Ok so I'm 39 weeks & my vagina is so soar I haven't had sex so I know its not that but man it hurts feels like someone has been hitting me I'm my vagina all day.. Any idea why.?
View 2 RepliesThis might be TMI, but my vagina has been very sore. I thought it might be a UTI, but my vagina is sore, not sharp pains. Feels like someone hit it with a bat a few weeks ago and I'm still recovering lol its only sore when I walk (well when I waddle). I'm 35 weeks. Has anyone else experienced this?

View 1 RepliesI am 19 weeks and for over a week i have woke up every morning with a headache and sore neck. My headache lasts all day. I dont like to take meds especially when pregnant although i have had to take tylenol once this week. I am wondering if it is from the way i am sleeping or something. I usually sleep on my stomach but about 2 months ago i switched to sleeping on my sides with a body pillow between my knees and tucked under my lil belly. I drink lots of water and cut waaay back on coffee when trying to conceive. I am considering getting a massage if i can find someone local who treats pregnant women. Never had a massage!! Anyone have any suggestions? My stress level is the same as normal.

Just to give a background on the last few weeks: I got a particularly back strain of tonsillitis a few weeks ago and was put on very strong antibiotics to clear it. After this I had a slight itch and touch of thrush which cleared up after taking a dose of probiotics. A week after the itch I shaved all my pubic hair, I stupidly didn't trim the hair before I did that. I had sex with my boyfriend after this, he's the only person I've been having sex with for 6 months and vice versa. I have experienced pain after having sex with him and some skin tears due to his and my size (he's quite large and I'm apparently smaller than average). I then got my period this week and started to feel irritation which was mild at first like usual grow-back irritation after shaving and then it progressed to quite irritant and painful - I'm assuming the pads I was using didn't help matters. To ease the irritation I was using an antiseptic cream which would typically be used for nappy rash.
When my period was done I examined myself and felt small bumps, first they were under the skin and are now over the skin and blister-like and some have popped and seeped. My vaginal lips are quite dry and there are a couple of pimple-like bumps on them which are quite painful. I soaked in a warm bath last night with a couple of drops of tea-tree oil, some baking soda and some E45 dermatological emollient bath oil and this seemed to help. When I woke up this morning the pain had eased slightly but the sores which had popped were crusted over with a yellow pus. I cleared this and the pus has not returned, but they are still painful. The pain seems to mostly be coming from the hairs that are growing back in the area irritating the sores. I have been using E45 dermatological (and alternately Savlon antiseptic) cream to ease the itching and give me some relief.
Basically, I'm looking for suggestions on how to ease this pain and clear the sores up. If anyone has had a similar issue and knows exactly what this is help would be greatly appreciated. From examining myself and researching STIs/STDs online it does not resemble anything I've seen but if anyone has a suggestion they are more than welcome!
It started as redness and itching then a horrible red swelling-I went to the STD clinic yesterday absolutely terrified and the Dr assured me it was not warts and not herpes-she said she'll test for herpes just in case but as she was doing the test she said 'this is a spot,if it comes back as herpes i'll be VERY surprised, it really doesn't look like it at all, this is just for your piece of mind'. She seemed very sure I was okay for that. She examined me and did a smear, had a proper look at my vulva and said I was being silly, this is just a spot and not to worry at all.
I stupidly had sex this morning (my boyfriend and I have been together 2 years).
Today it's worse, it's horribly angry looking, red and swollen and sore. I've put on antiseptic cream-I'm relieved it's not an STD but at the same time, what on earth is it-if it's just a spot, it's bacterial-I shave so I guess I could have caused it, hurt my skin, it's in a dodgy area right at the top of my slit so it's enclosed and that area is all warm and enclosed I suppose so it'll heal slower than a spot anywhere else.
What can I do to help it heal faster and stop the infection spreading? I'm so scared :( Anybody else had anything like this?
I've had this itchiness in my genitals specially on my anus. My vagina feels sore and hurts a little bit. But it's really itchy that I have to scratch it and makes it irritated. I have put some creams. But I don't have any blisters or bumps . Is it an outbreak ? I had sex last time with lubrication and condom. Should I stop having sex, because this could be an outbreak. I haven't take any medicine
View 9 RepliesI have an irregular shaped discoloration or sore on my vagina that I noticed a few months ago while I was examining myself to find the source of my vaginal burning. It is a purple and red color with what appear to be darker specks near the edges. I have been referred to a gynecologist but the wait time is 7 months. I am worried about waiting that long. I do not have any bleeding as I had a full hysterectomy. Also sex with my husband is painful.

My mom thought it could be an ingrown hair so she told me to hold a hot washcloth on it and try "popping" it. Nothing happen so now I'm worried that there is something else going on. View 1 RepliesI'm 28 weeks pregnant and just got hemorrhoids earlier this week as of about three days ago though i noticed some very painful blisters that have lined up along my vagina done research it doesn't look like any of the herpes outbreaks i've come across. all they do is hurt no itch no burning. i was told two days ago i had a severe bladder infection due to microbial parasite. im currently taking antibiotics and using witch hazel wipes. doc said these bumps are nothing to worry about. i disagree with how painful they are. thoughts please?

View 26 RepliesHad A&P repair done 16 weeks again, had a few up and downs along the way but on the whole things were going ok, that is until last week, I have started to feel sore underneath and quite uncomfortable and this morning have noticed a bit of blood, nothing major, not had a period since last February so hoping it's not that.
Has anyone else expericaned this? I did call the consultants office yesterday but was told that I have now been discharged back to my dr, so would need to see him.
Need answers for reason for the swelling sensation. Feels like vagina and rectum being pushed out as before. Went to doctor 1 week post op because of this, bladder still in place. Doctor had no explanation. Scheduled to go for check up in 3 weeks. This will be the 6th week since surgery. Can't rest or sleep well because of the constant swelling.
