The other day I found a small lump on my labia majora (no larger than a pinky fingernail), and taking a closer look at it, it seems to be a spot or boil of some form, though there doesn't seem to be a head. It's red around the area, a little painful and it seems to have some pus like liquid just under the skin.
After having a hot soak this morning it appeared to have had a pin prick sized hole and yellowy fluid started seeping out. I'm unsure if I should continue squeezing it to get the pus out, or put some tissue on it and wait to see a doctor.

I am a teenage girl. I take pretty good care of myself and usually have no major issues. However, a few nights ago I noticed a small bump on my labia majora when I went to the bathroom. Besides minor soreness to the touch, I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary, so I assumed it was just an ingrown hair or pimple and vowed to deal with it in the morning. When I woke up it had grown and was more painful.
It's been only 3 days since the initial sighting and it has multiplied in size. It's also become more painful. (I'll post symptoms below)
I've taken sitz baths, thinking it may just be an abscess or something, but it won't come to a head, and honestly it doesn't feel fluid-filled at all. (I had an abscess on my shoulder last month) The lump is now covering my clitoris, I have to move it out of the way to wipe properly (ouch).

Last week I noticed that a small bump was on my inner labia majora towards the top section, rather than the vaginal opening. Last morning the bump has turned into a slightly hard, but movable lump that hurts when touched. What's going on? Who should I see about this? Help please

I am 25 years old, married and 3 months pregnant. In august of this past year I had a Pap smear that came out fine and normal. I then noticed these two small bumps on the inside part of my labia majora. They are not next to each other or in a cluster. When I pull the lab is outwards, it seems they are on the same row as little pores. The two bumps are flat, one is a little darker in color and the other is the color of my skin. They are both flat, do not hurt, soft to touch, but one sometimes gets "swollen" and resembles a skin tag. These have not spread anywhere, my husband does not have any, and two weeks ago I had another normal Pap smear. Is it possible these are HPV?

The last few times i had sexual intercourse i have noticed a pea sized lump appears on my labia majora along with the normal swelling, then it disappears after about 10minutes. after the swelling goes down, there is no trace of the lump. is this something to worry about?

i have recently been worried because i have found a small red lump on the inside of my labia minora or whatever it's called... i'm worried it might be herpes but i've never had sex or done anything remotely sexual (im 14 lol) so does anybody know what it is? It disappears sometimes then reappears... i'm not going to post a picture because umm that would be weird but yeah. I've googled it and it says that it could be herpes but in all the things i've read, people who have got it have had sex so can someone help because i'm kind of scared that in the future it may affect me if you know what i mean...

A little over a month ago I noticed a lump in my right labia majora, somewhat near where my thigh meets the lips. It itches on the surface sometimes and if you pinch the skin you can feel a pea sized lump a little deep in. Not too deep but also not directly under the skin. I thought it was an ingrown hair but no white head has appeared for me to try and pop it. It has not grown, it only hurts if I mess with it often, and the little pimple like bump (with no head) on the surface sometimes feels bigger and itchier. It feels kinda hard but it is moveable. Idk if it is an ingrown hair anymore, anyone have info on what it may be? I already made an appointment but it is not until next week.

I recently read an article that said you should check your labia once a month for lumps, and so while I was doing this check, I found a small lump under my labia minora. It's between my labia and the pelvic bone resting on top of the muscle. It's not hard, it's soft and I can move it around a little. it's about the size of a pea, maybe a little bigger. You can't see it by just looking, and unfortunately I don't know how long its been there. It doesn't hurt at all either. I'm a little concerned, I'm making an appointment as soon as I can, but I was just looking for a little peace of mind until then.

I noticed a lump on my labia minora a few months back, at first i thought it may be a pimple or ingrown hair but i dont think thats it from the research i done. This lump is the size of a pea. it does not hurt and is not painful. I have been examining and watching this lump for any changes but have noticed none. its just a lump that causes no pain or discomfort.

I have a pea like swelling on my right labia Minora, It's been there for past 4 days and is the same size and same color as the rest of the area. there is no head formation and is painless unless i touch it.the swelling is near the clitoris , i have been soaking it in warm water but no help. I have developed a lump on the left labia, I shave so occasionally develop ingrown hair bumps which is what I thought this one was but it's turned purple like a bruise or burst blood vessel and it doesn't feel hard like a pimple but soft like a blister (although it does not look like a blister).

Hi! I am a 23 year old female. 3 days ago I felt irritation in my vaginal area. I looked at it and I have a swollen lump in the front area of my labia minora, like near my clitoris. It feels like it has fluid inside, and it is the same color as the skin around it. I'd say it is the size of a small marble. It is very annoying and I am getting concerned since it hasn't gone away yet. My period also started that day so I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it.

This is embarrassing but I found a pea sized lump in my vagina. I'm still a virgin and I have my period and have had them for about 3 years and their normal but I first noticed this when I tried to use a tampon but it hurt. And then a few days ago I tried to finger myself (my friend suggested that I shout try it) and I only used one finger and I felt small bumps and it felt like when I tried to use the tampon... I am 33 years old and have just been diagnosed with LS. I also have been diagnosed with vitiligo. I really have no symptoms other than loss of color and a little bit of fusing of my minora to majora. The doctor prescribed me Clobetasol to use twice a day and then he said we will monitor it and eventually use it twice a week. Since I have not experienced pain with sex and my opening is good he told me to continue having sex. I have really read nothing but horror stories online. The doctor made it out like I will use this cream and it should control the LS. I know this a life long diagnosis and there is no cure. My question is...will my LS progress even with treatment? Plus, what is a flare up?

I'm 18 years old i shaved a few days ago & yesterday the hair was growing back causing an itch. i must have been scratching to hard because now i have little paper cuts on both of my lips & between them where the skin is suppose to be pink. it started to bleed so i grabbed a towel with warm water and rubbed it but i did it too hard and my lips swelled but the right lip is worse than the left. i thought it would help if i soak in a hot bath it didn't now today i have this whitish discharge no smell coming out of me the cuts burn like hell what should i do.

First I want to say that I am only 19 and I have been with the same person for 3 years and 8 months and I have never done anything sexual with anyone else and he has not either. I am pretty sure this isn't herpes from what I've read but I am concerned. Two days ago I became very itchy down there. I looked down and saw what looked like a big zit and with closer observation it looked like a canker sore with a white center. I also have a white to yellowish discharge. Well I had a small boil on the inside of my nose for months and it just wouldn't go away. I visited my NHS Dr who prescribed some cream, nothing happened - he advised to continue using it and suggested perhaps getting it cut off. Anyway I visited the Dr at work who advised getting it cut off which I thought would be end of it. But to my dismay they did a biospy on it and found out it was Sarcoidosis. My mum has this so I was aware of it. I was devasted. This followed with CT scans, lung test, blood test which confirmed Sarcoidosis on the lungs and enlarged nymph nodes. After a long consultation it was decided not to treat it yet as I had no other systems. But a couple of months later I developed a cough, two months later I am still coughing and on exertion (netball albiet quite a bit of running around) I end up having a sort of ashtma attack. Anyway to cut a long story short this is all related and have been prescribed steriods and some other stuff to counteract the side effects. I am really reluctant to take them but after reading the different views on this site with all the different effect I feel I should start taking them (waiting for the NHS to reluctantly prescribe them) before it gets worse. I am wondering now if I have had this for ages as the symptoms of tiredness, aching neck and shoulders I have always had but just thought it was me. My mum was diagnosed 20 years or so ago and it has only just flared up again but in the bones of her ankle. She has trouble breathing which they have said is asthma...

I found a lump that felt like a pimple but on the inside of my skin it was really hard like a boil it got to painful so so I popped it had white pus inside then I squeezed it more it started to bleed now today is starting to just be clear is this a sign for being a boil ....
