4 Weeks After Circumcision - Underwear Sticking And Stitches Not Resloved

its been 4 weeks since i got circumcised. And i'm having a few problems at the moment.
1) Underwear keeps sticking to my penis, which is then really sore to take off. So I haven't been wearing my underwear i've been wearing loose pajama pants which is helping. Any ideas on how to stop my penis sticking to underwear or is this normal for a while?
2) Also its been 4 weeks and I thought the sensitivity would have went by now, do you think it will go in another week or two?
3) Last thing, i still have a few stitches around my penis , if they don't fall off in the next 2 weeks should i take them off myself?

I was circumcised 8 days ago, I have spots of blood coming from the stitches underneath my penis head, is it normal? I am getting full erections and its paining when I'm erect, but normal when flaccid.
I soak my penis 3 times a day in saltwater and dab it off with my cloth. When will I know when the stitches are ready to come out as it is quite irritating and prickly.
What should I do, I'm struggling to keep my penis in an upward direction to prevent swelling any advice on the, can I let my penis hang?

I'm 20 years old, and had a circumcision 13 days ago today which i'm quite happy with... However, I feel I have an infection on the underside as there is like white stuff all attached to it and even the skin looks kind of mouldy (not crazily but only a tiny bit)....
I'm supposed to be back at work on Monday but don't think it's possible... I feel really down right now (past few days) as my bandage came off yesterday which I was advised to keep on till it fell off (which it did yesterday) so the sensitivity is more strong now... Going to try go to the doctors later and see what's up.
I was also wondering when the stitches will fall out? I try to have 2 baths a day in salted water (quite warm) for 20-25 minutes a go.

I had circumcision and frenuloplasty a few days back. I had a lot of extra foreskin and it was rather tight. Post surgery, the sutures are still present, especially at the bottom of the glans where the frenulum meets the foreskin. Now, the place where the stitch is, is swollen with the folded foreskin. Not to mention, I have a ring of skin surrounding the glans as well. I want to add here that I have had some rather painful erections since the surgery. The stitches seem to be drying up slowly. I keep the wounds well taken care off. Please let me know if this is normal and if the folded up foreskin would look better and become normal once the stitches are gone. I am somewhat freaked out right now.

I had my surgery 37 days back but my stitches not dissolved there is almost 10 stitches. Need help is it take long time or any ointment to dissolve stitches.... What is time period to have sex after surgery

i am almost 7 weeks post op and yesterday and this morning I have noticed a few stitches on my pad.
Feel fine and recovery going well (considering) so am I right in assuming these are a sign that things are healing? And is this the usual time you would start to see the stitches come away?

I have had Sjogrens for many many years but never has my mouth been so dry. The other nite I was eating. I got food stuck in my esophagus -.i was so scared and in a panic. I always take a drink before I eat. But that was different I was so dry it just got stuck. I was so scared. Thinking I was going to die. My husband was right by mr and he too was scared. She said no and she is under menstruation and had a Tampon inside her vagina. She showed me her vagina and I didn't see any traces of blood outside her vagina or in the pelvis area.
Questions of concern:
1. Is it possible for a female to release vaginal fluid under menstruation and the fluid to come out despite wearing a tampon
2. Can the vaginal fluid make it's way from her underwear on to my underwear and then into my penis opening during the 5 minute period when i didn't wear a condom
3. I'm not sure about her HIV status, but assuming she is HIV+, are there any chances that I might get infected with the above mentioned contact with her
4. I had cough from past 10 days and have itchy skin rashes on my hands and legs too. The rashes are very tiny. Are these symptoms of HIV
5. Has there been any cases who got infected with similar kind of exposure

i've had surgery on my groin (bikini line) and still wore undergarments!
ladies: NO metal, non wired, sports bra / crop top / bikini top ugly knicks (they may get stained) No metal lads: ugliest pair of boxers (they may get stained).
crappy arguments to ignore:
"they need to stick ecg stickers on your chest for monitoring" - ok cool go on then. easily done with a bra on (i am proof)
"its easier to not have them in case of an emergency and we have to waste time cutting them off" - plz tell me what kind of emergency involves my genitals and breasts?
"they are professionals they are focusing on the task" - ok how does that involve my genitals and breasts?
"they operate on all different types, shapes, sizes of people everyday they've seen it all" - so? my body. i don't need or want them to see anything they don't need to that's my right.
"you'll be asleep you won't even know or care" - i'm not okay with them seeing these areas of my body even when i'm awake! why the heck should i be ok with it whilst i'm unconscious!
"your underwear will get stained/dirty especially if you need a catheter" - ok cool'll bin them. how long is my surgery? do i REALLY NEED a catheter? no. you do not have my permission to use one.
let me know if you've been given or found some more reasons against this. i wrote this because i am a big boobed (that means lying down in surgery with a flat chest because my boobs are besides my armpits), self conscious, overweight female suffering with anxiety whose anxiety levels went through the roof before my surgery as i was panicking about not being able to wear my underwear
the nurses told me i couldn't but i insisted. if you are someone who's too not happy with the idea of being comando under your gown whilst being unconscious with a bunch of people surrounding you. insist to. just wear them.
worst case scenario they "cut them off during an emergency" which they need to document. so it really will be an emergency or you can sue them.

Well yesterday I went to the bathroom and saw brown stuff all over my underwear?? Then today I was in class and all of a sudden the clear stuff came out (I've had it before) but A LOT came out alongside with white stuff. Today when I took off my underwear I saw these tiny little brown spots in my underwear. Its there when I wipe too. I have not started my period yet. It has happened twice today. I was in a local park, and had to urinate badly. I stepped behind a tree, and took my penis out through my zipper(though not all the way) and started to urinate, but clearly my penis was constricted by my underwear as I could not urinate. Would I know if I've torn my stitches? My surgeon mentioned I wouldn't always know if I've done damage. But surely it would hurt if I popped a stitch?
I stupidly picked up my 3 year old without thinking, I'm 10 days post op and now paranoid I've done some damage, I've already had an infection which has popped one of the external stitches It didn't hurt when I picked her up but I know feel weird.
