I had a CBC and everything was ok. My platelet were low when counted by the machine (138 (140-400) and good went counted manually (at 191), but my testosterone level were very low .
132 (241-827 ng/dl). I am a 35 yrs, slim , walk alot (5'9, 155lbs)
What can i do? The doctor would like to repeat the test again because it was done late in the afternoon.
I am freaked out to be honest, i had ED last for a few days. i am freaked out of taken an HIV test also.
Do testosterone boosters really work?

Me 53 year old very healthy. No physical problems, all tests perfect, excellent shape with good testosterone count. Was married for 22 years. Divorced for 2 years.

This may seem wonderful as I can go for almost as long as humanly possible, but it is like a curse as you never get the pleasure of *******.
I actually went through a period (post-separation) where I had difficulty getting erect and keeping an erection but that is no longer an issue anymore. I have a wonderful girlfriend for 1 year. We have sex all the time and any time I want. She treats me well and makes me feel like a man.
I am relatively convinced this is a mental thing and I just don't know what steps to take alone and with my partner to ease back into ejaculating. It is getting easier during penetration sex, but it seems we get focused on if I *** or don't It is really exhausting and a bummer and frustrating. I can always ejaculate from masturbating and I don't need to squeeze really hard, watch crazy porn.. I am pretty convinced it is somehow in my head I am not letting go, and don't know the path to do this.
Another example is that I have shy urination. What is this? Well if there are other people in the room at a public toilet for example, as hard as I may have to urinate, it won't come out. How did I cure this? I simply convince myself that I am in the room alone when I am in the public bathroom. If my subconscious is convinced enough it works! I am able to pee. So in that instance it is 100% in my mind. I am amazed at how this works pretty much all the time, I simply act that there is no one in the room and I can pee.
I am thinking that I need something like this in order to ejaculate during intercourse or oral sex or with a hand job. My girlfriend is there to help with anything that can be practiced with a couple.

Problem begun over recent years since I've been with my present partner (female).
We started off with a great sex life together seven years ago. She needs lots of satisfying and I used to satisfy her.
Over recent years I've found that I have started climaxing far too soon after only about 10 thrusts inside her and then afterwards my penis is extremely sensitive on the end which prevents oral sex or further touching. I soon become limp and can't get my erection back.

I have a problem with the rotten smell after sex. I have been with the same man for over 20 years and the smell is everyday. A little history, I had a tubal in 95, a reversal in 2005. No std's, no yeast infections, I don't have a cycle anymore and went to obgyn about it. What she told me is sometimes partners are just allergic to each other. Does that make any sense at all? can anyone help me find a doctor to cure my problem with soft erections at times. I need to satisfy my wife like I use to I love her and don't want to lose her cause I would lose my children to visitations. I need viagra or a urologist to fix me, I caught something from a stripper from Barrie, and went to get swabbed for it since it was itchy the morning after her. I want to be prepared to tell my doctor how to proceed because she is only an internal medicine - and she has been consulting with one of her fellow endocrinologist practitioners for how to proceed.

The last time I had sexual contact with anyone was almost 5 years ago. however, a year ago I noticed an ulcer behind the inner labia in my vaginal area. It was only mildly painful for a few days then stopped hurting at all. I had half of a prescription of Valtrex from a bout of shingles I had before and because my first fear was herpes (because my ex had been unfaithful, apparently several times) I took them to see if it would heal after taking them. It did not and has stayed the same for this last year. About 4 months ago I got a second one slightly above the first that started the same way. I never see any blisters or anything, there is just suddenly an ulcer there. Again it was painful for a couple of days, then it stopped hurting but does not heal. I now have a third one at the top of my vaginal area that has just shown up and is again slightly painful but not unbearable. I am scared to death it's herpes and fear being told that. I know it's not the end of the world but it feels like it. I have done tons of research though and cannot find anything on herpes ulcers lasting as long as these have. Has anyone ever had an experience like this and it have been herpes or something else?

Can anyone help me understand these test results? I had a blood test that read my testosterone was 35 NG/ML (17-76 ref range) free testosterone is 0.2 NG/DL (0.3-1.5 ref range). I then had a saliva test done and my results were Testosterone 1,852 pmol/L (34-148 ref range). I am so confused. Do I have HIGH or LOW testosterone?

I'm a 42 year old guy, have a skinny build but healthy and young looking for my age.
Every so often, about once every 2-3 months or even twice a month, I have a wet dream or nocturnal emission during sleep. These are usually accompanied by a sexual dream and I always ejaculate in my sleep then wake up soiling my pyjamas. I had my first nocturnal emission when I was almost 16 although the frequency was greater then than what it is now. I don't really mind having wet dreams and apart from making a mess I actually quite enjoy them, but are they still normal in men my age as I thought that usually these episodes petered out after the mid-late 20s or so? I also sometimes have erections in the early hours (morning wood) but have heard that this occurs with guys of all ages. I am free of any STD's etc. as I am very much still a sexual virgin, but I masturbate probably around once a week. So I've had some itching for a few months, and back in March I was tested negative for STD's. I've noticed some itching again, some days worse than others and some days not at all, and on Tuesday I grabbed a mirror and saw these bumps and just about had a cow. Ive had 2 partners since March and neither of them have ever had an STD. Does this look like something I should be concerned about or is it just sensitive skin/ razor burn??? I have had 2 sexual partners this year - one from Feb to September, and then one other one time in October. These signs showed a few weeks later as only one blotch, and now there are several. They are not painful or itchy, just not great to look at.
