Soft Erections - Damaged Penis?

when I get erections they seem to be soft or very easy to squeeze lets say, especially when I stand instead of pointing up and solid it points more straight out and not as firm. they are not what they use to be no matter how turned on I get, and because of that I don't crave sex like a young male should. im good health im 27
I don't know if hemorrhoids can affect it I have had them before. I also don't know if this has any connections, but I had a wet dream one night I could feel myself orgasm, however I was laying on my stomach basically flatting my penis, could do have damaged the shaft? I went to a urologist and they said everything seemed ok, gave me Cialis samples and Viagra samples' but I did not continue them I did not like how they made me feel very groggy and eyes tired.

can anyone help me find a doctor to cure my problem with soft erections at times. I need to satisfy my wife like I use to I love her and don't want to lose her cause I would lose my children to visitations. I need viagra or a urologist to fix me, I caught something from a stripper from Barrie, and went to get swabbed for it since it was itchy the morning after her. The swab came back as negative to STD's. SO why were these symptoms occurring, I went and got three more uncomfortable swabs and all returned negative. I get flare ups 2 to 3 times a year and my flare ups always comes with redness around a part of the shaft that gets itchy and at the tip but sometimes I get 2 or 3 tiny blister type bumps that are itchy and when I squeeze my main thick vein and roll it around with my fingers I'am relieving more itch. I have a serious issue of impotence that i have been suffering from for quite some time now. From what i remember it started sometime around the age of 16 right after a bad car accident i was involved which shattered both my ankles & left me bedridden for about 6 months & i am now 22. I've been to a couple urologists but every doctor seems to think i have typical ED & prescribed me cialis. Even that doesn't help at all with having any type of successful intercourse. This problem has really taken a toll on my life & having any type of relationship. Even during masterbation it takes quite some time to obtain an erection. I honestly feel like i have absolutely no sex drive at all. In my younger years i had no problems at all obtaining an erection even with a simple hug but now i get as close to penetration & can barely even get an erection. I've read some threads on here that say it may be phycological more than physical. Which now im considering going to see a psychologist but i would like to see if anyone would be able to give me some more insight as to what may be going wrong.

I've been having ED (erectile dysfunction) for the last 1-2 months. Sometimes I'm able to attain a weak erection, my penis is noticeably softer than it was before all of the issues I'm having. After orgasm my penis loses girth almost immediately. Furthermore I'm UNable to continue with intercourse even with a rest of 30 or so mins, I have always been able to go multiple rounds of intercourse with my wife without any issues previously. I have always been very sexually active without any issues whatsoever. This issue is really causing me to feel low and my wife is concerned for me, which is impacting on her ability to be comfortable during intercourse. I'm considering a vasectomy reversal due to this. My doctor has arranged the usual blood tests, i.e to measure testosterone levels etc. I'm yet to receive the results. I can only maintain an erection through intense physical stimulation. I previously only needed to be visually stimulated, this is very frustrating for me. Furthermore i'm only able to maintain an erection during vaginal penetration whilst i'm on top of my wife with my wife's legs are pushed up and back, as this gives me more sensation in my penis.. i struggle to maintain an erection when my wife is on top or if we do it whilst i'm behind her.
Im totally aware that those within the medical field will be totally dismissive of the vasectomy procedure being the culprit for my ED issue. However im a believer that not all people fit into the same category within current research, as we are all unique and no two people are exactly the same. Not all people's bodies will always react in the same way to the same situation.
Is there a way back from this mess without the use of drugs ?
Last night I failed to have an erection, even through intense visual and physical stimulation. I had consumed alcohol and did feel tipsy, I have always found alcohol enhanced my erections and sexual desire. This was very shocking for me. Due to this I reluctantly took 50mg of a viagra type pill that was prescribed by my doctor. It took well over 1 hour for it to work, I was able to have the best erection I've had I months. I don't want to take drugs to combat this issue, I'm becoming very depressed due to this.
Has anybody out there had this issue resolved by having a vasectomy reversed??
I'm considering having it reversed to hopefully fix my erection issues. Furthermore I feel as if my testicles have atrophied (shrunk in size) somewhat since the vasectomy. If there is scar tissue and atrophied testicles etc or general damage to my genital area could my body heal the the damaged tissues etc through having a reversal?

So, I went to see my urologist last month and he noticed that my foreskin became tighter. It has always been tight, since I was born, and I'm incapable of retracting it when erect. Whilst flaccid, I don't have any problem. But he said that, sooner or later, I won't even be able to do it at all.
I'm not afraid of the operation. In fact, I think it will be for the best.
What I want to ask is about the outcome of getting my foreskin removed. Until now, with my glans covered, sexual stimulation is practically null, whether vaginal or oral. Maybe getting rid of my foreskin will not only boost my confidence and self-esteem, but also help me to achieve faster, easier and harder erections: besides the psychological factors, there are plenty of nerve terminals in the penis' head, which remain inevitably unstimulated during sex due to the interference of the foreskin. Having the glans totally exposed, I guess, will make arousal not only possible but also more enjoyable. Correct me if I'm wrong.
People, I'll appreciate so much your input on this matter. It's so important to me to finally have a full and rich sexual life, just like it is for everyone else. In short: will circumcision boost my self-esteem and self-confidence (since I won't feel "deformed" anymore when naked), and will it contribute to feel more stimulation and, therefore, better erections?

I'm soon to be 19 in a few days. Ever since starting college last fall, maybe about 6 months ago, my erections started getting less stiff - to which now they only ever get about half, sometimes three quarters as hard. I always drink water. Occasionally I'll drink milk for breakfast. I've never smoked, I don't do drugs. I've taken vitamins and antihistamines for allergies, but have stopped those almost a month ago with still no change. Please help with any possible answers.

I'm a recovering anorexic and haven't had a period in almost ten years. I recently had sex and the condom broke. I've never had a pregnancy scare before. I took plan b, which I'm hoping will be effective, but my question is, will it still work if I'm not menstruating regularly? can I even get pregnant at this point? If I'm not having periods, does that also mean I'm not ovulating?

I am so disappointed in myself I detoxed as a inpatient in the middle of June it was a two week detox which I was really ill I fitted and was taken in a serious Condition to a general hospital I was in intensive care and my organs were shutting down as my liver is seriously damaged but I am still here Thank god telling you guys my story I have posted in the past on this forum so some of you might know my story but after all of what I have gone through and even been told not to drink alcohol ever in my life I slipped up on sat and been on a bender for three days it was the anniversary of my father's death and now I can't stay of it I drink a couple litres of cider and a bottle wine a day I don't know what to do I know I should not drink but I just can't stop.

i was put on this awful med, prior in for a Cardioversion , i have never been so ill in my life, it was strong dose, three a day, then two a days for second week then one every day after that. Since the first day I was nauseated,ulcers in my mouth, old sores at the corners of my mouth I lost 1 stone in weight,and couldn't, I persevered, with the Cardioversion at end. I went to get bloods and ECG prior getting the procedure, and I got a phone from the cardiac nurse to say my renal is only about 50 per cent,so cancelled and go to my Dr, I had more bloods, then later in the day I got to say go to the renal ward in hospital, probably for a few days. Might say I had routine bloods taken in April and no problem. Apparently my kidney's function is now at 29 percent. I am now waiting for a biopsy from my kidney!!! It's galling to think I have never drank and never smoked in my life and now this.Strangely they took me off the needs immediately, but theŷ never admit it was the Amiodarone. I am left with probably irreversible renal function, and still have PAF.....

In March of 1980, I had my first nervous breakdown.... and the reason that I use this old term is because it's the closest thing to being accurate. Symptoms included a sensation of electrical discharge. I lost quite a bit of my personal memory banks. I was in the hospital due to depression, and from the hospital I went to many facilities before recouping enough to live on my own again. I thought it impossible that I could have anything even remotely like this again. But since that time I have had 3 more breakdowns in my life. Now my memory is horribly damaged, but the kind of loss does not appear in psych testing. The psych testing that is done can not test for personal memory. Things like memory for faces... for conversation... for what you did on a given day....for where you parked your car at the ball game. All of that is severely damaged. My wife looks out for me, but she does not truly understand what is wrong. I wish I could explain it to her. It's tough to explain to anybody. And, I've never found another soul who went thru this.... that is, anxiety leading to permanent personal/mental damage.
I am new to this site, so perhaps there has been others who have gone thru this. What I cannot understand is why mine was permanent. I've read about so many folks who went thru this or that, only to get better. But the electrical discharge I felt in 1980...that was real.... and seemingly unique. Wondering if anyone has ever heard of anything remotely like this.....

I just had my 38 week appointment and my doctor said that I'm 1 Centimeter dilated and my cervix is soft . Most people are upset when they are this far but only 1cm dilated but I'm really happy ! I'm a first time young mom and think that I've really progressed . Last week I wasn't dilated at all . Does this mean I could go into labor before my due date ?
