My 2002 Sienna has water pooling in the front passenger side. We pulled up some of the front carpet and it's soaking beyond the passenger side. We need to find out where the water is coming from. It correlates to rain, but we tried hosing the passenger door and front windshield but didn't see any water coming in.

View 1 RepliesI have a 2006 Jeep Liberty 4X4 Limited edition with a sunroof. Last year, after a hard rain, I went out to my car to find about 3 inches of water in the passenger side floorboard. I immediately took it to the Jeep Dealer, who told me that the sunroof was simply clogged with debris. They cleared out the channels and all the debris and said I would be good to go. Not so much. It's a year later and after checking the heating coils, weather stripping, windshield, windows, etc, etc... It STILL FLOODS! The water comes ONLY through the screw that holds the sun visor in the roof. The roof of the car never gets wet. I have taken it to several body shops other that then Jeep dealer and no one has any clue. I now keep microfiber towels and a shop vac in my car at all times. I'm worried about the damage this will do to my car eventually, particularly in terms of the electrical parts of the car.
View 1 RepliesI have a 2007 Toyota Sienna and the passenger sliding door will not slide on its own. You have to tug on the door to get it to engage. The repair shop said the door needs a new actuator. How hard is replacing the actuator on sliding passenger door?? My brother thinks he might be able to do it???

View 1 RepliesWhen I turn on the heat, I only get hot air through the drivers side vent,the passenger side vent is very cold. I had it in to be worked on (at a Non-Toyota shop)and they tore it completely apart and could not diagnose the problem. It affects the entire system,meaning the air going to defrost is also hot on the drivers side and cold on the passenger side.

I decided to replace the new rotor with same and the thumping is still there, but only with the brakes being used. Nothing felt in the brake pedel and the the van stops fine. So why the thumping noise?

View 5 RepliesI have a Toyota Aygo which leaks water into the passenger side foot space, so that when it rains, about 2 inches of water collects where the passengers feet would be.
It's been in to the dealer three times to fix, they replace the door seals but it seems to me that the rain isn't coming in via the door or window, but up through the floor somehow, ie seems to come up through the carpet suggesting it's coming in from somewhere else!
I have a 98 Toyota Rav4 4cyl auto. Started to leak water from somewhere into the passenger side floor when it rains. Started out only leaking during heavy/fast rain, but now almost every time. Thought it was the sunroof drain overflow, but no water on the seat cushion, and I reamed both drain tubes out with a stiff wire all the way to the ground and confirmed water runs out the properly. Now I think it's something in the firewall, like maybe the vent air? Tried taking the screen off the cowl and looking down into what I presume are the vent ducts, but didn't find any drain rail. How to fix this? Do I need to take the dash apart?

View 3 RepliesI have a brand new Camry SE 2014.5 and since day one, when ever I park the car and come back after a short while or when ever I start the car and keep it on for a while, it looses water under the front passenger side. Initially I thought it is the air condition but now I am afraid that there is something wrong with the coolant system. BTW: The temperature of the engine is always in the normal zone. The car is about 2 month and 1500 miles old. What it could be?
View 7 RepliesSo i have a 2005 mkiv TR GLI. I had thought that the car leaks water at the front passenger side however it was a little drip, until last night. It rained heavily last night and I got in my car to find a good amount of water under my front passenger side mat, nowhere else. I left no windows open, and it looks to be running down between the side of the dash, and the inside of the door on the passenger side.
View 10 RepliesI have a 2005 Chevy Equinox that has developed an odd issue. For about a month, after a good rain, I have a puddle of water in the floor carpet of the front passenger side - while parked. It develops from the center of the car to about the middle of the floor below the seat. So since that is the case I don't think the side window is leaking but I have looked for signs of water coming in. Nothing. The windshield was replaced about 5 years ago but again, no signs that water is coming in from there either. It can't be from the bottom of the car, right? I mean it happens while it is parked, so that doesn't make sense.

I cleaned it up thinking the sunroof may not have been closed all the way at the dealership when they washed it. I drove it today in the rain and the front passenger side is wet again next to the console and near the seat. Where are the drains located at?

View 1 RepliesHave a 05 Explorer and every time it rains, water gets in and soaks the front passenger side floor. It only happens after it rains and happens even if it is not driven. I am pretty sure there is a drain line plugged up someplace from the cowl, just not sure where it is. The toe kick seems to stay dry but the floor gets soaked.
View 4 RepliesI just purchased my daughter a used 2006 Prius and we found water in the rear right passenger floor board this morning. We have only had the car 3 days. There are on leaks that I could find inside the car. I looked in the tire well and water was there and also near the 12Volt battery also. The brownish/yellow sealant in the tire well that goes around the bottom is also in my 2010 Prius but I noticed that my daughters 2006 Prius the sealant or what I believe to be bodyflex is cracked. I am going to have a body person look and see if he agrees with me that this bodyflex is cracked.

View 5 RepliesA couple of days ago, my wife noticed that the floor mat on the rear passenger side of her car was sopping wet. She thought perhaps a water bottle must have spilled or leaked, so she soaked up the water and dried out the mat. Today, the mat was wet again with about an inch of water accumulating only on the passenger side of the rear floor.
We have had no significant rain for more than two weeks; in fact, it's been sunny and hot with temps in the 90s. There is no water on the front floor or the rear driver's side floor. Due to the heat, we have run the AC, but it is working fine with no apparent leaks. There is no apparent leaking in the trunk or underneath the car. There are no apparent leaks from the radiator or hoses. Everything is working fine, except for the water on the rear passenger side floor. We can't figure out the source of the water.
The car is a 2006 4-door Toyota Camry LE with 199K miles on it.
