I'm terrified of dying and losing my loved ones I keep thinking about how death actually looks like how I can't do nothing to stop it how I break down when I think about dying I even try praying at night asking to take my life so my family can live even tho I won't see them again. I get butterflies in my stomach when I have to go to work I start shaking. Can't even take a breath because I'm scared that when I come back someone will not be there !! I keep thinking that I'm a fail and they don't want me but then I also think about losing them. I cry myself to sleep at night thinking no on cares. I don't even go out with my friends anymore because I'm scared they don't want me there. Even tho the do. I just keep putting myself down and overthinking every little thing !!

I am a girl and I am 21. I'd to know if I suffer from anxiety or maybe it's just a crisis that will soon pass. However,every single day I wake up thinking that another day passed and we all are getting older as a result. I can't stand the idea that one day I will lose my parents. Of course no one wants it but the thing is that I can't control these scary thoughts and whenever I have fun with my parents or close people I unwillingly start to think that one day this day will be just a memory.This is so overwhelming.I can't enjoy even a moment that's why I prefer being alone. The fact that my parents are much older than the parents of my friends makes it even worse. I count days, months, try to see if they have too many wrinkles.It is so unfair to them but I can't help doing it.I love them too much but I get that this is not normal.I used to be a very calm,happy,rational girl but after graduation I don't see the girl I used to be.

for some years i have been feeling dreadful but now i have got to the point where i can't cope.with it any longer. doctor says its just anxiety but doesn't realise i am on the verge of getting myself sectioned. i am constantly on edge, i can't eat as i feel like i cant breathe and feel like i cant swallow. when i'm not thinking about it i can eat fine with no problems but not felt normal for over 12 months. i'm living off soup and soft things like mash etc. from the moment i wake up i feel extreme panic.
i'm forcing myself to go to work even though the walls feel like they are caving in, i.get pains in my chest, i feel dizzy, my heart sometimes races or sometimes i can't feel it and think i'm going to.die. i'm always googling things and finding myself experiencing more awful symptoms.
i have found myself in extreme panic over irrational things like isis. to a point where i've not wanted to leave the house in fear of being blown up.
im convinced i'm dying and my family and everyone know about it but they aren't telling me. there's so many other symptoms.

So it all started just over 3 weeks ago I had a shooting pain in my head followed by my whole body going weak and numb-like, I panicked! After that I haven't been right. I've had shooting pains all over my body, tingles mainly in the left hand, dizziness, smoky vision, flutters under the skin, scared that my limbs were gonna stop working so i've constantly been checking them, I now have pain on both sides of my abdomen under my ribs and I constantly and I mean constantly feel soooo sick! I've been to 4 diffo docs all of which say it's my anxiety! They've only checked my blood pressure and pulse felt my tummy etc how can they be so sure?
Pic honestly feel sooo I'll i'm not getting out of bed I can't eat ... I think I'm on the verge of having a breakdown! Everyone around me has had enough but they don't understand how sick I feel!
anyone ever very honestly felt like they were physically ill all day everyday from anxiety?

For the past 3 months I have thoughts of death and dying, almost everyday I feel a choking feeling around my throat and neck area and I keep thinking that I would suffocate. It's gotten to the point where I panic on a daily basis thinking that I'm going to die.

I'm suffering really bad from anxiety & panic attacks, I can't sit n watch tv or anything as my mind is wondering. I'm scared of dying n leaving my kids. Im healthy apart from the anxiety n panic, What do u all do wen u feel 1 comin on ?
I have been trying 2 ignore it & carry on what I was doing as hard as it is, is this the rite thing 2 do ?
i can't eat as it gets stuck in my throat but I forced it down. Sleeping is all mixed up been Up since 4.20....

Had injection of cyclizine for nausea during recent hospital stay.
Was asked if I was allergic but hadn't had it before.Immediately felt terrible, thought I was dying, heart rate up to 135 BP 200 even temp up to 38
Also felt really sick Treated conservatively over the next 3 or 4 hrs, ecg and frequent bp etc. Dr. said antidote could have caused even more problems. Never want to go through anything like that again. Hope hospital records these allergies and informs drug companies.

I'm only 17 years old. I have felt the way i feel now for months. I am not pregnant before anyone suggests that!
I suffered from a disease/illness where my glands swelled up til they were huge and you could clearly see them. I had a fever all day, i would go cold and the hot, i had no energy at all and was generally sick! The doctor gave me some antibiotics and it cleared up.
Ever since then i have not been myself. I feel sick at some point during the day, i constantly have a weird feeling in my head, its not pain as such, but like a numbing feeling and irritation. I feel like im going to faint all the time, im weak and very tired, i also get chest pains from time to time & my breathing is rubbish, its hard to breath at times, i generally feel like im dying
I have had countless blood tests and all of them showed nothing!
This totally upset me because im frustrated, i just want it to be over!!
The doctor told me just to have lots of water and exercise.
My family were convinced that i suffer from anxiety and panic attacks!
As i had a panic attack due to the fact i felt so ill i thought i was dying!
It wasn't just happening to me for no reason the attack.
so they took me to the doctor where he told me my symptoms were that of anxiety and panic attacks so he gave me some tablets to take.
But i still feel the same!!
I do not believe that i have anxiety
I am sick if people believing that is what it is!!

I have been on Mirtazapine for 20 months. When I first started at the 15mg dose, in a month I gained a stone. Then dieted and lost it. I have never had a problem losing weight over the years by eating a healthy diet. Usually losing 2 stone in 3 months, Now on 30mg of mirtazapine, was on 45mg but had unusual highs so it got reduced. Since September 2012 I have gone from 10 stone to 14 stone 9 and I have dieted in between with not much luck. I dieted for 4 months and lost 4 pounds and I was eating so healthily and almost suffering. Due to being a victim of crime 6 weeks ago I come off the diet due to stress.I cannot control the hunger and cravings. i binge to the extreme between 10pm and 2am, I even eat in my sleep.
What worries me though is even on a diet I cannot lose the weight. And as I say, in the past I have lost weight when eating healthily no problem.
My doctor wants to start reducing my mirtazapine in January as I am on too much medication. I am worried about coming off it as I have gone through anti depressant withdrawal before, actually paroxetine withdrawal is the reason why I am on mirtazapine, Plus for my height and now weight I am obese so that is the other reason he wants to take me off it.
I just wondered if anyone has had weight gain and if they have lost it when they stopped mirtazapine?

I am gonna loose my virginity in very few days to my boyfriend. Recently, my boyfriend and i lost our virginities to each other. Last Friday to be exact. It was 30 seconds long, and he did NOT ejaculate. Then, we had sex again that following Monday. Twice actually. And he did ejaculate. BUT, each and every time he was wearing a condom.
