first six months of this year that I haven't seen a doctor.  I feel overwhelmed by it.  I always expect the worst now, having gone through so much in a short period of time.  I have started exercising again and am working gradually on getting in better shape and wish that would help the anxiety some.  I dread seeing doctors now.

Mirtazapine :: Weight Gain On Mirtazapine 30mg

I have just started on the 30m Mirtazapine and it's my 3rd night taking them ans i have read up on a lot of different forums that there are patients gaining weight off these? well i would like to know what the odds are of gaining weight because i have always had problems with weight gain, i can never put on any weight, no matter how much i eat, i have a fast metabolism and i am wondering, will the mirtazapine surpass my high metabolism. also in some cases i've heard it slows your metabolism down too..   but it would actually be a benefit for me to gain some extra weight.

Mirtazapine :: Tapering Off Mirtazapine - Spinning Myself In Circles

For the first time in a very long time, I'm finally in a good enough place to make the step in coming off my Anti-depressant. I've been on Mirtazapine 45mg for the last 4/5 years and before that a string of various of medications.

Despite my anxiety been kind of excessive at the moment, after a discussion with my GP, he was happy to let me begin tapering down the dose. The problem is with my anxiety I feel it mainly physically rather than mentally so it makes me a little oversensitive to any changes that take place in my body.

I guess what I am searching for is some reassurance so I can stop driving myself up the wall, exhausting google search on mirtazapine withdrawal. 6 nights ago I started my first reduction so 45 mg to 30mg. In all honesty it's not been that bad, a few waves of nausea, headaches and random aches and pains. Those I was expecting so don't mind too much. The trouble is that for the last 3 days, I've found myself a little short of breath for most of the day. It's nothing that's outwardly noticeable at the moment, but it's there and is slightly concerning. Has anyone else experienced this when tapering?

I'm kind of freaked out a little because one of my fears that's arisen since the mirtazapine is the that i will develop random allergies and my brain is wondering if I've suddenly developed an allergy to my meds (ridiculous, I know!) The other thing is that the rest of my family has had either viral chest problems lately so maybe I've just picked up that and it's a coincidence? Or it could just be the anxiety.

I'm totally spinning myself in circles at the moment so any wise words are most welcome at this point. If I know it is just withdrawal and nothing that can actually hurt me then I'm fine with whatever effects it throws at me.

Coeliac Disease :: When To Visit Doctor - Symptoms Limit

Can I ask what symptoms other people have experienced before being diagnosed with Celiacs?? I am concerned I may have celiacs, I am due to see a doctor next week to discuss. I don't have all the symptoms but have had bloating, chronic constipation, (had issues with both for years) flaky scalp (not severe) and a skin condition on my feet. My doctor told me this was eczema two years ago but it can flare up quite extreme, soare, itchy, fluid filled blisters, flaky skin, red, rashy when at its worst. But it tends to come and go? Does anyone else suffer from the same?

Hormone Replacement Therapy Doctor? HRT Clinic MD Or An Endocrinlogist MD?

Are hormone replacement therapy doctors are doing the job of an endocrinologist, or is it the same, or is there an advantage of one or the other?

Since year 2000, at the age of 50, doctors and blood tests I have told me I have low testosterone?

(at the time I went to an Internal Medicine doctor for low energy and exhaustion and he said testosterone was below 200)
I am looking into finding a doctor that will prescribe something more effective than a 150 mg testosterone cypionate injection 1 x each 2 weeks, that I get from a conservative family MD.

I recently looked into getting help through the Internet for hormone replacement therapy.

At this point, I am not sure what to do.

Does anyone have good solid advise, not strongly influenced by money profit?

I have read some about the side effects, however, can anyone advise me or comment on any of the following medicines recommended for me by the online HRT clinic doctor?

Here is the list:

150mg testosterone cypionate 1 x a week
Anastrozole 0.5 po 2x/week
HCG 500 IU SQ 2x/week
Sermorelin Forte 18mg for GH deficiency
DHEA 5mg
Fish oil 3,000mg
vitamin D3 5,000IU/day with vitamin K2 45 mcg take with fatty healthy food.

This online HRT Clinic cannot use medical insurance, because of the prescriptions.

I have not found any negative feedback on this Clinic, as I have with some others.

At this time, unless something else comes up, I am going to get an appointment with an Endocrinologist.

However, my concern is that doctors will not prescribe medicines and doses of medicines, (medicines that will work for me) that are not approved by the FDA and that are not covered by insurance companies.

Now, I feel exploited by the online HRT MD's, because of the costs, and cut short by regular MD's, because of the FDA laws and the insurance companies.

My other position is (the position some are counting on) to pay whatever it takes to feel better, and I will if I cannot find another solution. I want to increase the quality of life for myself and others, without anymore physical suffering/mistakes, and without anymore financial suffering/mistakes.

Diazepam Elixir - Dosage?

Does everyone know that diazepam comes in liquid form, doctors must do. Guidelines state to drop at the patients pace and when they are ready. But if you drop 10% from say 10mg to 9 mg ><10% of 9 mg would not be another 1mg it's .9 this where the liquid comes in useful as its easier to be more accurate.

Atorvastatin For A While? What's The Proper Dosage?

Hi. Can you help me with something? In the sea of the heart pills and blood pressure pills, my wife has another medicine in her "collection". She was feeling bad and she went to see her doctor. He was not there, so one older lady received her.  She told her that everything is OK with her but that she needs to take Atorvastatin for a while. What that means - for a while?

Can you tell me who is prescribed with this medicine and do you even have a idea what is the proper dosage?

Sertraline Works With The Right Dosage

For nearly 3yrs I was on sertraline, at the beginning it was awful. Dizziness, lack of interest, mood swings tired loss of appetite throwing up headaches and so on. I started at 25mg till we found the right dosage for me and that was 150mg. At this stage I was ok no anxiety, no panic attacks no fear no suicidal thoughts none of what I felt before. All of that was gone. I was me again. I felt good. When I started I was 58kg went down to 42kg had to wear kids cloths. Once I found the right dosage and started feeling good again I had everything back including my weight. Last year because I was feeling good I decided to stop it. My Gp told me it was too soon but I heard so much about the tablets I just wanted to stop them.

After a few weeks I realised was to soon and asked my Gp to put me back on them. So I'm back on them and this time I went up very quickly. I started straight at 50mg then 100 then 150 and back to 200 mg. I promise you it's worth going through all this side effects because after you will feel good again. This is my positive story to all of you. I really really hope it works for all of you as it did for me.
