When I try and use my blinkers they don't work half the time. I don't know how to explain it exactly but ill upload a video of it tomorrow.
Has this issue where blinkers don't blink? Especially when it's cold out it makes it worse.
Here is my issue: several months ago, my a/c started to only work about 50% the of the time. The air was flowing, but not cold. I noticed that when it was working, I heard a fast clicking/chirping sometimes. Also, the check engine was on, usually just when the air was not being cooled. I finally took it into the dealership and they said it was the thermostat, fixed it under powertrain warranty, and I was happy...until a few days later when I noticed it was only blowing about 65 degrees, if that. Did they diagnose it wrong, or install the thermostat wrong? Pontiac G6 2008....
View 4 RepliesI'm having an annoying new problem on my entune in my 2013 camry SE. I will open pandora and then before it plays any songs it just closes out of the program. The same happens no matter how many times I open it. The next day it may or may not work again. I've tried reinstalling entune on my phone (Galaxy s4) but that didn't work. It doesn't seem to be my phone because it seems like it's opening fine. If it weren't connected it says that it can't find entune on my phone. Also the Bluetooth streaming still works fine.
View 3 RepliesThe Up/Down switch on my 2012 Camry SE doesn't work half the time. Of course it works when opening it, but half the time won't work when closing it. I called today to order a new switch and the dealer told me they do not sell just the switch and I had to purchase the entire overhead console?
Can I purchase the switch only. Just to clarify there are 2 switches. The left switch is Open/Close and the right switch is Up/Down.
I have a 2006 Dodge Caravan that when I drive at highway speeds and it's wet out, my air bad light comes on and about 50% of the time, the radio, fan, windshield wipers, and 12v outlet stop working suggesting the fuse or some other wiring is getting wet. The dealer cannot replicate and will not suggest any fixes. What do I have my local mechanic replace or seal?
I know there's a Chrysler recall on 2005-2006 Caravans, #J38, but my Caravan falls outside the specs by 2 mths (it was for vehicles in service between Jan 2005 and April 2006).
Now that the summer has finally arrived the southern Finland I found a problem with my climate control. When the car gets hot from the sun and the climate control starts cooling it takes up to 2 minutes until I get cold air from the vents. It doesn't matter if I let it run on the AUTO-mode or that I turn the temperature all the way to the LOwest position with full "thrust".
I checked the service history of my car and the AC has been serviced and filled last summer. (the basic fast service method). I didn't want to service it again since I'm afraid that all that money would have gone to waste. I haven't found any leaks tho. The radiator is pretty beaten up from all the debris and road salt tho.
I started a lease on the eGolf on 1Dec2014.
I came from the original 04 R32 but my wife 4 yr old Lexus has a similar keyless entry key detection setup as the eGolf.
Unlike my wife's lexus, I am having a lot of issues with the eGolfs keyless entry.
50% of the time it does not work when I am standing right outside my car... I have to take the key out and physically press the button.
is this a know issue with VW? Is there a fix?
I have a 2002 Camry LE, and the rear driver's side blinker does not work properly, I mean that I have replaced the bulb, and it will work rarely.
View 11 RepliesMy tail lights and dash lights only work when I hit the brakes, or when the left blinker is on. When the blinker is on, the dash lights blink on and off with the blinker. When braking they stay on until I step off of the brake pedal.

View 3 RepliesMy left blinker on my GX stopped working about 2 months ago. I had the tires and brakes done yesterday at Firestone. I asked them to replace the bulb for me as the blinker did not work and makes the "fast click" sound when activating it.
I was told that it is not the bulb and Firestone can't do anything about this. They believe something is loose or maybe an electrical problem?
88 f250 5.0 when my headlights are on my driver side blinker doesn't work at all but with lights off it does also with the blinker on the dash blinks with the blinker also I'm lost. Also when I turn my key on the windshield wipers wanna turn on
View 2 RepliesI also have a problem with my left blinker and my break lights. My right blinker works just fine, but my left blinker and break lights will not come on unless I pull the blinker switch forward a bit- as if I'm going to turn my brights on.
View 14 RepliesI have been having an issue with my blinker for the past few months. When the blinker is fully engaged, the right front blinker doesn't work. If I just push up on the blinker so it doesn't fully click into place, the right front blinker works fine, so it is not a burnt out bulb. I have also checked my blinker light in my mirrors and they work fine. Left blinker works fine. I am stumped on to what this can be and I need to get it inspected. 2005 F-250...
View 3 RepliesFor about the past month, the AC in my 2014 SFS (33k miles) has been working poorly. It works okay about half of the time, but the rest of the time it's not blowing cold air. When this happens, I have to start hitting various buttons (turning AC on and off, turning inside air on and off, raising and lowering the temp), and it sometimes comes back on. Turning the car off and on also sometimes fixes it.
This has been in low 90s temps, but AC performance shouldn't be inconsistent like this. I have an appointment for next Monday at the dealer to get it checked out.
Trying to fix my 97' F-250 5.8, e4od. The e4od won't shift out of first gear half the time. It is fine when I manually select 1 or 2 when the problem happens, no check engine though. The fluid looks great and doesn't have an odor. Here is a video of it failing to shift...

View 13 RepliesI have a meticulously cared for 2003 Camry. When I got it a year ago it stalled at startup about 10% of the time, and it has increased to almost 50%. The engine light is on and off, but seems to have no bearing, nor does air or engine temperature. If I keep my foot on the gas even when stopped, I can drive it. Sometimes it warms up to idle, sometimes not. It stalls usually at start and always when going slow or stopping. Sometimes it succeeds in idling, sometimes it fails, but never something in between. Either it idles right at 1000rpm, or at 0.
Mechanic ran it through the computer, drove it around, tried it a bunch of times and found nothing.
Is it normal that the temperature gauge reach half the temp scale all the time ? Even though I live in a tropical island were outside temp is mostly above the 85 mark I find it a bit weird for the temp to reach that point.

View 3 RepliesSo for the last few days my blinkers have been going crazy. I use them for 1 or 2 seconds and they stay on for 35-40 seconds and go on and off. I am not for sure but they also seem extra loud as well.
I check from the outside of the car and all of the signals seem to work. I know in some cars before your light burns out your blinker will seem to clicker faster but mine is insane.
