I have notice that all the FM stations will show-up in the cluster display but AM will not . When I use the Knurled wheel on AM it will not scroll the select stations. Also can you program AM and FM effects in memory?

I was under the impression I could see my actual speed digitally displayed. But it seems to show in small print my average speed. Is there a way to make it digitally show my speed?
The instrument cluster screen in my 2004 phaeton suddenly stopped displaying anything today, I've tried removing and replacing fuses but still nothing, not even the backlight for the display is on, everything else is working fine its just the display. I need the car for a 600mi trip in 2 days.
View 3 RepliesMy AM band is not sorting out the local stations like the FM band. 1070 is a rather well known Indy station , but it doesn't appear on the available station list. In fact, only one of the stations on this list had signal and it was rather weak. When switched from list to tune, local stations could be found. Is this normal?

View 14 RepliesFor the past 2 days, when I press the button to start my Prius after it's been in the garage all night (mid 40s-50s temp), I'll get only the seat belt light displayed - or the seat belt light then the others will slowly fade in! And sometimes the entire "Hybrid System" indicator display doesn't show up at all. And it won't start or, if it does, won't shut off.
If it does start, and I drive then park and turn it off, when I go to start it after just a few minutes, say at the grocery store, everything comes on fine.
I recently purchased an '09 Prius. When driving, the MFD shows the trip info/MPG stats. If I want it to show audio or climate, I can press the button the dash and that info will be displayed. However, shortly thereafter (10-15 seconds maybe? maybe less?), the screen reverts to showing trip info/MPG stats.
I'd like to have my display remain on whatever I select - be in audio, climate, or trip info. How to make this happen?
How do I change the Oil Life display to show a percentage? The owner's manual isn't very clear on this. Presently it shows "OK" until it wants an oil change. The bride's '13 Explorer shows the Oil Life as a %.
View 9 Replies2005 6.0L F250 Lariat. I picked up a couple weeks ago. The message center in the gauge cluster will only show my mileage (kilometres) and engine hours but nothing else.
Also the three buttons/controls to the right of the steering column don't do anything. I checked the wiring behind the dash and it's all plugged in... The other problem is the SRS light will flash on and off while driving.
Have a 2015 GS450H the display shows the park assist picking up objects but there is no sound. Is there a way to turn on the audio for this option.
View 1 RepliesI am 150 mi from my service dealer and my 2005 W12 won't start . The dash lights go on , a/c vents open etc, but the keyless start or the key itself does nothing .
I recall that there may be a way to use the Accessory Battery to start the car, but I don't recall the routine. I don't want to have any local roadside service messing around. BTW it is the original battery and shows about 14amps.
The "car" symbol on the nav screen seems to lag the actual position by up to 1/2 block.... when I make turns onto another street, for example, the map will sometimes indicate that I am turning into the block itself (instead of the street that I am on), and about 1/4 mile later, it will mysteriously "shift" the car location back onto the correct street.

View 4 RepliesStarted my 2013 RX this afternoon and it indicates these two alarms on the instrument cluster, Engine Check Light & Track Off. Found out that my gas cap was not tightened (let my son fill the tank when he borrowed it the night before). Hooked up my OBD II scanner to clear and it shows two codes P0441 & P0445. They reset but my scanner says they are permanent. What does that mean? Will stay as an error until the ECU says otherwise?
View 13 RepliesThe digital display in the cluster, sometimes it works perfectly fine and its clearly legible and bright as day. Most other time however, the lighting or whatever in it gets really dim and the text gets really dark and hard to read. I usually have to cup my hands over the cluster to get it really dark and then i can see what it says. Like i said though, sometimes it could be broad daylight and its really bright and easy to see, but most of the time its not.

View 3 RepliesI have very recently purchased a 2011 GX. Everything seems to be in working order, aside from the "multi-information display" in the gauge cluster. While the electronics options screen functions as described in the manual, pressing the menu button results in a blank screen instead of switching to the customization and/or driver information screens.
