Worms? Difficulty Swallowing And Something Moving In Stomach

I am currently feeling a weird tingling throughout my body, mostly at the top of my stomach. It feels like something moving! it sometimes gives me nipping almost biting pains.I also have got a feeling that something is currently latched onto the back of my throat that I can not wash away or get rid of, it has been like this for the last 24 hours. Call me crazy but I feel that I can pull it back down into my stomach ( but something is still latched to my throat). After not concentrating on this I then get a bit lump at the back of my throat. I am almost Gipping with how close it is to my mouth.

After a lot of playing with my throat, swallowing I managed to "pull" one down into my stomach.I can now feel this moving around again, it feels like it is trying to get back up and at times nips. Swallowing is still hard and I just feel sick. Could you please tell me what you think it could be?

Oesophageal Achalasia / Spasm :: Swallowing Difficulty

God this is really getting me down, to point I have been wondering if I am ever going to eat again and I am frightening myself with the thoughts I am having.

I just cannot swallow solid foods, it started 4 weeks ago. i was happily eating some chicken and all of a sudden my throat 'closed' and I choked. I managed to cough it back up and carried on eating after.

Next day, for love nor money could I swallow, each time I tried i choked.

4 weeks later and I still keep trying the odd bit of food here and there and it just won't go down.

I have had an endoscope - that was a highly unpleasant experience but it found nothing. I was told to go home and eat and to stop being so stressed.

I have been to seen a sports therapist and she has found that I have very very tight neck and jaw muscles. But it still feels like food won't go down, although I did feel better once I had seen her.

Trying to get another appointment with the doctor is like golddust.

I am normally a fit and healthy 37yr old woman, mum of three. I love my food and I want to eat. Thing is, this has gone on so long now I have gone past being hungry. I think this is probably a bit phycological now as well but the tightening really does happen.

The back of my neck, round to the front and up under the jaw is so tight.

Ramipril :: Palpitations, Difficulty Breathing

My wife was prescribed 10 milligrams/day dose of ramipril and nearly passed out in town, palpitations, difficulty breathing and pain in the chest. She was admitted to hospital with a view that she might have had a heart attack. They put a camera up her femoral artery but her heart was clear, no problems.

her blood pressure was 90 over 45. we stopped her taking the Ramipril and all her symptoms disappeared. It was as if the tablets were producing the palpitations and the chest pains which she was taking more and more tablets for.

Heart Rhythm :: Breathing Difficulty?

I have this problem of breathing normally which occurs sometimes a few weeks or as prevalent as 2 times a week. I will often feel better when lying down. Some of the symptoms include increase saliva and nausea. My appetite will also be gone. However I will not have this problem the next day.

I realized that this problem occurs when there is a great change in the temperature. For example when i am travelling from a country with a tropical climate to a colder country (around 10 degrees). This problem also occur sometimes after food (Etc. Eating hot and cold food). This problem strangely do not occur during the morning.

Respiratory Disorders :: Difficulty Breathing

I have had a terrible affliction for more than 3 months now and it is greatly affecting my life. I am 25 years old and in general have never had a
problem with my health or anything. I have lived in São Paulo, Brazil for 6 years which has very polluted air due to its large population and high altitude.
I am having difficulty breathing in general. It feels like I am not processing the air that I breathe. Here I am going to list all of the symptoms I am feeling:

-Exercise is walking at best. If I try to do anything more than this I become at risk for feeling irregular heart palpitations and become even more out of breath.

-There are moments when I feel a little better and worse throughout the day. It is completely random but I think it might also have to do with eating. The only time I feel ok is when I am sleeping and I just wake up. Usually I lie around for a bit because it's nice to forget about it. As soon as I get up the difficulty breathing starts. If I get up just to use the bathroom at night it takes a while to stabilize after I lie back down.

-I have a chest pain on my left side. is right in the left pectoralis major. This pain never goes away however it is constant so I have coped with it. The
pain is like the pain you have when you have gas. It is a sharp pain I cannot move the muscles on my left chest otherwise it will feel like I'm being stabbed.

-It is common for me to be sitting doing nothing and feel strange heart palpitations which cause me to have even more difficulty breathing

-When I feel the palpitations (which have been occurring less but the chest pain hasn't subsided) It seems that my heart is in my throat or that I am going to burp up my heart. When This happens I have to lie completely still and focus on not passing out. My limbs, stomach face all go numb and start tingling like when your leg falls asleep and it's waking up.I usually sleep on my right side because sleeping on my left side causes difficulty breathing.

-I can't stand in one place for very long otherwise I will have considerable difficulty breathing and start to slouch, however I can get by walking.

-Sitting up straight makes it harder to breath. Slouching has helped me to get by and breath more easily.

-Riding in any vehicle causes me to have considerable difficulty breathing. It feels like the bumps on the road cause me to not be able to breathe well.

-Anxiety does cause my symptoms to worsen and my breathing to become considerably harder but it is not the underlying cause. I cannot run away from the chest pain or difficulty breathing no matter how calm or relaxed I am.

I have done a few heart and lung exams:

*3 ECG/EKG- nothing
*3 chest X-rays- nothing
*1 chest tomography- nothing
*1 Echocardiogram- nothing
*1 24 hour holter- nothing( I wasn't even able to

sleep within the 24 hours at any moment because I had to hold my cat who had surgery and took the whole night to recover from the anesthesia. Worst night of my life both of us suffering and nothing I could do. I left my cat with my wife when she woke up and went straight to the lab to remove the holter device.)

*Spirometry- nothing
*Laryngoscopy- Septal deviation(I've always had)
Rhinitis, pharyngitis and laryngitis

-the only day in the past 4 months that I have felt normal is the night of and day after I did the spirometry and laryngoscopy exams. I took anesthesia
in both nostrils for the laryngoscopy and 2 sprays of an inhaler for the spirometry exam. I started doing some exercises on the following morning and all
the symptoms returned.

-I am beginning to have dizzy spells. I suddenly get overtaken by strong dizziness.

When I was between the ages of 10 and 16 I had taken all sorts of antipsychotic medicine such as Geodon, Abilify, Seroquel and others because I was considered overactive. I am do worry that this might have affected my anatomy at a growing phase in my life. I have suspected heart arrhythmia or asthma but the tests I listed above say otherwise.

Thyroid :: Hashimoto's - Hair Loss, Depression, Anger, Memory Loss And Weight Gain

I am a 25 year old female and I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease probably around 2012 or so. I take 75MCG every morning and I do blood tests about once or twice a year to make sure my levels are stable. What I need help with are symptoms. My boyfriend has been very supportive, he was the reason I went to get the initial blood test because he said my symptoms reminded him of Graves Disease and it worried him. Well, I went to the doctor and got the tests done and he told me I had Hashimotos. Since then, my boyfriend has told me that he hasn't seen any improvement in my symptoms, in fact he thinks they've gotten worse. I have looked at a lot of different lists of symptoms that people with Hashimoto's Disease can experience and I experience a lot of them. I'll list the ones I experience the most and a little bit of a description to each so maybe someone can help me with what I need to do to feel better because honestly it makes me miserable.

-Hair Loss - Every time I brush or wash my hair there is always tons of hair in the brush or tub. It's everywhere all the time, I shed like the cats.

- Depression - I don't know if it is actually depression, but a lot of the time I feel like I'm just not good enough to be around anyone. I'll find myself crying at ridiculous moments with absolutely no reason for it. I also find myself thinking that people I know (and can acknowledge even when I'm feeling this way) love and care for me, and yet I still think they don't care about me and will abandon me at the drop of the hat, which breaks me down mentally.

- Stress - This is probably one of my worst symptoms. I am always stressed out about something, even ridiculous things that shouldn't be stressing me out. One of the biggest things I stress about is what I mentioned with the depression. I feel like my friends and loved ones are going to abandon me at any minute, which scares me and results in me lashing out at them in ways that if I can't control it soon enough may result in them actually leaving, which terrifies me and just puts me into a never ending loop of stress and depression.

- Anger - I can't seem to rationalize other people's behaviors. Completely normal behaviors that don't normally bother me result in me lashing out and screaming at people and saying things that I don't mean to say.

- Memory Loss - This is a really bad symptom. I forget things very quickly. If I don't actively keep it in my mind, I won't remember it. A perfect example, when I was still in college I was walking through town with some people and when we were going back to the dorms I made a comment about a truck I saw. I used to see it all the time and hadn't seen it in a while so I made the comment. The people I was with looked at me really confused and just flatly stated "You said the exact same thing when we walked by it on the way out" and I honestly don't remember seeing it at any point that day. In fact I didn't remember seeing it for around 5 months, and yet they claimed that I made the exact same comment I just had, earlier that day. It really messes with my head when people tell me that I did or said something and I can't remember doing it to save my life.

- Weight - Before I started taking synthroid I weighed 110 lbs, after I started taking it I gained like 30 lbs and I can't lose it. I'm stuck between 135 and 140 (I'm about 5'6" tall)

- Headaches - I get headaches on a daily basis. Sometimes they're really bad but generally they're just a slight discomfort in my frontal lobe area.

- Sleep - It takes me forever to fall asleep and even when I do I can't stay asleep and then I feel exhausted all day when I wake up, as if I never slept at all.

Another thing I've noticed and that is that sometimes I feel like I can't swallow properly, I always feel like I have to yawn to get a lung full of oxygen, and my nails curl downward along the curve of the tip of my fingers on like 3/5 fingers.

Propranolol :: Lowered Blood Pressure But Breathing Issues

I suffer from anxiety and my doctor has prescribed 40mg of Propranolol to be taken once a day. He said it would reduce my heart rate as a side effect however said it would be fine as I naturally had a fast sinus rhythm. I do feel my heart rate has slowed however I feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen into my lungs and am gasping for my breath? Is this normal?

It's my second day and I feel weird. It says on the leaflet with the medicine that would should be weary if you're a smoker. I never smoked a lot probably 5-6 rollies a day. My doctor never mentioned my smoking so I have just stopped. I don't know whether that would make a difference?

I am feeling drowsy and my vision is hazy. Is this something that wears off? I'm worried as I'm back to work Monday and cannot be going in all over the place.

Heart :: Failed Stent By Blood Clot - Trouble Breathing

I'm 44, athletic, vegetarian, never been hospitalized or seriously sick until Mid-October 2013. In mid October I had a heart attack, doctor put in stent but stent became blocked by blood clot several hours later; they couldn't get it re-opened. So it is permanently blocked...10-15% of my heart is dead. Dr said heart attack was in a good spot and I should do fine without the 10-15% of my heart. EF right before leaving hospital was 48 according to echo, EF at my checkup 5 weeks later was 46 according to an MRI. Because my heart rate was already really "athletic" and my blood pressure was good; the dr just put me on 12.5 mg metoprolol twice a day and of course plavix, aspirin because the heart attack was apparently caused by a large artery which still remains. Anyway, I just started a very low dose of ACE inhibitor Lisinopril (5 mg) about 5 weeks ago. Anyway....

Lately it seems like I have the desire to try to get a deep breath and I can't really. I can breath but it seems limited when I try to breath deeply.

Could this be low blood pressure (I'm really lethargic and dizzy when I first stand up after sitting or laying down)? Or could it be anxiety? When I'm busy doing something it doesn't really seem to bother me.

I know I need the ACE inhibitor and Beta to hopefully help my EF and hopefully keep me from getting worse.
