STD :: Red Dots / Flat Bumps On Shaft

I'm 25, I have these very small red spots on my penile shaft that are not painful and do not itch. I kept picking at them and I couldn't tell if I "popped" them but one slightly bled and they are still there. They don't look like blisters or crusty. I know what herpes feels/looks like bc I got it on my face from wrestling in college. I also have what appeared to be chiggers around my ankles and knees and that has also spread throughout other places on my body such as my butt/waistline, bellybutton, and parts of my arm. Most of these have itch pretty bad, but some have not at all. My lymph nodes in the left side of my groin are slightly swollen and sore. I also had sort of a congestion thing too with a sore throat, but that seems to have subsided. However, I still feel pretty tired at times. I was freaking out about an STD, but when I went to the doctor he immediately said it looked nothing like an STD when he saw the spots and I was fine. They are spread out at least a half an inch and don't look clustered. He said it could be scabies or some kind of mite so he prescribed me antibiotics and prednisone which I started yesterday. The last time I was sexually active was about 6 wks ago with my girlfriend at the time, and she had been tested for STD's while we were together which came back negative. Does the doctor sound right on all of this and it's not something to worry about? I've been having other personal issues going on with family so this stuff is just kind of compounding on top of all that.2 hours ago-4 days left to answer. I also forgot to mention that my doc said it could also be folliculitis. The red dots on my penis have been there for about 3 days now. As far as the lymph nodes in the groin, I stay very active in sports and thought I might've stretched a muscle around there this past Saturday- not sure if that's the cause for them to be like they are.

I have multiple bumps on my penis shaft, none on the head. Some are small and flesh colored, while some are pink. One of the pink bumps has a black dot on the top and another has a white dot. Anyway to know what this is? The last time I had sex was 2 months ago, and 8 months before that, with the same person who hasn't complained of anything being wrong with her.

So about a month ago I noticed these white dots that appears on the shaft of my penis that were flush with the skin (not bumps). About a week ago, I noticed that they have risen and turned into a cluster of little bumps and I'm afraid of it being herpes or maybe some other STI. I am very sexually active but with only one partner and I know that I am her only partner too. We use condoms about 80% of the time (she is also on the pill but can never be too safe). I would like to think of us two as very clean and hygienic people which is why I'm confused about what these small bumps are. They have given me no pain at all, in fact, I forget they're even there until I look at them.

I went on vacation for 2 weeks, did not masterbate or anything of the sort for that whole time and also showers were few and far between. When I got home I masterbated vigorously, 4 - 5 times throughout one day, dry with no lube or lotion. On the last go around I noticed a small a very dull sting, immediately checking only what looked to be a very tiny skin graze (as if skin was rubbed off) or cut on the under shaft of the penis, no redness, only a bit tender when messed with but virtually painless when left alone.
Day 2: Naturally I take a look at it, it's a bit red now with more of a mild "irritation" pain only when touched or squeezed, but still painless when left alone. At this point I started applying Triple Antibiotic ointment twice daily and keeping a band-aid around it. Also looked a bit swollen / slightly raised at times, while still being so small that to fully inspect it required good lighting and the skin to be stretched.
Day 3: after still applying triple antibiotic ointment and keeping a band aid on it, peeling it back it looked as if any "swelling" or raising had subsided. It now looks like a tiny rug burn, again as if the skin had been rubbed off. Any tenderness and pain was so little that I had thought it had disappeared within the day. Hardly tender when touched.
*I have not been sexually active for about 8 months now, all sex was protected except for oral, and with my girlfriend at the time.*
Main Question: Could this be an STD? Or trauma from a lot of masterbation at one time? Doing a lot of online research has freaked me out to think I might have herpes, but a lot of my symptoms don't seem to fall under the common symptoms of a first outbreak. I have an appointment at planned parenthood but unfortunately it's booked out pretty far.

I noticed on my shaft right below the head of the penis what looks like a circular/flat clear-like pimple. (But it's not a pimple) It's really only noticeable when you stretch the skin out. It's shiny but it's not itchy and I have no discharge. I don't feel a lump or anything. It's not painful either. It's been around for a month - i think. The size is small - no bigger than an eraser head of a pencil. I'm sure it's not an STD. Last week the skin started to peel but the mark remains. I have been masturbating more w/out lube. I meet this girl don't really know her and we have unprotected sex. I had unprotected sex last saturday, I'm a very paranoid person and I'm obsessive. Probably at unhealthy levels for both. But anyways. I've noticed some white bumps on my penis shaft. I'm not sure if they were there before because I haven't looked at myself this detailed before. Well i've looked on the internet and seen that it could be sweat glands, hair follicles, or papules. I don't have painful urination or burning. I'm not sure what I should do, and possibly my paranoia is making me worked up for nothing. Are std's treatable. Recently I started noticing very small bumps on the lower end of my shaft where it starts off and close to my testicles. They are lighter than my penis skin tone and are very small like pimples.

I'm 26 and have had a steady partner for some months however I had unprotected sex with another woman just 4 days ago. A couple days ago I masturbated about 3 times in one day. I noticed yesterday a small red bump that resembled folliculitis on my penis. I noticed a bunch more of them today and don't remember seeing them yesterday. They are all separated, not clustered, and all located on the long shaft part of my penis. So far they don't itch or hurt when I touch them or anything. I'm freaking out over these small somewhat hard but not really jumbled together (about 4 or 5) flesh colored bumps on the bottom of my penis shaft. I haven't had sex in over 2 months and it was protected, before that I had unprotected sex with a girl who has recently gotten tested for HIV and HPV and she is clean as can be.
The area they showed up in is where some hair grows, and I had shaved it with a razor WITHOUT shaving cream, dumb I know. They appeared and about a little over a week they were still there so I decided to scrape them off with my razor, dumb again. A month later i tried scraping them with my fingernail and they just bled. Its been 2 months and they are still there.
What could they be? They don't look like warts (no cauliflower look, aren't big and bulky) and they don't look like herpes because there is no red rash around them. They are painless and not itchy at all, they're just there. I've used bacteriocin on them and it didn't seem to help although they do seem smaller. I'm freaking out, I just want them gone. I have also heard that obsessing over something can make them stay there for longer, which i have been obsessing over them (I suffer from anxiety) Also, hair follicles... can they take longer than 2 months to recover? I thought that's what they were too but hair follicles normally heal quickly and look like pimples whiteheads.

I'm gonna be as detailed as possible. I've been looking everywhere for an answer and haven't been able to find it. Im very sexually active. Hardly ever wear protection, a few weeks ago i noticed a couple bumps on my inner thigh. At first i thought it was a bug bite or 2 so i wasn't to worried. They kinda feel like they have something inside of them but when i squeeze them nothing comes out. I've been clean never had an std. About 1 week ago i noticed a small bump on the shaft of my penis too. I'm not sure if its spreading to my penis or if it is an std. i started getting worried and went to see the doc. he examined it and told me that there is nothing i need to worry about. that its some form of ingrown hair. all i had to do is add some lotion to it and it should clear up. Since then i've noticed a couple more bumps on the shaft of my penis. I'm really worried that i might have caught something. also from then to now, the itching has gotten so much worse. i scratch and scratch. i know im not supposed to but its uncontrolable. I try putting powder, i've been using Ice to numb my thighs but its not helping. Anyone have any suggestions. About 3 months ago i noticed a small bump on the bottom of my penis shaft. The next day there was about 5 to 7 and only 1 crater looking very small bump on the tip. It went away after a week. I went to a doctor who said it had To be herpes and u took an icg or igg urine test and hsv 2 came back but the doctor said it's not very accurate. On my 2nd visit he said there's no way it's herpes and that it looks like warts so he zapped or burned half of them which really hurt. He referred me to a urologist who said it could be anything and gave me antibiotics which didn't do anything. I have been staying away from sex and stopped mastyrvating because every time i do the red crusty rash shows up around my penish on the top of the shaft or and small bumps that go away after a few days the red rash looks like chaffing based on what i researched and i don't have an answer for the bumps. Again, the bumps or rash show up right after sex if masturbation. Have a red rash with somewhat cracking dry skiing under the top of the penis on my shaft. There is no discharge. No pain or burn when i pee.

Alright, I'll make this as short as possible, but for about 3-4 weeks now, I have these bumps on my crotch area and a couple on the shaft of my penis (lower part, closest to body/crotch). Some bumps are bigger than others, they are spread out, but there is a lot of them.
They are: painless, small, kinda hard, red but have a small "head" on them, and do not itch. I don't even notice them until I obviously look, and it doesn't burn/hurt to pee. These bumps remind me of irritated pimples.
One hard bump has a small hair sprouting out of the center, and another bump has a small hair coming out of the very outer/top area of the bump. I am going to assume that they are all most likely ingrown hairs that are either infected or irritated from shaving. But, before I make a doctor appointment, I figured I would ask on here and see what other guys have to say.

I had sex about a week ago and when I woke up the next morning I noticed a white bump on the shaft of my penis...
