16- i think i have a problem, during erection i can only pull my foreskin back just behind the glans and it bunches up there, but when not erected it can be pulled back but bends down when the frenulum prevents it from going any farther. Allso where what would be the tip of the foreskin when not retracted is being pulled back, it seems to almost strangle the shaft, is this a problem? possible phimosis? frenulum breve?

While having sex with my girlfriend (without a condom due to having the injection) my banjo string/frenulum breve snapped/broke, went through the bleeding and waited a week to heal before trying to have sex again.My problem is after healing i can pull the foreskin back without any pain but while entering my penis during sex i feel pain not very sharp but stinging pain which isn't a good feeling to be honest, it has been about a 2 weeks after waiting to heal from this is still going on.From examining my penis i can see that the banjo string/frenulum breve has healed to form the link but just above their is a small lump, it doesnt look out of place as in it is a different colour but maybe where my banjo string/frenulum breve once was connected and that is where the small pain is coming from and i was wondering if any has any help into resolving this, i have used lube and it doesnt change (That i know of) the pain, can anyone relate or help me with a solution?

If you haven't got a skin disease then i think the main cause of phimosis is damage to the 3 spongy chambers of the penis. I believe this is what happened to me.
If you apply a lot of pressure in masturbation you may damage the 3 spongy chambers. You can either grip too hard on the shaft in a death grip. Or you can push down on the penis or rub the foreskin forward.
So allow the penis to repair. Do not masturbate for a while. I suggest at most once every 4 days.
Once the spongy chambers are restored to their proper position. This will push out against the skin and cause new skin to grow.
Also, with the penis/spongy chambers repaired, you will get more spontaneous erections. These long-lasting, strong and hard, spontaneous erections are what you want. They will push out against the tight skin and cause new skin to grow.
Another thing: with the 3 spongy chambers restored and inflated back to their natural position, there will be more 'give' when trying to pull the foreskin down.
In order to help with stopping masturbation and porn - take cold showers - especially before bed.
Another thing - learn your triggers. What do you do right before you look at porn or masturbate? Is it a particular website? Was it at a certain time always? So just think about it - especially when you relapse - think - "what was i doing - what website was i on?". Spend some time on this subject in your head. That way it is easier to avoid triggers.
Finally - make sure you have hobbies to fill up your time. Think of things to do besides porn and masturbation. If you know you normally masturbate and look at porn at a certain time - try doing something different at that time and have something planned about what you will do instead.
Anyone who has phimosis, please reply to this and tell me if you are willing to try this method out or whether you think your masturbation habits could have caused your phimosis.

I have read a few posts about permanently retracting the foreskin and I've tried this myself, however, sometimes the foreskin rolls back over my penis head when I don't want it to, mostly from moving and not when I'm lying still. I’ve recently heard that penis foreskin is supposed to retract automatically when erect without having to be “manually” pulled back and should stay retracted until the erection goes. I’ve also heard that if that is not the case, it can lead to several implications. I’m uncut (and plant to stay) and during erection and intercourse my foreskin is not totally retracted – during intercourse it is sliding up and down. My foreskin is easily retracted when the penis is not erected, it also can retract when it is erected but the only problem is that, when erected and retracted, the foreskin is tight and slightly swells the head. I'm 19 years old and my foreskin won't retract on its own, both while flaccid or erect. I never knew it was supposed to. I have had sex before, both with and without a condom, and a few times during sex the foreskin was forced down below the glans. However, it was very painful each time and I thought it wasn't supposed to do that and so I moved it back up. For me it is much more comfortable to have it covering the glans. I've never had any infections or problems with my penis or foreskin either and sex was always ok. I am a 17 year old uncircumcised male, and when erect I cannot fully retract my foreskin, i.e. over the glands, but it does go back about cm from the glands with minimal discomfort. While flaccid I regularly retract the foreskin all the way to clean although the bit of skin connecting the foreskin gets a little tight. Will sex be painful or complicated if I cannot fully retract while erect?
