Tight Foreskin When Fully Pulled Back And Tears

I have a bit of a problem with my foreskin as it gets tight when it have an erection and during sex sometimes splits. I never used to have this problem as it has only happened within the last year or so. I have been sexually active for about 10 years and the problem has only arisen over the last year or a bit longer. I think it was when I split it the first time during sex and then it sort of lost its ability to stretch as much as it used to. Sometimes it's fine once it heals but then after a long sex session it just starts getting weak and tearing again. I can see it might just be the ring that needs a bit of stretching but I'm not sure.

When cleaning the penis, should the foreskin be retracted fully? Is it necessary to wash the top part of the shaft under the foreskin too or just the head? What is it doesn't retract that much?  Is it sufficient just to clean the head?

I'm 19 years old and my foreskin won't retract on its own, both while flaccid or erect. I never knew it was supposed to. I have had sex before, both with and without a condom, and a few times during sex the foreskin was forced down below the glans. However, it was very painful each time and I thought it wasn't supposed to do that and so I moved it back up. For me it is much more comfortable to have it covering the glans. I've never had any infections or problems with my penis or foreskin either and sex was always ok. I'm still worried about this though, especially after reading that it was supposed to retract, is this a problem I need to consider and have fixed or is it okay that my foreskin doesn't retract fully?

Penis :: Foreskin Retraction - Cannot Fully Retract While Erect?

I am a 17 year old uncircumcised male, and when erect I cannot fully retract my foreskin, i.e. over the glands, but it does go back about cm from the glands with minimal discomfort. While flaccid I regularly retract the foreskin all the way to clean although the bit of skin connecting the  foreskin gets a little tight. Will sex be painful or complicated if I cannot fully retract while erect?

Basically, my foreskin doesn't retract fully when I am erect. Two reasons for this, my foreskin is very tight and the head of my penis under my foreskin is very sensitive. Is there any conventional method of remedying this problem without going to the doctor? And that won't take so long. I can masterbate fine, when i masterbate i don't go anywhere near the head of my penis, i just work up and down the shaft. so 2 days ago I was Masturbating when i was done and cleaned up i noticed my foreskin was pretty swollen I immediately put Ice on it which wasn't pleasant. Tight Foreskin - Fungal Infection Turned Into Balanitis

I recently had balanitis caused by a fungal infection. The doctor reckons it came on because I'd been on a strong course of antibiotics for something unrelated which had weakened my immune system a few weeks earlier... I was prescribed an antifungal and steroid cream to apply twice a day and told to continue applying it for a few days after the symptoms had gone away.

Now that I appear to be balanitis free I've been left with a tight foreskin. It only started to become a problem a few days into treatment and made it hard to apply the cream underneath the foreskin and to the glands.

Before I had balanitis my foreskin was completely normal functioning.

I can still retract it over the glans now but with some difficulty. It is effecting my ability to achieve a full erection.

Is this something that will go away gradually by itself? Or do I require further treatment?

Penis :: Phimosis (tight Foreskin) - Caused By Masturbation?

If you haven't got a skin disease then i think the main cause of phimosis is damage to the 3 spongy chambers of the penis. I believe this is what happened to me.

If you apply a lot of pressure in masturbation you may damage the 3 spongy chambers. You can either grip too hard on the shaft in a death grip. Or you can push down on the penis or rub the foreskin forward.

So allow the penis to repair. Do not masturbate for a while. I suggest at most once every 4 days.

Once the spongy chambers are restored to their proper position. This will push out against the skin and cause new skin to grow.

Also, with the penis/spongy chambers repaired, you will get more spontaneous erections. These long-lasting, strong and hard, spontaneous erections are what you want. They will push out against the tight skin and cause new skin to grow.

Another thing: with the 3 spongy chambers restored and inflated back to their natural position, there will be more 'give' when trying to pull the foreskin down.

In order to help with stopping masturbation and porn - take cold showers - especially before bed.

Another thing - learn your triggers. What do you do right before you look at porn or masturbate? Is it a particular website? Was it at a certain time always? So just think about it - especially when you relapse - think - "what was i doing - what website was i on?". Spend some time on this subject in your head. That way it is easier to avoid triggers.

Finally - make sure you have hobbies to fill up your time. Think of things to do besides porn and masturbation. If you know you normally masturbate and look at porn at a certain time - try doing something different at that time and have something planned about what you will do instead.

Anyone who has phimosis, please reply to this and tell me if you are willing to try this method out or whether you think your masturbation habits could have caused your phimosis.

Sciatica :: Severe Pain Has Me In Tears

Typically, I am up at gone three in the morning, unable to sleep because of the discomfort I am in. OK, who am I kidding with "discomfort" here? I am in agony as usual and I feel completely alone and unsupported.

I am lying on the sofa, on my left side because I cannot bear for anything to touch my right side. My long-suffering partner is asleep in our bed – the bed I have not been able to rest in for almost six months. Every night I lie here, biting on one of my many pillows to try and stifle the screams (yes – screams; I do not exaggerate here) so that I don’t disturb him. There’s nothing he can do and he has to go to work, especially since I cannot and someone has to pay the bills.

I have lost my job, I have not been outside for four months, other than to go to see my doctor and then it’s a cab each way. I’m alone, almost every day, all day. I feel like nobody understands and I am trapped in this situation with no hope for escape and a lifetime of torment in front of me – I cannot see any light at the end of this tunnel of misery.

This pain has been going on for two years now and has built up from a nagging ache in my lower back to this indescribably intense suffering that has become unbearable.

I don’t think anyone is ‘getting’ how bad this is for me. It took months to get a diagnosis and any kind of treatment despite repeated trips to the surgery (I have only been receiving prescribed medication for two months).

I am seeing a physiotherapist and I am trying to do the gentle exercises she has given me but honestly, it’s hard. I am waiting for a MRI scan and two months in, I’m beginning to lose hope I will get one any time soon. I am on 100mg of Tramadol four times a day, 400mg of Ibuprofen four times a day between the Tramadol and 600mg of Gabapentin three times a day.

I am still in utter torture with pain running from my right buttock all the way down my leg to my big toe. I cannot sit down and, as mentioned previously, I have to lie on one side to even get a small shot at comfort. At least the excruciating calf and thigh cramps have stopped (I think the Gabapentin helped there).

But even with medication, the pain has me in tears, screaming and blinded by sweat for hours at a time. Brief moments of respite come maybe for an hour here and there but I am still acutely aware of the pain running down my lower right side all the while.

I have an appointment with my GP tomorrow. I want to tell him that my pain is so bad I would rather be dead and to please, please, please hurry up and find out why this is happening to me but, I’m not sure how to approach this without seeming hysterical.

Fibromyalgia Syndrome? Pulled Muscle In Neck And Migraines?

It started 10 months ago with my body aching ( whole body) like I had done some rigorous workout the day before, and aching pain between my shoulder blades central of the neck. Followed with a migraine. I have suffered with migraines for 20 plus years. 2 years ago though I received a massive blow to my head - I received a glass light smashed to the top of my head. Cannot Straighten Knee Fully Or Bend

I'm a 18 year old me female and last month I fell off of a quad and since them my knee hasn't been normal. I cannot straighten it fully or bend it fully, it doesn't affect my walking or anything. Sometimes, randomly, like when I move a certain way it goes out of place?
