For as long as I can remember I have sexually stimulated myself by using the heel of my foot... it was only on my clitoris. I simply would sit "Indian style" and I would just rub the heel of my foot over my clitoris until I reached orgasm. I did it this way because it was quick and easy to me. It usually only takes me 1-2 minutes. But a part of me wonders if what I am reaching is a real orgasm. I am never wet during it. Anyway, my problem is.. I am 20 and my partner of 2 years is 40. When I am touched in any other way that isn't the way I know, I can't orgasm. We have been together for 2 years and he still can't make me finish.. I know it bothers him, he says it makes him feel like less of a man and has never in his life had that problem before. I am worried that from doing it for so long, 8 years or so, the way I have been.. I have desensitized my clitoris and now I don't know how to orgasm any other way. I have tried to do it on my own multiple times... Every time I am completely aroused and I feel like I am almost about to orgasm.. I can't. The feeling continues but I get stuck at the point of almost orgasming and it is the most uncomfortable feeling that I always have to say, "Stop, I'm done" Because the discomfort becomes unbearable. Okay so I'm 18, i lost my V card when i was 15 and well i don't know how to put this but for like the past 2 years every time i have intercourse i bleed and have symptoms of UTI like having to pee every 5 seconds and when i do it trickles, and not being able to hold it, i went to the doctor and they tested me for uti and it came back negative. I find my energy changes dramatically whereby I can't focus on little things, I adopt an immature attitude to everything in general, and it's as if I am so much more turned on AFTER climaxing than I am beforehand. I had had a lot of trouble orgasming.
One thing I have tried is holding a vibrator on my clitoris. This causes my legs to shake like crazy and I feel like I'm going to scream.
