Cervix Is Soft/high And Slightly Tender After Sex

I just wanted to know if your cervix changes feel or positions after intercourse.
I know the normal routine is low/firm after period, high/soft during fertile days, low/firm before period.
But my boyfriend and I had sex yesterday and today my . But if i touch it i can still feel it kind of firm beneath.
So i'm just wondering if intercouse can shift the positions after sex because im pretty sure i'm still a week early for my ovulation.

I just had my 38 week appointment and my doctor said that I'm 1 Centimeter dilated and my cervix is soft . Most people are upset when they are this far but only 1cm dilated but I'm really happy ! I'm a first time young mom and think that I've really progressed . Last week I wasn't dilated at all . Does this mean I could go into labor before my due date ?

Have blood in urine slightly low kidney function and CT scan showed smaller left kidney have mild ache in the left side also experiencing heavy chest and one big heart beat every so often which comes and goes. Now I have a strange feeling in my left bum cheek like a numb pulling sensation its very hard to describe and not letting up. Anyone have any similar symptoms. Awaiting an MRI next week.

My foreskin is easily retracted when the penis is not erected, it also can retract when it is erected but the only problem is that, when erected and retracted, the foreskin is tight and slightly swells the head. Although it is not tight enough for the skin to retract (it just needs a little pushing), should i just continue stretching my foreskin ?

Does your distorted vision make you feel wobbly or slightly off balance?
I have had one for a few months (perhaps longer, I wasn't aware of what it was) and my first diagnosis was anxiety.
So now I think the anxiety is making me feel off balance and shaky but could it just be the distorted vision that does this to me?
Do you ever get used to it? Mine is 20/40 and I have no decided on surgery.

lopressor 25 mg being taken for anxiety is causing slightly suppressed breathing which is felt around bed time.if i switch to inderal will the same problem continue?also i have started taking 1.5 mg lexopro/lorazepam yesterday for anxiety /sleep problems and it did make me fall asleep longer than usual.Just wondering how long can i keep taking lexopro before becoming addictive.?

after a second ultrasound (30 days apart) it was my doctor's opinion that there was a nonspecific hypoechoic lesion with a peripheral calcification in the right epididymal body that had slightly increased in size (from 0.9 x 1.0 x 0.5 to 0.9 x 1.0 x 0.7). should I be concerned about cancer?

My MRI report had two findings. I am worried about the second one more than the first, and I'll explain why.
"Slightly prominent (upper range of normal) pituitary gland" is the first and impression was the radiologist recommended a second detailed 3D scan.
Secondly, there was a non-specific finding of an "8mm nodule medial to the internal carotid just outside the skull base, mildly hyperintense" - impression was it was not fully imaged and more detailed scan needed.
That second one worries me.
Could this be cancer? Tumor?
For the first, my family doctor ordered a blood test and my hormone levels were normal so she said its probably just a slightly oversized pituitary.

I have a serious issue of impotence that i have been suffering from for quite some time now. From what i remember it started sometime around the age of 16 right after a bad car accident i was involved which shattered both my ankles & left me bedridden for about 6 months & i am now 22. I've been having ED (erectile dysfunction) for the last 1-2 months. Sometimes I'm able to attain a weak erection, my penis is noticeably softer than it was before all of the issues I'm having. After orgasm my penis loses girth almost immediately. Furthermore I'm UNable to continue with intercourse even with a rest of 30 or so mins, I have always been able to go multiple rounds of intercourse with my wife without any issues previously. I have always been very sexually active without any issues whatsoever. This issue is really causing me to feel low and my wife is concerned for me, which is impacting on her ability to be comfortable during intercourse. I'm considering a vasectomy reversal due to this. My doctor has arranged the usual blood tests, i.e to measure testosterone levels etc. I'm yet to receive the results. I can only maintain an erection through intense physical stimulation. I previously only needed to be visually stimulated, this is very frustrating for me. Furthermore i'm only able to maintain an erection during vaginal penetration whilst i'm on top of my wife with my wife's legs are pushed up and back, as this gives me more sensation in my penis.. i struggle to maintain an erection when my wife is on top or if we do it whilst i'm behind her.
Im totally aware that those within the medical field will be totally dismissive of the vasectomy procedure being the culprit for my ED issue. However im a believer that not all people fit into the same category within current research, as we are all unique and no two people are exactly the same. Not all people's bodies will always react in the same way to the same situation.
Is there a way back from this mess without the use of drugs ?
Last night I failed to have an erection, even through intense visual and physical stimulation. I had consumed alcohol and did feel tipsy, I have always found alcohol enhanced my erections and sexual desire. This was very shocking for me. Due to this I reluctantly took 50mg of a viagra type pill that was prescribed by my doctor. It took well over 1 hour for it to work, I was able to have the best erection I've had I months.
