Who in here had a c section with their first and later was pregnant right away? Is it dangerous to get pregnant months after a c section just curious?

This is my second pregnancy and my first was a terrible experience. 24 hours of back labor with no pain medication and then ended up being an emergency cesarean. My doctor told me I should absolutely not get pregnant for two years and now I am pregnant again only ten months later and I'm a little worried.

I'm 18. When I was 15, I had sex for the first time, and not too long ago after that, I started missing my period. I just assumed they were associated with each other. The first time I missed my period, I had missed it for 4 months. I thought I was pregnant, but I wasn't. There were a few other times that I missed my period for a few months at a time but didn't worry about it. The longest I've gone without my period is 6 months. The last time I had my period was the beginning of November, so I'm about 2 months late right now. I hear birth control helps, but I can't buy any or see a doctor because if I use my card for that stuff, my parents can look on my account and start to question (because they don't even know I've had sex). I'm trying to make it to where they're the last people to EVER find out about any of this, so I'm just looking for some explanation or advice from anyone but them.

i've skipped my period for two months and two weeks and i've never been on birth control. My boyfriend and i have a lot of unprotected sex, so i'm kind of worried. i've been sick for the past week, throwing up and not able to keep any food down. i've been coughing too, so is it just a cold or something? I was just recently diagnosed with pleurisy after spending hours running through every test imaginable. I am also pregnant, 7 months, with my second child. I have never felt a pain like this before. The pain is in my right chest and back; at first I was tested for gallbladder problems and that came out clear. I was sent to the ER for further testing where they did extensive blood work ups, chest x-ray, tested for reflux and finally a cat scan. When everything came back clear, they diagnosed it as pleurisy and sent me home with a pain killer. Unfortunately, the pain got worse and I was readmitted to the ER by my OB for more testing. Again everything was clear, this time they were given the green light to give me ibuprofen but only for 3 days with a follow up visit to my OB on day 3 to make sure the baby was alright. So far, the ibuprofen is helping considerably. I hope I never have to suffer through this again. I found the information provided here about pleurisy very helpful especially since I had never even heard of it before this happened.

My dr prescribed 0.5mg Xanax XR twice a day (or as needed) to keep my anxiety more level throughout the day. Does the XR keep the equivalent of 0.5 mg of instant release (regular) Xanax in your system constantly, or is it just .5mg spread out over 12 hours instead of maybe 1-2 hours compared to the instant release?
Also, why would anyone take Xanax XR instead of Klonopin? Aren't they basically the same? My dr said Xanax XR is less "dangerous" but is it? If I stop taking it for more than 1 day (so max dose of 1mg over a 24 hours period, then nothing for the following 24 hours) I start feeling some withdrawal symptoms. Scary. Is this normal? I thought withdraw was only a problem when you started getting into the 2,3,4mg daily range.
Dangerous To Take Clarithromycin And Verapamil At The Same Time?
I have been prescribed Clarithromycin for a lung infection. Had to see out of hours GP because it's Sunday and a long week-end. I told him I also take Verapamil (and Candesartan) for high BP. (I'm also allergic to penicillin so he couldn't prescribe that). When I read the package insert, I note that it can be dangerous to take Clarithromycin and Verapamil at the same time.
