Sore Breasts :: Wake With Pain After Sleeping

Last month my nipples were so sore. So sore to the point is wake up out of pain from sleeping on them and had to get off them. I got my period and the pain in my nipples stopped. I've had this happen before so thought nothing of it. Now the side of my boob is having an uncomfortable pain in it. Both boobs have been sore but more so my right one. The pain happens in the same spot and lasts a min or two coming and going. I don't think my boobs have changed in anyway. It looks like i have pours all over them. There are tiny pinhole sized indents on them and lumps big small and tiny and they don't feel attached but I'm pretty sure that's normal for me. I have next to no feeling in them which is also normal. I have not had my period yet this month. So would this be me getting it? Is this something worth worrying about?

I have had recurring breast infections since my son was born 25yrs ago. I had numerous surgeries. It keeps coming back. I tried everything under the sun. Hydrogen Peroxide, Alcohol, iodine, hot compresses, antibiotics. I have just discovered that soaking with Epsom salt completely healed me. It worked fast. I am continuing to do this twice a day to make sure it is completely gone. I am amazed. I was going to go for surgery again. I want other people to be helped. This is a miracle for me.

I am 20 years old and for the past week have had constant headaches, nausea and back pain. I have been feeling slight cramping like period pains but less severe and my breasts feel very sore, I had 1 alcoholic drink a couple of days ago and was sick straight after. My boyfriend and i had unprotected sex a week ago, could i be pregnant?

I find it really hard to sleep at night, It almost like my body is exhausted but my brain won't shut off.
I have recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and one of the symptoms is insomnia. I can't sleep at night but when i finally get to sleep and my brain has shut down when it comes to getting up in the morning for work, I can't. I sleep through alarms, people could be screaming down my ear, world war 3 could be happening and i wouldn't wake up.

i have no energy at all.. i sleep a full uninterrupted 8hr+ of sleep a night and still wake up tired .. my eyes are so heavy at work to the point i can not keep my eyes open.. i drink water everyday. i take daily vitamins . i am not overweight and i eat fairly healthy but can not beat this tiredness.

For the past year, i have been having trouble with my sleep and wake up every morning feeling exhausted and feel very tired throughout the day.
There seems to be an issue with my sinus as i always feel pressure 24/7,almost like a throbbing sensation and when i lye down, my sinus blocks up. So if i were to lye on my left side, my left sinus would block up and if i lye on my right, my right sinus is blocked.
My doctor told me this was caused by allergies, although i have been taking allergy pills, weekly allergy shots, corticosteroids, and tried everything else with zero relief.
I also notice that the back of my neck is always sore and i have constant headaches. When i blow my nose, nothing ever comes out.
Anyone have any advice ? I am so desperate for a good night sleep.

I have had the implanon for 2 1/2 years, the last two weeks I have had mucus discharge, sore breasts and I haven't had a period just spotting like it looks like I'm starting with small tiny clots then it just stops and it's an orange color. Could it have failed me? I have took in a home test and a urine test at the er, both were negative I'm i? And should I be concerned?

I got the depo injection for the first time about 3 weeks ago. my period should start really soon if not now. I haven't bled and my breast are sore( common period symptom for me) I hope It's the shot . I had unprotected sex ON the 7the day of having the shot. The doctor told me to wait a week because it wouldn't be effective immediately Cause the shot wasn't givin when I was on my period. But i think i was supposed to wait AFTER a week (so on the 8th day) i got carried away and had sex without a condom on the 7th day.We used the withdrawal method before he even got close But I'm still worried.

I have been having pain in my right breast for about six weeks now. The pain travels between the arm pit and breast, but is mainly a stabbing pain on the top of my right breast. When i just lightly squeeze my nipple it has clear discharge coming from it and can actually decrease the pain in my breast for a short time. I do get a stabbing pain in my left breast now and again but no discharge. Pain in the right breast can last a few hours at a time,or constantly on
certain days. It does feel a bit lumpy but i don't know the difference between a possible cancer lump or normal one. I hope i can get an answer or possibility of what is happening with me. I am 40years old, i had my only child 22years ago, i also had a mammogram and ultrasound and had one lump just outside of my right breast under my armpit taken a sample of, when i was 38 years old but everything was normal. Hope someone can help me.

I had a very restless night last night and ended up taking a sleeping tablet in desperation at around 3am... the trouble is I still have the side effects going on the next day 12 /14 hours later, I only take a sleeping pill when all else fails and I have gone well past/beyond the nodding off stage.
On other days, I just sleep a lot of the time and have a trouble staying awake. Goodness only knows what people think one minute I’m too tired the next I’m saying I can’t sleep
Does anybody have any wisdom on this issue of sleeping and not sleeping cycles with CFS/ME.

My boyfriend has been having pain, and stringy blood clots coming out of his penis. His doctor told him it was kidney stones and that he should drink plenty of water to pass them. He has been in pain for months now and nothing is helping. He also has a lot of pain and is having problems recently with urination while he is sleeping. Could it be something else ?

I'm on the start of day 5 now after my tonsillectomy and in the worst pain imaginable, I was aware the procedure would be painful but nothing like this did I ever imagine, the mornings we the worst, waking from my sleep with no pain resistance at 4am is horrible.
I would really like someone to help me make a plan so I can manage my pain relief better so I don't need to be in so much agony,il list below the medicine I have and the daily dosage told to take:
Paracetamol 500mg take 2 upto 4 times a day
diclofenac/volterol 50mg take 1 upto 3 times a day
codeine 30mg take 1 or 2 upto 4 times a day ....
